On 18th dec 2017 a person named sudarshan ([protected]) came to my house and collected pan card copy, house agreement copy and asked me to pay 2829 rs as advance rental. My cef number is 8059579. Till now installation is not done. The person is disconnecting my call. Payment transaction id is [protected].

Please solve the issue soon else i shall go to consumer forum

    I am asking them for network solution since long time and want help for at least low network so i can call anyone i want and asking for data related help but they are just making me fool and giving me just a date and date... But now no one is taking me serious for my complaints.. Now its my billing date is coming now but why i pay any amount if i am not using any of its service properly...

    They told us that the money reversed so they us to repay the money.but we didn't receive d any money in our bank account.our landline or board band number is [protected].we have checked account balance.we didn't get our credit (₹1426)

      I lost my phone on 14/12/2017 and since then i am calling airtel customer care to block my sim since then i am trying but it always says number does not exist please check the number u have dialed. Airtel if you are going to look into that matter then do it else tell me directly that you will not help me. There are plenty of networks available in our country i will switch to that who can atleast listen to their consumer what they have to say if they got into trouble. I am fed up with you airtel.

      Very very very very very Bad network
      Already post a problem related to airtel saving account for closing the account on 11th december but till time not closed my airtel saving accounts. No any action from airtel so please do the needful action from your end.
      I am not able to receive or send messages from my airtel prepaid number

        I have sent a request to update the address of our company since 25.09.17 and till now not received any reply from airtel. Till now address is not updated. When i call customer care, they inform me to email enteprise which i have one 100 time but there is not reply as such since last two month. Also customer care 198 is not even able to register my complaint stating that since we are a corporate client, they will not register my complaint. This is the worst and pathetic customer service i have ever received. We have been with airtel since last 7 years and now with such kind of treatment to a corporate client we are seriously looking to change the service provider. If i do not receive repy from you within 12 hours we will take serious action against you.

          I am using airtel sim with number [protected], i have been having this problem where i am unable to connect to the internet or call outsite. Also when some one else try to call me they are getting "person not reachable/phone is switched off". This occurs only when i am in my office in olympia tech park. I had no such problem till last week. But i am not sure what happened now. Kindly take it as priority and provide with a resolution.

            I am a postpaid customer and my sim comes under mumbai network circle. Currently i stay in pune and at my residence there is no network coverage of airtel. Even if i go out and check around for 1km radius there is hardly any signal. There seems to be no tower for airtel nearby. Am planning to change my no to either vodaphone or idea but since i have been using airtel for more than 8 years now i feel sad about it. But i am left with no other option now. I have lost so many calls due to this. Apart from that am not even able to use my 4g data at home and have to rely on my wifi even after paying a monthly rental of 799 to airtel.

            Got a call from an unknown number ‭+91 73198 20247‬ and this guys claimed himself being from Airtel was asking my credit debit card details. And the explaination was the bank details have to be patched up for my network issue to be resolved. Seriously?? This is what you get a reply from Airtel when you lodged a complaint in here. This is invading the privacy and cyber crime as well.

              For my airtel relationship no.‭[protected]‬, firstly in september month when i went to update my aadhaar at alaknanda branch, new delhi - i was told by airtel officer to link my phone no with my husband account to get one bill and he could process the same request after my confirmation but to my surprise the account was never link d and i kept on reviving two seperate invoices for both accounts. To add more trouble, when i made payment for my account, it was credited to my husband account for september month bill and same happened for october month. Thereafter when i complained to airtel; i was said that the account was linked but not wholly and thereafter was advised to delink the two accounts and then make the payment again : i did the same as instructed and finally could make two months due payment on 10th december for rs.3000 against due amount of rs.2952/- but still i kept on reviving recorded message that the bill is due. Finally i complained and could get a revert from airtel office that the bill has already been paid by us and they confirm upon the payment received but due to some technical trouble, it is showing this issue which was confirmed that it should stop in next 3 working days but to add trouble to our ever troubled airtel transmission: still the payment due calls are coming and creating trouble in my life. I wish to claim rs. 50000/- towards harassment that airtel had down in past two months with me. I am going to file a consumer compliant with consumer court at ina. This is pre alert notice from my side to airtel.

