This is quite ridiculous and strange what i am facing from airtel during last 2 months or so
Whenever i make a call to any number
It speaks that "number you are trying to reach is invalid"
What is this nonsense
I have to cut that and make it again
It happens with me no of times i make a call to anyone first time in a day
Is that fair???
Please make something sensible statement on this

    We recharged online 1800 and we requested one south channel hd package to activate in airtel digital tv but they active airtel infinity package without customer concern. I called 6 times to call center but no resolution provided.

    Airtel service taking complaint and closing without customer concern after if we call to customer care then they are eslating to other department but no resolution for the same

      I reached the airtel store - opposite to hira sweets, near laxmi nagar, delhi - 110092 on 19/12/2017, to get a connection of postpaid of my existing number [protected].
      All the documentation was done at the same time in between 8 pm - 8:30 pm indian standard time. I also shared my concern for my number activation within 24 hrs as i have urgent things to do on this number and i was assured that a verification office will come next day 20/12/2017 post 10:am however nobody come and as per tat my sim should get activated within 24 hrs post my registration with the team. When i called on 198 at 10 pm ist i got to know that the team has done the entry of my postpaid connection at 6 pm ist on 20/12/2017, what is this? Why so delay?

      Very dissatisfied, my number should have activated within 24 hrs, which is not.

      What kind of customer service is this that is showing delay and no priority on the concerns.

      File a complaint and strict action for that store who are not working properly on their part n assured false satisfaction.
      Also there were only 2 person sitting at the desk to assist and other 3 chairs were empty as the service providers chilling out when i asked if someone else can help me out as both the person available attending the customers.

          Hi all,

          I am jayaprakash.

          Recently, i have shifted from tamilnadu to bangalore. I lost the network (Tamilnadu sim). So i called customer care, they have said below steps to do so.

          1-) switching on and off.
          2-) removing sim and reinserting back.
          3-) changing to manual network selection (The operator network chosen cannot be found - post selecting the network).
          4-) changing sim in another handset.
          5-) visiting airtel store
          6-) changing to new sim (For activating it, i went back to tamilnadu where i do get signal, post activation i got signal in new sim @tamilnadu and network went off after getting back to bangalore). For some time, i got 'sim is not provisioned' error.

          After changing new sim also, i did first 4 steps but no luck.

          I've done everything that customer care said, but issue ain't resolved, even mailed [protected]@in. Airtel.com, no response not even acknowledgment mail.

          But on calling, customer care person says everything is fine with the sim.

          Searched google, no luck.
          Any assistance is appreciated.

          Finally, no workable help from airtel. Ported to vodafone. Now roaming(getting Network) is fine

            My office is located in omr (Near ptc bus stop), one of the prime location in chennai, from past 2 months all the airtel customers in my location are facing network coverage/call drop issues. We have raised complaints against the same with airtel customer care but the same is not resolved. The airtel numbers are not reachable when in the premise also not able to make calls. The internet connectivity is very slow. Airtel complaint numbers :81942131, 81942185

            If we raise complaints, airtel is closing the tickets without even resolving the issue.

            In advertisement they claim they have good signal strength even in jungle and the fastest network.
            But in reality airtel does not live up to the promise

              Sir, i have purchased airtel sim no. Mentioned in the subject line, in september 2017 from mokashi mobile shop, link road, dandeli, uttarakannada dist 581325 and i have provided my aadhar card no.[protected] and i have purchased unlimited rs. 199/- unlimited talk time package on 18/12/2017 in gokar from loacl mobile shop.

              But to my surprise on 19th december 2017 morning my cell screen showing a message emergency call - since than the sim is not working i hav shown to many mobile shop owners but they suggested me to contact airtel customer care center because the sim is blocked for the reasons better know to airtel authorities, presently i am working in kolhapur, maharashtra.

              Sir, it would be a great help for me if you personally look into the matter and resolve the problem as i have so many official numbers saved in it and i am unable to communicate, hence i kindly request you to kindly do the needful please.

                Very poor network and internet connectivity. Always calls dropped. Voice cracking. Already filed a complaint 6 days ago i. E. Dec 14, 2017, but there is no response from the company. Here is the reply mail from airtel

                  I'm facing vpn connectivity issues with my airtel prepaid number [protected] after port from idea to airtel
                  Error 619: a connection to the remote computer could not be established. So the port used for this connection was closed.
                  Note: while, i can access the same with my friend airtel prepaid number "[protected]" and with another service provider. So please help me to resolve the issue on priority basis and let me know the technical person to contact...

                  for the reference i attached scree short of offer at my Airtel app & massage of recharge from Airtel .

