Hi, i have been using airtel since 14 years and i appreciate the fact that i have been with airtel becox of the strong network. Since 2 years there is network problem at my home. I have raised a compliant in july 2017 and i have been following it up with airtel (National escalation team) but of no use network issue is not resolved till now. They are not giving me any deadline as to how much time do they need to solve the issue. Agents are rude whom i spoke to, i m not sure why are they not able to solve the issue.

i first raised the complaint on July 27 and since then i have been making calls and emails to appellate.com, they just dint do anything. sent a representative at my home and did survey and found network at my home is zero (emergency calls only), U cant make a call or receive a call forget about net 3g or 4g. After finding that there is no tower which can cover my area, instead of resolving the issue they kept on saying it will take time to solve the issue how much time they want they never committed. After so much of struggle they escalated my issue tp National escalation team they are worst then nothing. One guy called me in Oct 2017 stating he will find out whats wrong with the issue and promised me that he will solve the issue and he disappeared.Big company like Airtel if they cant provide the network how r they claiming that they are the best service providers.

    I have disconnected airtel broadband on nov 8 of 2017. To refund 880 rupees they told they need 50 days. Even after 50 days, they are asking for again 20 more days to refund.

    I lost patience as i have called and mailed many times to refund..

    I think airtel is in debit... They need to pay loans to banks or what with my 800 rupees..?

    Airtel is behaving like a beggar...

      I am from northeast india, Imphal east.I have been using airtel like 4-5 years and more including my different no.Infact, all my family member uses airtel only. For a very long time, 4g coverage was very bad. It was fixed recently(I think ). I get the speed a normal 4g user would get. But it is very unstable. I measured the ping through speed test .it was awesome, but the high jitter put the network to a different level. It's all messed up. I can't even play mobile games peacefully.And I don't think a network with that much jitter can be called quality network. I hope it will fixed.

          Dear sir,
          I am using airtel post-paid connection with phone no. [protected]and i’ve applied to change my connection type to prepaid on 18 november 2017, submitted all the documents required and i was told it will be activated within 48 hours by airtel customer service executives. However, it is not yet activated till date. I called the customer executive on 23 november 2017 and they told me that the postpaid connection will be activated with in two days and i requested for changing my 3 postpaid number (One parent sim and 2 child sim) and one child sim was changed and remaining which never happened. The customer service is too bad to provide the right information to the customers. Again, i called the same number when i called the number the executive on the other side said to contact the airtel store where i gave to change my number. But its not yet activated and i was misguided by this information. When i went there they told me they can't do anything. The customer service executives told me that i’ll get a call back with the status which never happened as well. Now, i’ve lost my patience as i waited over a month for a connection even though i’ve submitted all the required documents. I am very disappointed by the service provided and they made me do a lot of phone calls to the customer service who failed to provide the correct information. Hence i am approaching consumer court to get justice.

            Airtel complain numbers = 1192650, 1193058, 1245065, 1246190
            Rs. 9000 debited from my account while making a transaction through upi vpa address. The amount still not credited into the beneficiary bank account. Contacted the beneficiary bank but they are not able to trace the transaction with the rrn number provided. Today is 9th day and still not action taken place.

              Dear sir,
              I, satnam singh aujla, would like to lay few lines into your kind consideration and favorable action that, on dt. 19/10/17, 11.27 pm (Call recording enclosed), i made a call at 121, regarding my recharge of rs. 399 but during my conversion with airtel customer care representative, told me that after my recharge i will get 1 gb data and local call free for 84 days which will last upto dt. 07/01/2018. But it a matter of great sorrow that when again i called on dt. 25/12/17 at 5.22 pm (Call recording enclosed), i was told that my validity of the above said pack will expire on dt. 27/12/17.in this matter i want to say that one of your representative told me that i will get 84 days of validity on (Dt. 19/10/17), and same representative of airtel company told that my validity expires on (Dt. 25/12/17), so by going through both the call recording you will know that this is how airtel company is harassing their customer and it also shows that you are least bothered about your valuable customer and has made a monopoly to harass their customer.

