I had ordered a kurthi today, the bank had sent sms that money got deducted but I didn't get any confirmation that order has been placed... I checked in my orders in profile too, but the order is not placed...there isn't placed there too...please kindly consider my complaint and do the needful at the earliest...

I have been trying to create a return request for my order for the past 1 month... But nothing happened. I even created a complaint order but that also got cancelled without being resolved. now the return period is coming to an end.. And i am worried. I have ordered (FL[protected]) some dresses from ajio.com worth Rs. 1524. They cancelled one dress from their end worth Rs. 449.70 and told me that they will refund it in another 3-5 days. But that was not done. I contacted them through the mail regarding this. They said the the refund is initiated. I was waiting for many days. I have checked with bank also, but the amount is not reflected in my account. Again I contacted ajio customer care...

My recent order is not visible in My order section in the app.

I ordered using ajio app but my order didn't placed and amount has been debited from my account as i can see lot of people are having same issue is this some kind of joke for you guys why don't you fix it for once i want my refund asap...