                I have purchased my android dual sim mobile recently and converted existing sim to 4g sims on 14th dec, through your store opposite to kamakya theatre bsk 3rd stage.

                Both the sims activated but sim pertaining to [protected] stopped sms facility and outgoing calls delayed or cancelled frequently. After lots of attempts connecting.

                Because of above i am put into lot of inconveniences. I can not get otps for netbanking/recharges/ticket bookings.

                The 2nd sim though activation message received, signal received rarely and all the times it remains as 'no services' 'emergency calls only'.

                Expedite the correction and avoid further inconveniences.

                  My postpaid data got finish & i wanted to activated a smart pack of rs 300 for 1 gb. It was not successful becoz of system upgradation. I made a 2nd attempt with rs 175 for 500mb thinking that maybe that pack has prob. This was again not successful. I tried a last 3rd attempt with rs500 for 2gb then i was told its done. After few min i get a msg of all 3 packs been updated. I just wanted small pack but tried different packs thinking some problems occurring with individual pack updating. But i see my acc is charged with 300+175+500 rs without my knowledge. This is cheating.

                    I am feeling let down by airtel today. I was wondering why my data used to get over very quickly although it was 1gb per month. When i went to airtel sales office, to my surprise i came to know that i was getting only 2gb per month. When i took my postpaid plan i was offered 1gb per day. Now my question is why my plan was changed without my consent? It is also quite surprising that today i was offered a 20 gb per month plan with all other offers same as 549 plan. My question is if the postpaid plan offers are better at lesser price then why do airtel keeps charging a older higher price. Why does a custome have to go and verify the latest offer? If this is the case then what is the benefit of postpaid plan? Airtel ofders postpaid plan of 450 with 1gb per day and similar calls for 4 months. Why cant airtel make postplan remain better compared to prepaid? Going back to my first question, who gives right to airtel to change my data plan without my consent? I hope most o[censored]s complain and file a case.

                      Hello,

                      This is asmita sagar shedage, holding [protected] number of Airtel company.

                      I am having multiple issues related to my last three bills which are unresolved by your customer care and AOR center ([protected]), 27th main, HSR layout Bangalore, after giving more than 15 visits and N number of calls to 121.

                      The issue is as follows,

                      1) Before October this number was in Maharashtra circle, but in October month I ported this to Karnataka circle.

                      2) On 06/10/2017 I received bill of 1688.49 (Billing period- 05 Sep - 04 Oct), in this bill I have been charged 800 rs extra for data usage, but in bill allotted limit is 1999230 and used is 163959. So the 800 is not valid.

                      3) Before the payment of above bill I received one more bill on 27/10/2017 of 1702.00 Rs (Billing period- 25 Sep – 25 Oct) which included previous bill (1688.49) and charges for the remaining days from month of October (266 +47 tax) as per new plan from Karnataka circle.

                      4) After this I went to Airtel AOR center ([protected]), 27th main, HSR layout Bangalore and met Mr. Shridhar, after having multiple visits to store for about 15 days he told me that issue is resolved now you do the payment of rupees 902 (1702 total bill – 800 which was extra). Which I did on 14/11/2017.

                      5) After doing payment I got automated calls from airtel that your bill is pending and to avoid disruption please pay, so again I visited store met Mr. Shridhar and informed him. He raised some query and the automated calls got stop for while.

                      6) Again on 25/11/2017 got call from airtel that please pay the bill otherwise your services will get disrupted. I was out of town so couldn’t able to raise this issue at airtel and suddenly on 27/11/2017 my services got stopped by airtel.

                      7) I called 121 from another number on 30/11/2017 and raised concern, after explaining the things the executive agreed and said the query is raised and number will get started in 72 hours which then got started also.

                      8) Now again on 27/11/2017 I received bill of rupees 3107.27 (Billing period- 26 Oct – 25 Nov) which included (399 this month charge + 90.82 tax + 100 late fee + 1711.85 for last month)

                      9) Again I visited airtel store and met Mr. Shridhar and his manager Mr. Robert, both confirmed me that yes again this charges are extra and we will resolve it in 24 hours, I went after 24 hours they did not resolved it and asked me to come on 14 December which is the due date for bill.
                      I visited same store on 14th december and they asked me to pay 500 only which will be the 399 this month charge + 90.82 tax. They told me that 100 rs late fee is invalid and 1711.85 from last bill is also invalid.

