I contacted a person (number is - [protected] )around 20th June 2015 when I and my friend were searching for flats. Got his number from one of the online sites. He said the flat is unavailable and I said ok. After that he called at around 11:30 PM again. I picked up the call and told him not to call again or else I will complain in Police. Still he called. I called 100 from the other number keeping him on call. I talked to a police officer and he said to file an FIR. This man disconnected the call and I thought we will not call any further. Still to be on safer side, I blocked his number on TrueCaller. After few days, he was still trying to contact me but since his number was blocked he couldn't. After almost a month of this incident, I noticed that in TrueCaller I had 100's of notifications about this person trying to call me. He calls like 20-30 times in a span of 10-15 mins. He tried calling late night or early morning also (2-3 am/4-5am). I was shocked seeing this. I was busy with some important work that time and I ignored it. After so many days, yesterday (20th August 2015) around 10:30 PM, he again started calling me although I blocked his number. So, I forwarded the call to my Brother. Every time my brother picked up his call, he disconnected but this didn't stop him from calling. I again blocked him. Today (21st August 2015 4:07 PM), he is again trying to call me. Please help in punishing this person. Don't know how many girls are bothered because of him. Thanks.

    This is to inform you that the Airtel executive has provided the wrong information about a mobile power recharge. On 14th August 2015 I did a recharge of RS 75(Power Recharge - All STD & Local calls @40ps for 3 months) through Paytm on mobile no - [protected]. As there was already a power present in the same number, the power did not get affected as advised by the Customer care executive. Also, the person mentioned that the power will get affected only once the current power get over. We waited until the current power got over. But the power did not get affected for RS 75. We went back to the Airtel customer care and they confirmed that there was a wrong information passed by the executive and the power cant not be affected. To get the power affective we need to recharge by RS 17 now. Then we wanted to discuss the same with next level executive. The senior executive pitched in the call very rudely and confirmed that that is the only way they can help (i.e. recharge with RS 17) and dropped off. My request is to get the power affective from now. Also, request Airtel to stop misbehaving with the customers. This is not expected form any senior executive. Thank You, Tapadyuti Kuila

