I had placed order on august 11th for an amount of Rs.1558 i had made the payment through UPI ID [google pay] .amount was debited from my account but the order is not placed. And i didnt receive any messages regarding the confirmation of my order.

    I had placed order on august 11th for an amount of Rs.1558 i had payment through UPI ID google pay .amount deducted but order not placed. And i didnt received any messages regarding confirmation of my order

      I had placed an order on August 11th for an amount of rs.996.17, I had made the payment through UPI ID, - Gpay. The amount was debited but the order has not been placed. Request you to take this with priority and help to resolve the issue

        This is the first experience I had from Ajio.After placing an order on sunday, paid the amount, app order list shows no order take placed there was no confirmation message, no mail.Mailed to customer care no response, contacted customer care no relevant answer.

          I Cancelled my order on 1 Aug 2021, they sent mail for cancellation saying they will refund the amount with in 5-7 buisness days. Haven't received my money yet. Sent them mails for the same, but every time they sent system generated mail which is not related to my query.

                Delivery of Defective Product

                I ordered Nike shoes from Ajio.com and received them on[protected]. The product comes with a 6 month warranty and the upper mesh got teared within 2.5 months of normal usage. I mailed the company about the same, they asked me about all the details and I gave them the same. They asked me to get the claim approved by nike.com and nike.com also approved my claim for which the claim number is 38900552. After complaining since[protected], Ajio.com...

                I have ordered for rupees 2535 on 8th August but order not placed and money deducted from my account and I have mailed call on customer support still no response from there side pls refund my rupees urgently.

                And also I complaing 2nd time here.

                  Amount got debited from my account . I have placed complaint through their customer care for almost five times now . Yet they haven't provided me with a proper order ID or a solution . Hence I am unable to even receive a refund . I have even sent them a picture of the amount paid via my Google pay app .

                    Sir i order some dresses in ajio app by using dhani pay card on 31/07/2021. The order amount 1664.98 which is debited from my dhani pay account. Some reason i cancell the order on same day. As per the policy the amount that i paid wii refunded within 7 to 9 days. It passes 7 to 9 days but money not to be refunded. I receive a email on 4/august/ 2021from ajio and it shows the money successfully refunded to your account but its not to be credited my account yet. Today i contact AJIO customer care he says in our side money refunded, and he says you can cotact your bank to request to create charge. So i call dhani customer care but he refuse to create.help me sir.

                          I had placed an order on 7th august 2021 Rs.3949.29. The amount got deducted from my account but my order has not been placed till date. Neither confirmation message nor order id was received. And also I tried contacting ajio customer care but there's no response for my calls. I wrote an email the next day and it's more than 48hrs still I haven’t got any reply from AJIO. Honestly I hate your customer service. I thought this was a trusted website!
                          Either refund the amount I paid or update the order status. How can you be so careless, playing with people's money?
                          Request you to take this with priority and Resolve this issue asap.

                                    I ordered one top from ajio but it was small in size so i returned it but now they are not transferring money from ajio wallet to bank account order id is #FL[protected] and return id is #RT40329103.I have submitted so many times request to tranfer my money but it is not transferred. I m very dissapointed with ajio service .Even meesho and shopclues are better sites then this .Hopeless
