No one is picking up the customer care no. Even no reply to the email which I had sent 2 days ago and no response to complain on the app. I initiatrd return of the product on 13 August and they told me that return of your product will be initiated on 19 August.
Today us 21 August and no response from them

Ajio has been unsuccessful in unsubscribing me from marketing SMS even after requesting the same almost 2 years ago!!!

Customer care has failed miserably in taking the request.

I'm literally harassed with unnecessary marketing SMS and offers

One of my recent purchase was canceled by ajio for some reasons but i still haven't received my refund.Its been over 12 days past the cancellation. I'm tired of emailing them.

I had orders few clothes from AJIO which were never delivered to me and status was showing delivered.When I called the customer care they called back and asked for UPI id to Transfer the amount back. After which 40k was deducted from my account.

I cancelled an order of white t-shirt from ajio worth Rs 359. they said they will refund the amount by 10/08/2021 but till now i have not receive any refund in my account. On contacting ajio through email and customer care number they are not responding. Please look into this matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible.

I am writing this complaint because I am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 15 july2021. Still the status is refund initiated from their side on 30th July 2021but I haven't got refund on my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making a fool of me by sending every time . Their team called me and saved their part by saying that the refund is done from our side. What the hell? I haven't got the money back in my bank account.
