On the 5th of August, I tried placing an order on AJIO using my debit card, money got debited but the transaction failed and the order didn't place. It's been nearly a week and AJIO still hasn't initiated my refund yet. I've called them daily but they've always said we've raised the complaint and it will get resolved. I have visited the bank and enquired, they said payment has reached ajio side. The transaction was successful. I don't know what to do now.
