Yesterday I ordered few items, the amount got debited from my account but the order is not placed in ajio site . Customer care is not at all responding . Please help me to refund.

    I did not get the refund of money in ajio
    Even repeated reminders. No response even after serves so many reminders and request. Necessary actions may kind be taken against the this matter as early

      Payment diducted twice for 2 orders and its been more than 20 days ajio is not refunding it. I have marked many mails to ajio customer care and also called the executive and informed.

      Please find both transactions detail as below,

                        I have ordered slippers in ajio but the size is small .so i thought i can exchange the product but my order status is still not updated my slippers delivered on aug 4 and today it is aug 17 .                         Hey i dono what type of customer service you provide i m keep on trying no one is attending and sometimes the call is not connecting also..
                        What if my due date of the product is over should i just throw my slippers just like that.. so kindly mail me for the return and the refund process

                          Hi Team,

                          I have placed an order for 3 items on Ajio on 16th August, 2021. The payment has deducted from my account but order didn't got placed.

                          The payment was done via Google pay upi option.

                          I don't see any entry under orders.

                          Can you please help with this

                                I had placed the order of Rs 610 on 9th August, but I havent still not received my refund.
                                They have not been responding to mail and not allowing to contact their company executives.
                                If this is what we receive from trustful site, we have to think twice before we buy from Ajio.