                      10) However now again I started receiving calls from airtel to make the payment otherwise my service will get stopped.

                      Following are the request numbers I received from customer care in this whole matter, 81816167, [protected] and 81203569.

                      It is really frustrating that the service provider who claims that they are India’s leading service provider, do such service to their customers.
                      AOR center ([protected]), 27th main, HSR layouts people I visited, always will be on leave or outside the office and same thing I need to convey to new person and again he will ask for certain timelines.

                      I am really fed up with the kind of situation I am because of airtel.

                      I hope airtel will pay your immediate attention to resolve this issue and clear my account which is still showing up the amount of 1788.45, as I have paid 500 for this month also.

                      It is very painful to receive such bad service from airtel, not getting resolutions on time and explaining same thing to each and every time.

                        I have recently purchased a new android multi sim mobile. I have ported to 4g sim to both mobile numbers. It is initially told both sims will be activated within 24 hours.

                        Though the sims are activated for sim number[protected]u imsi [protected] there is no sms service available and outgoing calls not easily connected. After continuous attempts 8 to times call connected with great difficulty.

                        For sim number[protected]u imsi [protected] 'no service' indicated.

                        It is inconvenient to access my net banking/recharge/ticket bookings due to sms for otp not generatef due to above grievances.

                        Your quick action will be very much appreciated.

                          I have ported my number from reliance to airtel on 14th November. Reliance have closed it on 16th November and Airtel have still not ported my number. Whenever you call airtel customer care they will tell some new nonsense and will tell that your service will be started within 24 hours.
                          And its been 1 month that they are harassing me. This is my business number and it has affected me alot in my business. Even i have paid extra amount to reliance when I chose for port so that they dont do any tantrums. And it is my biggest mistake that i have done to port it to Airtel, I think.
                          KINDLY HELP ME OUT.

                            Airtel prepaid has been cheating a consumer most of the time. They will show different benefits in their Airtel app online recharge but after recharging a person will get a different benefit which is really an inconvenience for a consumer. Moreover when I try to contact a customer care they will just divert to some other calls. Please take up this issue seriously as the consumer is paying and after all this problem arises not only once.

                              free & 2GB Data for 28 days with transaction ID [protected] When i didn't receive 2GB data we call
                              customer care ref No.RANDE [protected] for missing 2GB Data Executive told me in our company some
                              technical problem please wait 24Hrs. we agree & wait.

                              After 24Hrs Dtd.15-12-17 we called again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] Executive told our problem not
                              solve please wait 24Hrs. we agree & wait.

                              After 24Hrs Dtd.16-12-17 we called again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] Executive told our problem not
                              solve please wait 48Hrs. we agree & wait.

                              After 48Hrs Dtd.18-12-17 we called again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] Executive/Senior Mr.Suresh told
                              me you are already use 2GB Data in 3days i told please give detail usage 2GB data but he give answer
                              please check your mobile we are not availabe for this. I force for arrange he said me ok we will
                              arrange tommorow. i agree & wait

                              Today 19-12-17 I call again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] but no any details arrange from your side
                              Executive/Senior told me in your offer recharge @ 195/- only outgoing calls not applicalbe 2GB data
                              against this offer. I told to her if no any data in this offer why your senior or executive say wait
                              for 24 to 48Hrs She told me all senior & Executive give me wrong information & cut my phone after some
                              time your complain office phone come & told me why you are not compromise our senior or executive for
                              4Hrs. we told i am waiting 4days but not any response from your side all executive & senior give
                              different answer about this matter all tolerate this matter.he use rough language & told we can't give data & your all services will close

                              So sir please request to you please solve this matter & arrange data for my future services.

                              I hope you will solve this matter as early as possible & give batter service provide in future.

                                By mistake I have recharged another number, I reached Airtel customer support but response is not positive, I request you please take this complaint and refund the recharge .

