Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I had placed an order worth of Rs 3763, on 4th August 2021. The app debited the amount from my account as I received the alert from my bank . But they hadn't created an order ID and send the message of order being placed . As I didn't have the ID I couldn't access any details or track the order or get any solution to either cancel and get refund at all . Numerous times I sent email but no solution . Even I after applying a previous complaint to consumer forum all they did was sent to the same email with no solution .

I have ordered a watch on 27/7/2021 but I got a damaged watch so I asked to exchange it but the delivery boy always makes some excuse and didn't give me a new watch instead of an old one. Customer care also not picking my phone.. worst shopping website in product quality and in after-sale services too.

This is the first experience I had from Ajio.After placing an order on sunday, paid the amount, app order list shows no order take placed there was no confirmation message, no mail.Mailed to customer care no response, contacted customer care no relevant answer.

I Cancelled my order on 1 Aug 2021, they sent mail for cancellation saying they will refund the amount with in 5-7 buisness days. Haven't received my money yet. Sent them mails for the same, but every time they sent system generated mail which is not related to my query.

I ordered Nike shoes from Ajio.com and received them on[protected]. The product comes with a 6 month warranty and the upper mesh got teared within 2.5 months of normal usage. I mailed the company about the same, they asked me about all the details and I gave them the same. Money deducted from my account still order is not placed
I have ordered for rupees 2535 on 8th August but order not placed and money deducted from my account and I have mailed call on customer support still no response from there side pls refund my rupees urgently.
And also I complaing 2nd time here.

Amount got debited from my account . I have placed complaint through their customer care for almost five times now . Yet they haven't provided me with a proper order ID or a solution . Hence I am unable to even receive a refund . I have even sent them a picture of the amount paid via my Google pay app .

Money refunded by AJIO but not credited in my dhani account

Sir i order some dresses in ajio app by using dhani pay card on 31/07/2021. The order amount 1664.98 which is debited from my dhani pay account. Some reason i cancell the order on same day. As per the policy the amount that i paid wii refunded within 7 to 9 days. It passes 7 to 9 days but money not to be refunded. I receive a email on 4/august/ 2021from ajio and it shows the money successfully refunded to your account but its not to be credited my account yet. Today i contact AJIO customer care he says in our side money refunded, and he says you can cotact your bank to request to create charge. So i call dhani customer care but he refuse to create.help me sir.
