My number got deactivated suddenly. No prior communication to me before deactivation. My personal details are linked to the mobile and have been put into a bad situation because of this.

When contacted airtel office they say they dont know. It just says deactivated.

When asked how to activate it back again? The answer is dont know.

When contracts customer, they said they cant do anything only office...

On monday 4th december i have submitted the migration application from post paid to prepaid. They have cancelled all post paid connection on tuesday, but not ready to give connection to prepaid after 4 days also, today is friday after continues follow up and two escalation still i don't have any solutions, still i have not got my airtel prepaid connections/

This is highly undesirable from the company like airtel, i bought a post paid connection no [protected] on september, due to some reason i had to surrender the connection after surrendering the no, i got a call by the company to pay the unpaid amount which was around 1050 and i tried to pay the same online, but as the no was surrendered i couldn't pay online, i asked the person to collect the payment from my office after...

I have recharged my number[protected] with rs399 offering unlimited calls and 1gb data for 70days.I have recharged on 02/11/2017.BUT my mobile got charged for data and calls from yesterday.

This is very bad.
Please don't make fake promises and offer to customer. They have to suffer a lot

I have ever seen such a worst network ever. Its going to be one month now, still i'm not able to activate my prepaid number.. Airtel network registered many uncountable complaints, but everything is closed without providing the exact reason.. And whenever i ask about complaint action status, it will be always "technical error". Is there any team not working in technical side.. Now what is the next step to recharge my mobile number....

I am raising this concern regarding my mobile no : [protected]. I had downgraded my plan in oct. Before the downgrade there was a data balance of 74.21 gb for the previous month in my account. It was reflecting in my account till 6th nov 2017 which was later lapsed & removed from my account.

I have ported the mobile number [protected] from vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid today (07-dec-2017) and i went to airtel store at rampur up they have given the new sim and charged 100 rupees. I asked him about the charges they said these are porting charges. I later known that its free of cost they are providing the new sim and mnp. Airtel advertises that it has 4g connection everywhere, however in the hub of bangalore, whitefield, it could not provide a continuous 4g connection. Despite multiple complaints and repeated reminders the customer care executives indicate that the complaint is on hold and it is escalated.