                  Today 20/12/17 their is a offer on my number [protected] in my airtel app in Rs. 399/- Unlimited Local & STD with 1GB 4G Data/Day for 70Days but i received that service only for 56days.
                  please refund my money and RS. 399/- Offer (Above Offer).

                        I lost my phone on 14/12/2017 and since then i am calling airtel customer care to block my sim since then i am trying but it always says number does not exist please check the number u have dialed. Airtel if you are going to look into that matter then do it else tell me directly that you will not help me. There are plenty of networks available in our country i will switch to that who can atleast listen to their consumer what they have to say if they got into trouble. I am fed up with you airtel.

                          I have sent a request to update the address of our company since 25.09.17 and till now not received any reply from airtel. Till now address is not updated. When i call customer care, they inform me to email enteprise which i have one 100 time but there is not reply as such since last two month. Also customer care 198 is not even able to register my complaint stating that since we are a corporate client, they will not register my complaint. This is the worst and pathetic customer service i have ever received. We have been with airtel since last 7 years and now with such kind of treatment to a corporate client we are seriously looking to change the service provider. If i do not receive repy from you within 12 hours we will take serious action against you.

                            I am using airtel sim with number [protected], i have been having this problem where i am unable to connect to the internet or call outsite. Also when some one else try to call me they are getting "person not reachable/phone is switched off". This occurs only when i am in my office in olympia tech park. I had no such problem till last week. But i am not sure what happened now. Kindly take it as priority and provide with a resolution.

                              I am a postpaid customer and my sim comes under mumbai network circle. Currently i stay in pune and at my residence there is no network coverage of airtel. Even if i go out and check around for 1km radius there is hardly any signal. There seems to be no tower for airtel nearby. Am planning to change my no to either vodaphone or idea but since i have been using airtel for more than 8 years now i feel sad about it. But i am left with no other option now. I have lost so many calls due to this. Apart from that am not even able to use my 4g data at home and have to rely on my wifi even after paying a monthly rental of 799 to airtel.

                              Got a call from an unknown number ‭+91 73198 20247‬ and this guys claimed himself being from Airtel was asking my credit debit card details. And the explaination was the bank details have to be patched up for my network issue to be resolved. Seriously?? This is what you get a reply from Airtel when you lodged a complaint in here. This is invading the privacy and cyber crime as well.

                                For my airtel relationship no.‭[protected]‬, firstly in september month when i went to update my aadhaar at alaknanda branch, new delhi - i was told by airtel officer to link my phone no with my husband account to get one bill and he could process the same request after my confirmation but to my surprise the account was never link d and i kept on reviving two seperate invoices for both accounts. To add more trouble, when i made payment for my account, it was credited to my husband account for september month bill and same happened for october month. Thereafter when i complained to airtel; i was said that the account was linked but not wholly and thereafter was advised to delink the two accounts and then make the payment again : i did the same as instructed and finally could make two months due payment on 10th december for rs.3000 against due amount of rs.2952/- but still i kept on reviving recorded message that the bill is due. Finally i complained and could get a revert from airtel office that the bill has already been paid by us and they confirm upon the payment received but due to some technical trouble, it is showing this issue which was confirmed that it should stop in next 3 working days but to add trouble to our ever troubled airtel transmission: still the payment due calls are coming and creating trouble in my life. I wish to claim rs. 50000/- towards harassment that airtel had down in past two months with me. I am going to file a consumer compliant with consumer court at ina. This is pre alert notice from my side to airtel.

                                  I have purchased my android dual sim mobile recently and converted existing sim to 4g sims on 14th dec, through your store opposite to kamakya theatre bsk 3rd stage.

                                  Both the sims activated but sim pertaining to [protected] stopped sms facility and outgoing calls delayed or cancelled frequently. After lots of attempts connecting.

                                  Because of above i am put into lot of inconveniences. I can not get otps for netbanking/recharges/ticket bookings.

                                  The 2nd sim though activation message received, signal received rarely and all the times it remains as 'no services' 'emergency calls only'.

                                  Expedite the correction and avoid further inconveniences.

