This is to bring to your notice on a very serious note that Ajio has just become worst app for the customers and have the worst services ever faced. So many times we have sent you thr mail but always you guys reply late and at the end your message is to just post the complaint on the complaint section on ajio portal. There they always show that the the complaint is being processed but never completed. On the other hand if we call on the customer care number then your executive never pick up the call, there is no body from ajio to listen to the customer's problem. Because of your leniency today I just got struck into a fraud activity which pretend to be the ajio executive. Let me frame each and every thing in detail now.

On 10th July 2021 I placed the order the order of Puma LQDCELL Hydra Lace up Sports shoes worth 3929.The order Id is #FL[protected] but as the wrong product was delivered to us so I returned the same item to you. Some verification details were asked to me and then it was successfully verified and the shoes were successfully picked up from my place. But after few days we received a mail from your side that the product we have returned is a non ajio product. First you guys deliver the wrong prouduct and then just say its a non ajio product and the product will be delivered to you back. It took several days by you to return the product to us I was amazed to see when I just got the product today.

Today when I just received the prouduct first thing the actual shoes for which I paid ₹ 3929 was never delivered to me secondly the shoes which were returned to me today was also not the same to those which I received last time (which was also the wrong product delivered to me). The shoes which I received today is of so pathetic condition. The material of the shoes was of cloth ans it was torn also it seems like someone has wore these shoes several times and then send it to us. I will attach the pic of the ahoes I ordered and the shoes I received today. The sole of the shoes was so dirty and pathetic in condition, it was completely Used .

Because of your leniency and such pathetic service I just tried to find out the another customer care number of yours. So I just found [protected] as the number. The person who was taking was claiming that he is an ajio customer care executive. Due to which I got entangled into a fraud and my bank balance got debited by Rs 5000/- . Just because you were not taking the serious action towards my prouduct which made me to got struck into a fraud. I didn't receive the strucked money with ajio and in addition to that 5000/- were more debited from my account.

This is the last warning I am giving to ajio to refund my money of the product which I had mentioned otherwise I will directly file your complaint against in consumer forum. It's now end of my patience. If the action of the refund of amount ₹3929 is not be taken from ajio side then I will not enetertain any excuse this time. I am attaching the product I ordered and product I received. I don't have the picture of the product which I received for the first time but I have to that of which I received today.

I again strictly urge you to initiate my refund as soon as possible otherwise this time your complaint will be directly filed in the consumer forum.

      Hello
      i placed the order for sandal ON DATE 11 AUG 2021 also made payment, have not got confirmation mail. also unable to logging to website to check delivery status only got order no FL [protected] on sms

      it shocking from know eCommerce site to behave as unpro

          I had rs. 1319 in my ajio wallet but it was deducted from my wallet without me ordering anything. I was trying to order using the money in my ajio wallet and i tried to pay the rest of the amount from netbanking but the transaction failed. I received no message of spending the money from my ajio wallet .The amount from my ajio wallet was deducted and i want my money back. I have filed a case with national consumer helpline case no. 2897414

            Money deducted from ajio wallet

                    On the 5th of August, I tried placing an order on AJIO using my debit card, money got debited but the transaction failed and the order didn't place. It's been nearly a week and AJIO still hasn't initiated my refund yet. I've called them daily but they've always said we've raised the complaint and it will get resolved. I have visited the bank and enquired, they said payment has reached ajio side. The transaction was successful. I don't know what to do now.

                      It's almost months ago but i still didn't get my order why ajio?? Whenever I check my order it showing return to seller.. It's okay if my order return to seller but I want my money back where is my money?? I still didn't get my money and ajio customercare policy is worst ever.. Many times I called or send email but still no response from them. This app is the worst app ever😡

                          I had placed an order worth of Rs 3763, on 4th August 2021. The app debited the amount from my account as I received the alert from my bank . But they hadn't created an order ID and send the message of order being placed . As I didn't have the ID I couldn't access any details or track the order or get any solution to either cancel and get refund at all . Numerous times I sent email but no solution . Even I after applying a previous complaint to consumer forum all they did was sent to the same email with no solution .

                                I paid Rs 3642 using HDFC Bank account . The amount got deducted from my Bank Account but there is nothing showing in the order section.

                                    I have ordered a watch on 27/7/2021 but I got a damaged watch so I asked to exchange it but the delivery boy always makes some excuse and didn't give me a new watch instead of an old one. Customer care also not picking my phone.. worst shopping website in product quality and in after-sale services too.
