Airtel — vpn issue in my new airtel prepaid number

I'm facing vpn connectivity issues with my airtel prepaid number [protected] after port from idea to airtel Error 619: a connection to the remote computer could not be established. So the port used for this connection was closed. Note: while, i can access the same with my friend airtel prepaid number "[protected]" and with another service provider. Today 20/12/17 their is a offer on my number [protected] in my airtel app in Rs. 399/- Unlimited Local & STD with 1GB 4G Data/Day for 70Days but i received that service only for 56days.