              So in this regard i would like to request you to listen both the call recordings and tally them from your end and confirm that each call recording is the same as stored at your end. As now i will make it a proof against airtel regarding customer grievance about harassment and file a consumer case regarding the harassment and the treatment given to me.

              But it is a matter of great sorrow that in spite of being such a big institution and such a branded make company and having good will in the market and as i am one of your old / valuable user. But i have to face a lots of problem in getting my legal demand fulfill this is really a pathetic response from such a big company and i am really disappointed with the kind of service provided to me.
              Now you have left me no options other than to reach consumer court to get it resolved and to save my rights as a consumer and also publish the matter in social media and aware other consumers.
              An earlier response would be highly appreciated.

                Dear concern

                It is very surprising to know that airtel is misleading its customers by providing wrong information when it comes to suggest best plan.

                They had suggested me a best plan as inr 299 which was non hd and was covering almost all hindi entertainment, informative, news and movies channels.

                Believing in the company's commitment to provide best to its customers, i continued to recharge for this plan month on month.

                Just of curiosity i googled few airtel plans and figured out i can get all the benefits of above plan and that too in hd in just inr 232.

                Relay hurt by the unethical practice of such a renowned company.
                Just to earn few penney's from a customer they have lost all my trust.

                Will be checking all my accounts associated with airtel.

                  It is given that, there will be flat 50% cashback on recharge through airtel payment bank.so i recharged for 448 and i got only 20rs and when i called customer care there were telling that you should recharge 5 times to get 50% cash back.so
                  Now the point is the given information about offer is wrong so i need full cashback and i dont want any offer from your side.

                    Hi,

                    This p. Kumar from bangalore, i'm a airtel postpaid user (Mobile:[protected]) for almsot 10 months.
                    I'm facing network issue from august 2017 and i have submitted compliant for the same. Compliant no:79091460 and many more.
                    Till date airtel is investigating and trying to resolve my network problem, but charging me exactly same. I feel whatever the bill i'm getting from 3 months and i paid is not correct as per the my usage.

                    Tried fetching grievences cell contact address to escalate my concern, but unfortunately the information is not available in interent nor customer service people knows.

                    This is realy very frustrating and need to know whats the status of the complaint and it's resolution date.
                    Anyone can help me. Thanks.

                      With due respect still (Cos anyways its my money which is locked in airtel and i need that back!)

                      Mr. Gopal vittal, have you or your ancestors built this company by stealing customer's money like this all this while?

                      When a customer calls/mails regarding an issue, please ensure you address it! You are employed/owning the organization just because of the fact that customers are using your (Least happy to call this a service though). If we, as customers, are not there, i hope you understand what's the future of you and your firm?

                      If a leader himself is lethargic in responding or resolving customer's issues, then its obvious that your appellate officers/nodal leaders/customer care team will follow your foot steps too.

                      I have around 1.3 k & 2.2 k in two of my numbers which is loaded because of the issues at your system's end and they happily returned the money to the main balance, which is the easiest trick from your end, is it? Its been almost 6 months and the balance is still around the same here! I am unable to use the amount to do the recharge freely as well! And, now, adding fuel to the fire, this 448 (Highly advertised pack) is available on my device but am unable to recharge that as well! You want the customer to do retail/online recharges and not use this main balance for ever and you can happily peacefully eat lunch/dinner with customer's money? Are you kidding me? How can you lock around rs. 3, 700 of a customer and drink water / eat peacefully at your end? Don't you feel ashamed to do such an act? I seriously didnt want to go to this extent, but you guys made me do this!
                      Trying to build an empire (In your dreams) with customer's money is such an act of cheating!

                      I am not able to even throw my sim now, cos i need my money back!

                      I am not sure if there is really a quality audit process available for your customer care team / escalation team's responses! If not, please have one!

                      And, when you have some time and when you really worry about your company's growth (I don't think that's your first priority though), please refer to the social media pages for gathering some harsh feedback about your company's reality check on the floor; and try to start helping the customer atleast after that!