                                I have reached paytm they are telling to reachout Airtel only, since it has gone to the customer so they can not help on that case.

                                  Sir, I am a airtel customer since last many years. Recenntly I have a broadband connection from airtel for my PC. That service of airtel is not working properly. I am complaint many times for problem facing for internet & telephone connection to your representative many times. But till today my complaint can't resolved.

                                  So, please disconnect airtel landline [protected] connection today 19/12/17 only and issue me full & final bill after deducting broadband charges ( Rs 500) & telephone charges ( Rs 650) which I am paying to your representative at the time of connection.
                                  So that i pay this and come out from this mental torture of airtel company.
                                  Airtel company representative call only for bill. Not a single one interested to resolve problem facing by the person.
                                  I am pay bill only when u can issue me full & final payment for airtel landline [protected]. Otherwise I can't pay bill.
                                  If you can't resolve this problem today only. Then i have no place other then going to consumer court because i am requesting many time for disconnection of this to your representative and airtel offices.

                                  So, please issue me full & final bill for airtel landline [protected]

                                    My airtel digital tv consumer number is [protected]. This is regarding the set top box issue i would like to register my complaint. Recently in the month of july-2017 i replaced with new set top box. I paid rs.400/- for that. Again today, 19-dec-2017 the same set top box issue surfaced. I registered a complaint in the call center (Service ref#.[protected]. I received a message from the call center and received a message there will be no service charge received for replacing the set top box. But the technician was charging for adapter which cost about rs.200/- plus service charge rs.150/-. So a total of rs.350 i paid for the issue. I received the receipt (Receipt #4201). Because of the technician fault (Not fixing cable properly, not fixing connector properly) i had called him for service a couple of times for the past 3 months. For each visit i paid him rs.150/-.
                                    When i want to escalate the same to the call center, the people are simply asked me to wait and finally the call got disconnected. I fedup with this company and the people.
                                    I want to register this as a complaint here.

                                      I am a regular customer of airtel since a long period and now recently made recharge of airtel 4g services of rs 448/- according to which i will get a daily data pack of 1gb of 4g services and free local and std calls but since that period of time i am not able to get full 4g services in srinagar and when i made an inquiry about the internet speed, i was informed by the customer care of the airtel on dec 18, 2017 at 10: 15 pm that 4g service is only available to some selected areas in srinagar.

                                      I got totally unhappy with the reply of the executive of the airtel customer care and his senior but maximum time i only get 2g and 3g internet speed, i request you to kindly look into it and issue orders to airtel to restore 4g internet fully in kashmir

                                      My airtel no [protected] with 448 but 1st it show pending so i recharge again. But after some time i noticed that both recharge get sucessful and amount deducted from my bank twice.
                                      1st trans id - [protected]
                                      2nd trans id - [protected].
                                      So kindly refund or extend the internet pack fron 70 to 140 days. As possible

                                      I'm using all services from Airtel : SIM cards as well as Wifi device, but still get marketing calls everyday. The callers are extremely rude.
                                      The last caller asked me to stop using mobile phone if I had a problem with marketing calls!

                                      Please remove my name from all your marketing lists.
                                      My pre-paid mobile number is [protected]. I have switched to a nano sim on 12.12.2017. Since then I am unable to send or receive any sms on my phone. All my phone setting are ok. It says Error 10.

                                      can you please tell me how can I Reset my date of birth in MyAirtel app and
                                      recover my mPin?

                                      I have some money in the payments bank which I am not able to use.

                                        After porting my number to airtel, the activation process is pending due to verification issue. Unable to connect to the number suggested by the agent "59059" and therefore not able to connect to any network.

                                        Need immediate assistance as my active no has been disabled due to this delay. Mob no [protected]. Please respond and assist. Need help in activation of my sim immediately.

                                        From last 5 days my phone is not working, it says that the number in invalid. After inserting sim in mobile it says sim card registration failed.
                                        I tried to contact Airtel store also they replaced the sim twice but issue doesn't resolved.
                                        I send mails also to 121 mail-id but no reply from them.
                                        Poor network so I want to go to another network

                                        I think I have got two months bill in a single month, whereas I have paid the last bill.
