I have ordered a product from ajio and due to i was not satisfied by the product i returned it back, the delivery boy came and picked up the product for return, but the status of return pickup is still not update nor my refund has been initiated i have tried so many times to contact in ajio but haven't got any resolution. this was my last purchase i will not order anything from ajio anymore.

    I had ordered a pair of heels using a gift card of ICICI Bank, which was cancelled accidently. the company refused the refund of the same stating that the refund is not Initiated for the payment made through Gift Cards
    I have been trying to reach the team through mails, contacted them on their customer care address and got no response for the same. i had requested them to allow me to order something of the similar amount or put the amount in my Ajio wallet for future use. they have refused and stated that the amount is non refundable. The Company has not replied to my mails or messages on twitter or instagram. while the call center executives are refusing to provide the refund or give the refusal of issuing refund in writing. The Order Id FL[protected], name associated with the account- Shreeda Kathuria. Amount- Rs. 998. Date or order 23rd August 2021. Please do the needful as lawfully its our money, regardless of the mode of payment. Refusing the refund on account of gift card is Unfair and this should be punishable as the company is depriving the customer of the amount and wasting their time instead

      Refund initiated on1st Aug and the same is showing in Ajio App as well but till now the amount is not yet credited to my account.
      Over 30 mails I have sent to the Ajio Customer care but no proper response from there end. Just the auto reply is what iam getting. Almost 2 months I wasted my time for a product.
      Even there customer care number didn't work properly.
      Please help on this issue.
      They don't even really care about there customer. Such an horrible experience from Ajio.

              I ordered two "DIVINE CASA 144TC Leaf print Single bed sheet with Pillow cover" with my Ajio account. I have paid for 2 bedsheets and I received only one bedsheet. What should I do to receive either my money back or the product?

                Please check my order from Ajio its already paid by IOB BANK of Rs 2797.49 INR for 4 products. but still order is not confirmed yet wrongly shows as cash on delivery i have already paid money and also no response from customer care number please review and solve my order Immediately.

                  I'm receiving emails from AJIO purchased orders on my Gmail [protected]@gmail.com since a month for which I have sent email to customers service of AJIO but didn't received any reply from them.

                  Kindly look into the same on priority please ask them to stop sending emails of other customers on my email

                    Never thought AJIO gives such a disappointment i have ordered a backpack 2 weeks ago where the product is out for delivery 1 week ago itself no one comes to deliver product and they update fake in tracking id they say it is restricted which is not at all lockdown lifted 1 month ago and when called to customer support number that wont connect even after an hour also with agent. When sent email there is no response they say you issue will be resolved after a week and finally today received a message saying your product is delivered which I didn’t even received it.. 🙄

                        I have returned the products on 19/8/21 but the status of the order was shown as out for pick up. I haven't received even received a message saying that pick up was successful. Not yet initiated refund for the product.

                            My order no in Ajio FL[protected] ..I have received this order. In the month of December..from December I am raising my complaint for returning the product..but till now they not taken this product..the product is not so good..how can I keep useless product.. customer care service is jobless people's not solving the customer problem..so I want this product to be picked up..refund my amount