                      Top 15 reviews are just 1 start, that shows how your team tortures the customers by hiking up the prices and not doing justice for the money.

                      Some of the issues raised till date, i am sure you wouldn't have even read it once, so pasting it below for your view

                      Nov 7 -

                      "every other time, i had to raise a complaint and forward it to the higher leads to get it addressed with care, right? And, i also need to loop in so many email ids to increase the severity of the complaint. Is this the way your team is trained to attend to customers? What's the use of bringing 4g let other any new things in the communication front when the basics of addressing customer queries is not handled. Do you think customers are stupid enough to get all the nonsense rude behavior of the so-called customer care team and even the appellate team. Such a pathetic response, not even allowing the customer to ask the questions promptly and giving all sort of false information. Is the only motive of airtel to steal the money of customers?

                      I ran into heck loadsa problems during my international trip and as a result got the refund amount as talktime balance, which in itself is an act of stealing. Now, i am left with 1.3k in my balance which i want to use for recharging to just burn out the amount and throw the airtel sim once and for all. I did a contribution by spreading this wonderful act of airtel to people around and am proud to say have stopped atleast 3 of them from moving to airtel recently. People like me will be there everywhere cos we are damn pissed off with the pathetic responses / services that you provide.

                      Now coming to my current problem, why am i not getting the 399 (70 days unlimited calls/70 gb) pack reflecting in my account now; when i checked with the customer care team, they had it reflect in my account yesterday, i didnt opt for it cos only 6 hours were left during the day, when i logged in today morning, the pack's rate changed to 448 (If am not wrong). What's the reason behind this act? Do you have the motive to just steal the amount and not give proper service to the customer? Do you think you are the only company who provides telecom services in india?

                      You guys stole the customer's money because of the technical problem at your end, the customer lost around 4, 500 rupees which is locked in the airtel balance now! I am unable to throw the sims because of this and is this the respect you give to the customer from whom you flicked the money? Soniya called up yesterday and asked for my wife's number and said" i know your number, but not your wife's number, i will need it to transfer to the team to get your problem resolved. Thanks for staying with airtel"and replying in the mail post the call like this? Is this the way you deceive the customer? First, you guys steal money and keep that as a balance and irritate the customer. If he had this money in hand, he would have gotten some interest out of it, which is blocked now! You guys will get the profit from the stolen amount and on top of it give wrong commitments to him and irritate him to the core. All that i asked was to transfer the money to airtel money account which is again your unit only, you can't even do that!

                      Mr. Gopal vittal (If you are the ceo) or someone who is supposed to act on this issue, are you really thinking that keeping your mouth shut for all these issues will end up growing airtel's business in india. Definitely not!"

                      I have raised a complaint in the consumer helpline gov site and they have asked me to forward the complaint id 512242 to you!

                      Once again, kudos to all the rupture you and your team has done till date, in stealing / looting the customer's money, and providing sub-standard pathetic service to the customer!

                      Bharti airtel, you guys will eventually face serious consequences for all this non-professional act in stealing people's money for such a sub-standard quality!

                      People are waiting for the right time to throw away their airtel sim cards to drains! It will happen soon for sure!

                        On 24th dec 17 network got disconnected. While talking to your help line numbers, they told to remove the sim and switch on and repeatedly told by many of members connected through help line numbers.
                        On 25th, even calls could not be made. When visited your airtel show room at pondicherry uzhavarkarai, they told sim is not working. Accordingly, i purchased new sim by giving aadhaar details. At the show room they told it will be activated at 7 p. M. Yesterday. When it was not activated, i again went to the show room. They told the sim activating office is on leave, it will be activated at 1 pm today. It was not activated till 2 pm. When again contacted your show room, they are again taking excuses that the sim activating office has not done their work, this and that. But ultimately, i am the user suffering for the past two and half days.

                        Please expedite to rectify.

                          Sir, please deactivate my airtel payments bank account as i already have many accounts to be maintained and i am so afraid about my big transactions as this account receives my all transactions into it.