      Dear Airtel, Today morning(21st Aug 2015: 11:46am) I received a call from mobile number [protected] and the lady on other side told me that she is calling on behalf of State Bank of India Mumbai head office and SBI has initiated a program where they are replacing the old cards with new chip based cards to offer extended security to our customers. I was very reluctant but their professionalism trapped me and I ended with loosing 4999.00 from my account. ..When i checked my SBI bank statement, i found the fraudulent transaction was made to pay AirTel bill for which transaction narration is showing as [POS PRCH POS[protected] AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK MUMBAI]. (screenshot attached). It would be a great help if you could please figure out this transaction and let me know the account for which this transaction happened AND if possible PLEASE revert the amount 4999.00 in to my account(the same account which was used to pay the bill). Please help and discourage the fraudulent people. I have filed a written complaint against this transaction to Pune Police.         Hi There, The concern is regarding my airtel 4G bill generated on Aug 12, 2015 for the cycle (11July to 10th of August, 2015 ). It was for my airtel number [protected]. Bill generated says total amount as Rs 14004.55. I started raising my concerns and complaint starting 12th of August but the issue is still unresolved. eg[protected] For Bill - Got closed without intimation just saying bill is valid . Again explained everything to the customer care executive and raised a complain # 64181876 . in the mean time, tried escalating the issue to 121, appellate, nodal officer n number but it is still unresolved . They are just throwing the ball from one basket to another basket . My concern here is :- Plan Details - 11July to 31 July - 1995 Plan (30GB) 1st Aug to 10 Aug - 2995 Plan (50GB) # Request for plan change was made on 31s July at 10:30PM. Concern 1) Current Bill shows no plan activated for 23rd July and 1st Aug . (Proof - Screen Shot attached). I have not given the data benefit for these two dates. Concern 2) Wrong information was provided to be on prorata by Airtel customer care executive named "Samrin". Communication happened on Aug 1 at 8:00 am and as per her, I am entitled to use complete 50GB . Prorata charges are made on the bill rental and not on data benefit. Proof- (Given the date and Name of executive.Airtel and go ahead and verify the same). Concern 3) Because of poor exceptional and wrong behavior of Customer care executive, I requested disconnection (request #[protected]on Aug 1 in the evening. On 2nd Aug, I got a call from retention team (Her name was Ashwini) and she confirmed - a) Proper action will be taken against the executive .(it's ok, np ). b) as a retention benefit, I will be given discount of 20 percent on bill for 3 Months(it's ok, np). c) she committed if anything extra is charged, it will be waived off . Even after the commitment made, I am still struggling to get waive off . Proof- (Please verify the communication I had with Ashwini on 2nd Aug, 2015 on waive off.Call was for closing my request#[protected]. Concern 4 ) Bill clearly says, if I exceed the built in quota, I will be charged .2ps/10KB or 20 ps /MB (It should be read carefully). Proof - Screen shot from airtel.in and screen shot from currently generated bill is there with me . Uploading the same as well here. Even if you ignore above point, current bill will be something around - 1995-30 GB plan used for 20 days (11 July to 31 July)- ~ 20GB on prorata basis + ~Rs 1330. 2995-50 GB plan used for 10 days (1Aug to 10 Aug)- ~ 16.11GB on prorata basis+ ~Rs ~ 1000. So, total bill quota that can be used = 20GB + 16.11GB = 36.11GB & Monthly Rental = Rs 2330. If any additional data is used, it will be charged on .2 ps /10 KB or 20 ps /MB (can refer the screen shot provided for detail). As per airtel, my total consumption was 59.28 GB of data . So, I exceed the amount by (59.28-36.11)GB = 23.17 GB . Cost for this will be(based on 20 ps per 1MB) Rs 4634 So, even in the extreme case, my total bill won't exceed Rs(4634+2330)= 6964 (+ 14 percent Service tax) - 20 Percent Discount. So, in any case it will not exceed Rs 7000. On what basis bill was calculated as Rs 14004.55 ? Concern 5) All medium to check airtel data balance shows incorrect information. a) my airtel app - always shows 0 GB 3G data instead its a 4G number.Already provided screenshot to airtel last month (24-25th July) still not rectified. b) my account under airtel.in shows anything irrelevant .(I have the screen shot) c) http://www.airtel.in/applications/airteldongle.jsp shows complete data i.e 50GB and not the quota available for you. d) even pie chart shows incorrect information. So, no mechanism to check real data available in case you upgrade your plan in mid of Month. So, it's a limitation from airtel side. So, why a customer should suffer ? Concern 6) No alert message was sent from airtel side when I have exceeded the data quota available. I have been chasing airtel (121, appellate, nodal) but didn't get the resolution yet. I have been using airtel since last 2 years and never suffered like this. I would like to inform airtel immediately else I will be forced to start with the legal action formalities starting 25th Aug 2015. Unfortunately, I had to give a request for disconnection. I was never having speed related and will like to continue with airtel if service quality is improved and issue is resolved in the stipulated timeframe.           Dear Sir/Madam, I am facing problem regarding Airtel network. I am using Airtel SIM Card from last 2 and half year but from last 5 months I am not getting calling network at my resident address. i.e. Titwala east 421605 For the same issue I have lodged complaint to the Airtel Customer care on 3-April-2015 and as suggested by them I have sent mail to their circle head ( Applet officer) also, but still issue has not been resolved. I have taken timely follow up with both of them (CC & Applet Officer) but not getting any positive response from them. Please look into this matter on priority basis as I am missing very IMP calls.             I applied for a new broadband connection. An executive came to collect documents. After filling application form and submitting proofs along with a cheque for Rs. 1000, cheque number 369046 dated 10 Aug 2015 of State Bank of Mysore. I got a message from airtel 'documents received'. But the installation engineer called on 13th Aug 2015 and after visiting the site/my location, he said my connection is not feasible, since they don't have network in that are. Today I got a message from bank that the cheque amount is debited from my bank a/c. 21-Aug-2015 And after that I did not receive any update from airtel, nor been able to get any updates from customer care on this. Please share what is the process of refund? And why wasn't the feasibility checked before collecting documents and money? My details - Vijay Raghavan Mobile no - [protected], Bangalore.

                On August 05th, 2015, I applied for a new broadband connection online. I was assisted by one of your online support executive(Ms. Soumya). I paid the installation amount (Rs. 1000) online using Credit Card after confirming the feasibility of new connection in my area.. Application Number : ONNOIDA01195096 Transaction Reference no. :[protected] I was told that the installation will be done within 48 hours. Yet even after 48 hours I didn't get any message/email/call from anybody. I contacted customer care on August 7th, and I was assured that the installation will be done with in next 3 working days. Yet I received no response. I contacted customer care again on August 14th(reference# BR[protected] and was told that I'll receive a call within next 4 working hours. I received the call on August 16th and the representative was not able to verify things due to some technical issue and assured that I'll receive the call in next 4 working hours again. But again no response. I contacted the nodal team on August 17th and explained my problem again. At that time I was told that my area is not feasible for broadband connection. I asked to initiate the refund process. Again to my surprise, I was told that it will take 21 working days and I'll receive the check for the amount. I asked as I paid online, the refund should be directly credited to my Credit Card. And I need all this in an email. And the guy(Mr. Anand) refused to do so so I asked him to transfer my call to his senior and again same response from senior executive(Mr. Gaurav) also. So here are my concerns: Why do I was asked to pay if my area was not feasible for new connection? If it was feasible, why I haven't received a new connection? Why did it took 15 days to tell me that my area is not feasible? Why there was no communication from concerned department? Why my email id was asked while submitting application if it can't be used for communication purpose? Why would it take 21 days for the refund process to complete? Why the world's third largest telecom company make refunds in form of check while the customer paid online?

