Hi i have been a airtel prepaid sim for more than 10 years 2 year ago i have updated a 4 g sim too. But from today evening it self it doesn't work it shows as invalid sim (No service) when i contact the customer care through other mobile network they said there is no any issues at our side, and askes me to change the setting in mobile network though i have done as per their guidance my sim is in the same condition.
Kindy rectifie the issue aeap as i was my personal mobile and i used for all my account and everything.

    I had got a call from a number [protected] saying that they are calling from sbi and they are offering some reward points. A girl asked me to provide 16 digit card number which i denied, then she asked 4 digit which i gave. She then told me my 16 digit number. She also told not to share my cvv number with anyone. Later on i got 3 messages with otp. 1st transaction 10000 to airtel money, second 10000 to airtel money and third 2000 to paytm. My first two transaction were deducted, third one did not happen. Later i got a message fro [protected] that "welcome to sbi bank card your money will be refunded after 72 hours". I asked her how did the money got deducted, she said not to worry. I later found out that it was a fraud transaction. I am surprised how they had all information about my card and card details. I request my 20000 should be reimbursed from airtel money or sbi.

      I have been requesting about bad network in our area (Anantha nagar phase -2, electronic city, bangalore) for the past 3 years towards airtel customer care. There is no action was taken and they always says the issue would be resolved in 3 months but it never resolved. Current it is very bad situation the signals are still worsen in our area. Due less signal it may draw more current which leads to health issues as well. Truly don't know is this right forum to complaint.

      I have been paying around rs. 1000 every month but not able to utilize their services since there is not sufficient network connectivity.

      Please do the needful.

        Sir, the company is not providing the spitulated time/days for sim recharged for internet 4g connection under number[protected] as details below:
        1. Recharged on 17/10/17, plan rs. 399, 1 gb daily for 70 days but plan closed after 28 days aginst the agreement.
        2. Again recharged on 17/11/17, plan rs. 399, 1 gb daily for 70 days but plan closed after 35 days.
        Both time it was first promised for 70 days but curtailed earlier.
        Is it not a palnned cheating?
        Is this the way the company treats its trusted customers?
        No concrete and satisficatory answer is given on inquiry.
        Please look into the matter at the earliest and add the promise data ncluding the previous one, otherwise i will plan future course of action.

          I do not consume my daily data limit, but airtel system is showing it as full used daily data limit. Even detail data transaction in airtel system is not able to show full data consumption. When i told customer care to write complaint on same. They are not ready to take complaint. I am using airtel for so many days, but these time airtel is not able to provide proper service. Sorry to say but bad luck airtel.

            A unwanted transaction of 6 rupees is being made from my airtel payments bank at 18:20 on 28 dec 2017. i didn't made any transaction from my payments bank acc. bt the money is being deducted. Showing a transaction id :-BATCH[protected]

              I am vipin. Next generation tv service is activated in my number without my consent and deducted 250rs for two months. When i called customer care they says i have double confirmed by sending sms. However am sure that i have not activated. Now they can't refund the amount.                 I, Anirban Naskar applied for airtel broad band connection on 15th December, 2017 with all documents and paid advance Rs.500 through cheque to a guy "Sourabh", contact no.-[protected]. My CEF NO.[protected]. Till today I haven't received any call from airtel provider or any proper responce from appellate team. So, I want my money back as early as possible.Regards, Anirban Naskar

                  We have purchased 6 numbers of Airtel WiFi dongle on Dec 1st and we paid the money also.

                  But the WiFi dongle still not yet activated, we are calling the person who is from airtel dealer and he is not picking up the calls/not responding properly.

                  Later he had sent the dongle bill through mail, Please find the attached photo.

                  Is it really required so many days to activate the service.

                  Recently last Friday we purchased the Vodafone dongle and it got activated within 3-4 days and we are using that.

                  Why other operator doing fast and why not Airtel.

                  Kindly take an action. We paid the money.

                      I was having a boradband/fixed line connection in my home. However, i have never utilised the full capacity of the same. Technician used to visit when ever we lodge a complaint but the problem starts up very soon. At last i cancelled the connection and installed the services of other operator. I spoke to the service department for more than 30 minuets as she want to retain me, while the technician still not able to reinstate the service. I explained to her and she finally agreed to cancel the connection. Now i am surprised to receive a bill for payment of rs 1178.82, which is illogical.

                      I request trai to take action.

Now after a week i got to know that its not processed yet. Fake promises will result in loosing customers. Change my connection to prepaid asap. Airtel experience is worst experience.                           I upgrade my sim to 4g. I am not getting this 4g facility. Now system is showing 2g. I am not satisfy your service. So i want to switch other service provider. Last few days my mobile is not showing 4g. Internet speed is very slow. Please give me 4g facility. Because i upgrade my sim to 4g. I am very unhappy of your service give this number.                           On 17th Nov I recharged my number with rs 400 and it claimed validity for 70 days. But the benefits lasted only for 35 days only. I called customer care they said validity was for 35days only. I even had the message I received when recharge was done.

                            Found it today (28/12/2017), deduction of amount rs 35 from balance for some vas called whatsmob which i never activated. Than i deactivated it and called customer care and requested and then enquired, but they have no idea and tried to tell me that they are deducting this amount from my balance for some pages i might have visited on google as pop up and accepted, which i didn't do and even don't know when the services got activated. They are not refunding the amount. How many times it has been debited also we don't know.
                            What an irresponsible answer form customer care. I have never used data on airtel sim for long years.
                            What a way to cheat innocent peoples like us?
                            Seems like again the old ways have restarted in airtel for earning wrongful money by auto debits.
                            Now i had a thought of going for mnp.

