Amount got debited from bank account

On 6 aug 2021 i have made payment through debit card on ajio . Money deducted from bank account but order is not placed.

I compained through e-mail. No followups.

Please look into it ASAP.
And refund the amount....

Refund successful by Ajio but not received in account

I have bought 2 Jeans and 1 pair of shoes and one t-shirt on 5august 2021 but instantly i cancelled it in midnight of 6 August at 3 .30 i got mail that refund successful in your account but amount is not credited in my account i search every where i ordered ministatement but amount is not credited in my account...

Refund successful by Ajio but not received in account

I have bought 2jeans 1pair of shoe and 1 t-shirt on 5 August 2021 but on instantly cancel it. At around 3 .30 in midnight something i got mail that refund successful but the amount is not credited in my account i have check every where in NetBanking and all but not received the single amount...

Kurtis

Have ordered 5 items just now, I have done the payment by debit card and payment was sucessfull.
It was not showing that order got placed.
And even I didnt receive any sms confirmation for order placed.
Order is also not showing in My orders section.
Please look into this....

I will not receive my refund money

Amount deducted from credit card without order confirmation

I tried to purchase a few products on AJIO. The amount of Rs.3468.47 deducted from my credit card without any order confirmation.

Amount debited order not placed

Yesterday night around 11 I have ordered some items n then I have made Google pay, amount debited but order not placed. Wen I check in app.its still asking for confirm order
For same items again.

Plz refund the cash....

Didn't get refund till now

It's been 2 weeks but I haven't got my refund till now which is about nearly 1250 rs of one order and the other order says it has refunded but it didnt get reflected in my account till now...
Issue it as soon as possible and the Ajio account is linked to my mail id......

Refund not received to my bank account

Worst app.almost one month back return id generated but till return amount not received. Costumer care also not respond. Frequently I sent mails to customer care but no use...

My transaction was successfull. Ajio website got hanged up. Money deducted from bank account. The order is not created in Ajio.

I compained through e-mail. No followups

I either need the order to get confirmed or the money back....

Amount debited but no confirmation

This morning I placed order from ajio worth 1244.50 through gpay and amount has been debited from my account but there's no order placed and gpay status says that "transaction has been settled".And also I tried contacting ajio customer care but there's no reply for my mail or call. This is insane ajio. How can you be so careless, playing with people's money???? I want my money back at the earliest....

Amount debited but order not placed, in ajio app, I got transaction failure, but after some time, I got message that amount debited, I don't want my order, please cancel my order, and refund the total amount as soon as possible......

Money deducted and Order not Placed

Today Aug 6, I tried to order an wall clock. The money was deducted, but I could see the order still not placed. Tried calling customer care and no one picked even after 11 min wait.
Please refund 1299.50....

I paid rupees 1367 on ajio regarding an order. My account is with email [protected]@gmail.com and the amount was deducted from my bank but the order was not confirmed.
I either need the order to get confirmed or the money back....

Return of product

I had placed a return request on an item on 24th July. It has been 10 days and my return has not yet been picked up. Even the delivery partners are not accepting my calls and not returning back my call. They are putting wrong description on the tracking page too. I did not got any call and the status shows I did not picked up the call. This kind of behavior is totally inappropriate. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible....

Failed payment but amount got debited from my account. No response to calling helpline (infinite wait ); No response to 4 emails that I sent.

ISSUE:
Hi All,

The amount of Rs 1034 got debited twice from Citibank account (photo 1 below) and PAYTM account (photo 2 below) but order did not get processed. Kindly return the Rs 2068 back to me. Citibank refund still not happened....

Received damaged product

I received a damaged product. I placed a return request but the delivery agent refused to take the product and ask me to place a new request with valid reason. They said that the ajio center did not updated us. So we can not take you product. Please will you update them.
I tried so many time or call customer care but no one received it....