                  Hi i just opt for Airtel Myplan Rs599 rental and connection is not started yet (Just address verification done). I want to use Rs399 plan with monthly booster so that i can utilize my money in a better manner but the visitor who offered the plan says plan cannot be downgraded. I want Rs399 to be activated from the beginning. Revert me with solution.

                  I don't want my new connection to be activated with Rs599 rental. I think it would be easy for you guys to change the activation plan to Rs399. My postpaid connection will start with mobile +91-[protected]. You can revert on [protected]@gmail.com as i have network issues working in basement at office.

                    Hi I am from Ayanavaram (chennai), i have applied new broad band connection for my how in at month starting[protected], they have collected all the documents with installation charges(500), i have follow up with them they said some technical issues we will give connection in 3 days, after that i did not get any update To i have make a call to them regarding my status of the connection, now they are saying like there is no feasibility to get connection in you area (ayanavaram), then why the hell they collected details from my end with installation charges

                        I have an Airtel sim mobile no. [protected]. From last 1 month it has been deactivated.When I called customer care, they asked to submit the proof again. When I completed the procedure, even then the number was not activated. Again I called up the costumer care and from last 3 days they are saying that number will be activated within 4 hrs., I have talked to various costumer representatives Mr. Bhagwan, Mr. Vinod etc. From August 19 I have been calling the costumer care day & night. Now the position is that incoming calls are activated but still OUTGOING of my number is not activated. Very disappointed with AIRTEL...

                        Very disappointed with Airtel if the problem continued I will need to port to some other network provider...

                          Dear Sir, I am doctor from AIIMS, New Delhi. I was an Airtel customer (postpaid-[protected]) for last 3 years.I was staying in 11/158 Malviya Nagar. on march 1st week 2015, we shifted to another house in Malviya Nagar at B137, Malviya Nagar. But in this new house there was almost no network in my airtel connection.For that I complained to the Airtel customer care team over telephone. They have accepted that there is some tower problem.They will repair it within two weeks. But neither corrected nor informed after 1 month when I called, they told we don't know when it will be rectified. So I forced to quit Airtel on 1st week of April 2015.I paid last month bill plus some extra to compensate the ongoing month bill. Now on and off almost after 3 months airtel customer care people are bothering me and my wife to pay some outstanding balance for the month of April. Point is very simple, if somebody is unable to use his phone for more than a month due to network problem and he is changing the network provider, then why should he pay for something which he has not sed at all. So I am not going to pay any thing ...which rather hampered my day to day activity (being a doctor from AIIMS...many patient calls me even if I am at home).

                            Sir i have received message for my number [protected] on 18/8/15 at 12.11pm that was recharge rs.95 get 1gb 2g 28 days validity 200mb now remaining after one hour.but not yet credit yesterday(19/8/15) at 5.44pm i spoke regarding this with Mr.Rajesh he told we will send mail and check after 24 hrs u calback. i called 20.8.15 at 8.52pm one lady spoke she talked roughly and she ask me how can i believe send screenshot if how many times you called we didnt refund your money.Here with i attached that message screenshot.I want truth and justice.After receiving your company message only customer can did anything then your customercare service people talking and behaving manners is very bad.Really am very upset Iam using this number past 7years no one can talk like this sorry to say iam very ashamed to use this network after hering this ladys speech.Kindly resolve my problem otherwise give the higher official number or mail id to enter complaint towards that lady.

                              I would like to bring my experience regarding online recharge of my data plan, initiated today 20th Aug 2015. Just a while ago, I was in process of attempting the recharge of my data plan using airtel online website. After completing data entry and various selections in airtel website and internet banking website, an error message got displayed by the payment gateway. Subsequently, I tried to recharge on 3 different occasions using internet banking and once using my debit card. All the 4 attempts displayed the same error highlighting the transaction failure. Surprisingly, my bank account got debited on all the 4 occasions even when the error highlights that the “payment has been declined by the bank”. I am bit surprised as to 1. how the bank account can get debited when the transaction didn’t go through and 2. the credentials of your payment gateway (citruspay) Further it is a bit too harsh for letting the customer wait for 7 days towards refund for a recharge which didn’t take place. I had a similar experience last month during an earlier recharge process. I wanted to bring this to your kind attention for immediate resolution. Suggest that this grievance be handled on a priority basis, now that RBI has approved Bharti Airtel as a payment bank. Regards

Already same problem faced in Starting Aug month and found gprs zero rental plan was active on my number without any information.and after raise the issue, problem resolved. And same issue we are facing currently but Airtel customer care is not positive response. Kindly look at this and do the needful.

                                        I m complaining about my data and main balance detection without any reason infect i m not using net during that time and with in 35 mins 200 mb data and main balance was finished without any use and in customer care they were find that data was used from last 10 hours while i was not on data from last 10 hours. Now when in morning i was on data than see that with in 20 mins it will finished . its really very bed experince with Airtel