                            My mobile number also debited Rs 150 for activation of whatsmob, which am not even aware of. They ought to have taken consent through a message, like they have done for deactivation, instead of relying on pop ups. Furthermore, they gave option for deactivation in a message, without mentioning that the deactivation is for future and not for current debit of Rs.150. This way, they got Rs 150 which remained active for few minutes only. This sort of approach would not do any good to the company. This calls for review at higher levels in the company.
                            Found it today (26/05/2018) @0251am when phone not used, deduction of amount rs 35 from balance for some vas called whatsmob which i never activated. Than i deactivated it and called customer care 121 from where not able to speak to anyone.[protected].
                            I want to try and reverse the charges.kindly advice or help
                            today when i got up from bed i saw a message containing whatsmob service is activated and charged 150 rs called customer care several times finally i got them and told them about this finally when i told them to check whether i used internet on my number or not (they inform me that it was activated by internet) they refund my money back instantly this is a horrible experience i got early in the morning.
                            not expecting such kind of things from Airtel.

                              Billing is always high than the opted plan.
                              Pon checking the bill in details i always find that cug call minutes are included in the local call minutes whereas the cug minutes are free.
                              Sometimes additiona internet charges are added (Once they had charged 580 rs in addition). Each time we need to call airtel and clarify the bill deatils for whch they give petty reasons that there is a technical glitch.
                              I dont undestand how come such a big organisation cannot solve even a technical glitch and keep the issue open for months.
                              I feel this is an easy way for airtel to cheat customers if they donot check the bill in detail and just pay the amount.

                              So i paid Rs 549 believing Airtel to provide me 1.25 gb data for 84 days. Thats what it said on my airtel app. However i got a message saying that i will get 3 gb data per day for 28 days. This is a huge loss for me . Its outrageous. Airtel should stop cheating with their customers.

                                  I recently converted my airtel connection to prepaid from postpaid, thereafter i am not able to recharge online.

                                  I tried calling customer care many times, they don't respond to my calls. Initially my call used to get connected to airtel postpaid staff, they told it isn't their concern and told me to speak with prepaid staff (Which is not happening, since my call is not going to prepaid staff).

                                  Till now i tried called airtel people nearly about 30 times with no help. I got frustrated and tried porting to another network, but has to wait for 90 day period to do the same.

                                  Please suggest any help...

                                    On the morning of 26th december 2017, i planned to recharge with the plan of 448 (Unlimited package), i already had balance of rs/- 50 in my airtel wallet.
                                    So loading with another 400 will help me to recharge the pack.

                                    To do it i loaded 400 rs the wallet through debit card mode and first few times the transaction has been failed. After a few tries i fed-up and decided to do the recharge later. But a few minutes later i received a push-notification from airtelapp saying "your last transaction has been unsuccessfull. Please click to continue the recharge of rs. 400". I clicked the notification and it guided me to the payment page directly and this time the payment was successfull.

                                    After successfull recharge only i realized that the recharge was done for manin-balance instead of airtelwallet. I immediately called the customer care service and informed about this stating that there is a bug in your airtelapp, but no one seems to understand and provide a solution to the problem instead they keep pointing their fingers on each others (The prepaid team - payment banks team and payment banks team- prepaid team).

                                    After 6 calls i got frustrated and pointed me to the next level of escalation "the nodal team". I explained clearly and slowly as much as possible to them, at last they said there nothing can be done from our side and we took it as a complaint and will look into it and gave me one option to solve the issue
                                    1. Wait for few days till the complaint solved to get the refund.
                                    2. Recharge with another 100rs to make the main balance to 450 and do a recharge of 448 with the main balance.

                                    Next day 27th dec 2017, there is no response no sms no replies from anyone and i couldn't use my number to call anyone. So i decided to do the 2nd option and recharged with another 150 ft and tried recharging with the main balance and i was unable to do it, after so many attempts i called the customer care again and informed everything and they simply said they cannot recharge from main balance for this 448 pack.

                                    I got really angry and told them that this was their idea and explained what the nodal team said, then the customer care executive told that the recharge will be done within 4pm today and hung the call. I waited till 9pm and no recharge has been done, so i called again and asked and they said it will be done for sure before 12am for sure.

                                    Then i slept and waked up today only to find there was no recharge was done and nothing had happened as promised. I again called the customer care and this time they saying the request was not submitted properly yesterday and today it will be done before 4pm for sure and put me in the state of the same boat as yesterday.

                                    Now i'm realizing i wasted 2days for this and i'm sure this 3rd day is also going to wasted. The only mistake i did was not porting my airtel to some other network.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    As I told above, today also I wasted my time because they asked me to wait upto 4PM ans I did just to know that nothing happened like they promised.

                                    So I called the customer care at 198 again at 5.30PM only to hear the same story and they're saying it can't be done now give us time, . I told them I want a solution right now the junior executive transferred the call to a senior executive he also told the same answer and asked me to wait until 02nd Feb 2018.

                                    I'm really frustrated, please help me in this regard.

                                    I called the Nodal Team to finally ask then whether they can provide a solution or not, but they also asking me to wait till tomorrow and also to write an email summarizing everything again to appellate team.

                                    I hope I get help from raising a complaint on this forum.

                                      My airtel dish tv id no. [protected], txn no.[protected] on pos 81803286 dtd. 28.12.2017 at 8.02 am.
                                      I have recharged the said dish tv id for rs. 200/- and my bank account was debited for the said amount. Very sorry to say that an error message was delivered and my dish tv recharge was not successful. My set top box was on during recharge.
                                      I will be thankful if you refund the amount of rs.200/- in my account at the earliest.

                                      I recently got a duplicate sim of my number. The duplicate sim shows full network. There appears no problems in making calls and data usage nut i am not able to send or receive SMS. Moreover I keep getting an error 538 when trying to call *121#.