                                    My postpaid data got finish & i wanted to activated a smart pack of rs 300 for 1 gb. It was not successful becoz of system upgradation. I made a 2nd attempt with rs 175 for 500mb thinking that maybe that pack has prob. This was again not successful. I tried a last 3rd attempt with rs500 for 2gb then i was told its done. After few min i get a msg of all 3 packs been updated. I just wanted small pack but tried different packs thinking some problems occurring with individual pack updating. But i see my acc is charged with 300+175+500 rs without my knowledge. This is cheating.

                                      I am feeling let down by airtel today. I was wondering why my data used to get over very quickly although it was 1gb per month. When i went to airtel sales office, to my surprise i came to know that i was getting only 2gb per month. When i took my postpaid plan i was offered 1gb per day. Now my question is why my plan was changed without my consent? It is also quite surprising that today i was offered a 20 gb per month plan with all other offers same as 549 plan. My question is if the postpaid plan offers are better at lesser price then why do airtel keeps charging a older higher price. Why does a custome have to go and verify the latest offer? If this is the case then what is the benefit of postpaid plan? Airtel ofders postpaid plan of 450 with 1gb per day and similar calls for 4 months. Why cant airtel make postplan remain better compared to prepaid? Going back to my first question, who gives right to airtel to change my data plan without my consent? I hope most o[censored]s complain and file a case.

                                        Hello,

                                        This is asmita sagar shedage, holding [protected] number of Airtel company.

                                        I am having multiple issues related to my last three bills which are unresolved by your customer care and AOR center ([protected]), 27th main, HSR layout Bangalore, after giving more than 15 visits and N number of calls to 121.

                                        The issue is as follows,

                                        1) Before October this number was in Maharashtra circle, but in October month I ported this to Karnataka circle.

                                        2) On 06/10/2017 I received bill of 1688.49 (Billing period- 05 Sep - 04 Oct), in this bill I have been charged 800 rs extra for data usage, but in bill allotted limit is 1999230 and used is 163959. So the 800 is not valid.

                                        3) Before the payment of above bill I received one more bill on 27/10/2017 of 1702.00 Rs (Billing period- 25 Sep – 25 Oct) which included previous bill (1688.49) and charges for the remaining days from month of October (266 +47 tax) as per new plan from Karnataka circle.

                                        4) After this I went to Airtel AOR center ([protected]), 27th main, HSR layout Bangalore and met Mr. Shridhar, after having multiple visits to store for about 15 days he told me that issue is resolved now you do the payment of rupees 902 (1702 total bill – 800 which was extra). Which I did on 14/11/2017.

                                        5) After doing payment I got automated calls from airtel that your bill is pending and to avoid disruption please pay, so again I visited store met Mr. Shridhar and informed him. He raised some query and the automated calls got stop for while.

                                        6) Again on 25/11/2017 got call from airtel that please pay the bill otherwise your services will get disrupted. I was out of town so couldn’t able to raise this issue at airtel and suddenly on 27/11/2017 my services got stopped by airtel.

                                        7) I called 121 from another number on 30/11/2017 and raised concern, after explaining the things the executive agreed and said the query is raised and number will get started in 72 hours which then got started also.

                                        8) Now again on 27/11/2017 I received bill of rupees 3107.27 (Billing period- 26 Oct – 25 Nov) which included (399 this month charge + 90.82 tax + 100 late fee + 1711.85 for last month)

                                        9) Again I visited airtel store and met Mr. Shridhar and his manager Mr. Robert, both confirmed me that yes again this charges are extra and we will resolve it in 24 hours, I went after 24 hours they did not resolved it and asked me to come on 14 December which is the due date for bill.
                                        I visited same store on 14th december and they asked me to pay 500 only which will be the 399 this month charge + 90.82 tax. They told me that 100 rs late fee is invalid and 1711.85 from last bill is also invalid.

                                        10) However now again I started receiving calls from airtel to make the payment otherwise my service will get stopped.

                                        Following are the request numbers I received from customer care in this whole matter, 81816167, [protected] and 81203569.

                                        It is really frustrating that the service provider who claims that they are India’s leading service provider, do such service to their customers.
                                        AOR center ([protected]), 27th main, HSR layouts people I visited, always will be on leave or outside the office and same thing I need to convey to new person and again he will ask for certain timelines.

                                        I am really fed up with the kind of situation I am because of airtel.

                                        I hope airtel will pay your immediate attention to resolve this issue and clear my account which is still showing up the amount of 1788.45, as I have paid 500 for this month also.

                                        It is very painful to receive such bad service from airtel, not getting resolutions on time and explaining same thing to each and every time.