                          As i know about it that i registered in airtel app through my registered airtel mobile no. I know that i am being registered but don't know that the app makes airtel payments bank account by this registered mobile no. And my transactions received by it.

                          My lpg subsidy deposit through my mobile no. So it receives to airtel payments bank and i know about it after so much time.

                          After some time the subsidy amount transfer to previous bank account but i wan't to know why it should happened.

                          Iwan't to deactivate this account in short time period as i can not handle it. Please understand my problem and help me to reach out of this problem. And for this ;

                          Sir, i am requesting you to deactivate my airtel payments bank account. I hope that you would help me as you don't wo't to let your company's reputation down. I am happy with your airtel network and i am fan of it. So don't let him down. Treat costumers like family and solve their problems as of example like me.

                            I am living in hyderabad and using airtel, but always having problem like network connection like connection is not proper, ongoing calls and data services. I really don't know why you people is making fake promise that airtel globe network is available in every where. Airtel is worst network i ever had seen. So finally i have no choice so i am porting my number.

                              I'm comlaint about billing your network gives pospaid bill so high without any call or sms i am so said so i am close your number any one dont solve my problem your network does not clear so i am calling any person does can not response when call is already recived firstly your billing is so high and costly compare any network so solve this problem otherwise i am stop your no. Service and chose any other network.

                                Am malleswara rao from hyderabad. My mobile data is nt working though i took 70 days package inclues sms n 1gb data/day. Even sms r r not working.

                                Also i was unable to contact cust care executive on r all tool free no. Unnecessaey options but there r no option to talk to cust care exec. Horrible service. Am nt sarisfied. Pl contact me imme on [protected].

                                  I was using my airtel prepaid number since last 3years and suddenly it has got deactivated 15days back when i was out of station and since i came today and saw that my sim is not working when i called on my own number someone else picked the phone and started saying bad words and said he got this number issued 15 days back how its possible i dont understand my number is [protected] which is distributed everywhere officially was used regularly and recharged regularly then why it was deactivated and issued to someone else. Today in the evening when i called customer care it was by my name in database but when i complaint about it i could see the change after 2 hours that they changed the sim details and database by the name of fraud person who got my sim issued somehow by manipulating with airtel executive i really wanna know how come its possible and how they can issue my old number to someone else? Now since i complaint 12 times in customer care they are refusing to take my complaint and not able to provide any solution i m disappointed i m among the first top 20 customers of airtel in india and see its happening with me i have 6 mobile and 2 landline numbers if my problem wont be solved i will deactivate and close my all numbers very soon as airtel is cheater and not trustable i hope i get the solution asap else i m very frustrated and disappointed as this number was used by wife since last 2 years.. And now the person who got this number issued is using bad words and insulting us when we called him. Its really cheating and fraud how come anybody can issue an active prepaid lifetime number with others name as post paid really shocking and worst services by airtel and no solutions after given complaints online 12 times. Airtel is among the worst mobile service provider beware friends they are cheaters and fraud

                                    I transferred rs. 5000/- twice on 15 dec 2017 (Transaction id:[protected] and[protected] but the amount not credited into beneficiary account. I complained to airtel customerservice & grievance officer on 17 dec 2017 but still problem not solved. I have tried several time with airtel to back my money and result nil. Please take my case for early action.

                                    Airtel Customerservice informed me “ our team working on your case and contact with you” after complaining on this [email protected] but after passing 10 days money not credited into beneficiary account. I also provide details of beneficiary account.

                                      Why airtel company accepts the sms pack payment but ignores the transmission of text message from the same sim number?

                                      Everyday there is company call with a no. Starting from 911400... Infinity nos. Follows. It disturbs a lot.

                                      While recharging the sim, it deducts all necessary tax but it is not availing reliable service to the consumers. What could be the problem?

                                        I activated international pack for rs.3000 to the us, and was charged for all calls and internet usage. The internet usage also was way more than what i had actually used! It seems to be that there are issues on multiple levels.
                                        1. International pack not getting activated even though i was charged for the pack on my bill.
                                        2. Overcharged on calls and mobile internet used

                                        How can i report this and take it up? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.1
