Airtel — unable to get upc code | |||
I am a airtel postpaid customer for the past 14 years. Of late the connectivity through airtel is extremely poor and call drops are very high. (Bangalore) the bills are extrmely high and detailed bills are not coming out in their website. Today i tried to port my airtel number to bsnl. Though i had sent 1900 followed by my mobile number at least 12 times in the last couple of hours correctly, i am getting the reply sms as "you have entered an incorrect code" all the 12 times. It looks as though they are intentionally preventing the customer to move out. Is the trai helpless? What do i do? I am helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||
