I have ordered through ajio my payment is done but not order is placed.I want my money back if not I will go for legal procedure.your customer service is worse not even working...

This morning I placed order from ajio worth 1244.50 through gpay and amount has been debited from my account but there's no order placed and gpay status says that "transaction has been settled".And also, I tried contacting ajio customer care but there's no reply for my mail or call. This is insane ajio. How can you be so careless, playing with people's money???? I want my money back at the earliest....

I have paid money for order . But order not confirmed...

After our order, the payment was done rs 4098 through the google pay ...But the order is not confirmed through the app and havent even got any responses from mail or message ...we want the confirmation soon about our order, if placed or not or i want my money back ASAP.....

I demanded refund for a retuned item from Ajio. It has been more than a month now, I have been mailing them on a daily basis. They are the least responsive, have shut off their live customer care helpline number and you get to talk to system generated voice that is not helpful at all. This website, despite being a subsidiary of a multinational company has third class customer service.

Each time they generate a new complaint...
