Amount debited but order not placed, in ajio app, I got transaction failure, but after some time, I got message that amount debited, I don't want my order, please cancel my order, and refund the total amount as soon as possible...

    Today Aug 6, I tried to order an wall clock. The money was deducted, but I could see the order still not placed. Tried calling customer care and no one picked even after 11 min wait.

      I paid rupees 1367 on ajio regarding an order. My account is with email [protected]@gmail.com and the amount was deducted from my bank but the order was not confirmed.
      I either need the order to get confirmed or the money back.

        I had placed a return request on an item on 24th July. It has been 10 days and my return has not yet been picked up. Even the delivery partners are not accepting my calls and not returning back my call. They are putting wrong description on the tracking page too. I did not got any call and the status shows I did not picked up the call. This kind of behavior is totally inappropriate. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

          Failed payment but amount got debited from my account. No response to calling helpline (infinite wait ); No response to 4 emails that I sent.

          ISSUE:
          Hi All,

          The amount of Rs 1034 got debited twice from Citibank account (photo 1 below) and PAYTM account (photo 2 below) but order did not get processed. Kindly return the Rs 2068 back to me. Citibank refund still not happened.

            I received a damaged product. I placed a return request but the delivery agent refused to take the product and ask me to place a new request with valid reason. They said that the ajio center did not updated us. So we can not take you product. Please will you update them.
            I tried so many time or call customer care but no one received it.

                      I'm bojan
                      Amount was debited from my account but my order is not placed
                      i attached the transition details pic
                      its totally 2113.02 was debited in my account
                      its been 12 hours, i checked more times but still the order is not placed
                      i tried to contact ajio customer care
                      i didn't get proper response from them till now
                      I'm wishing to get my amount back so please do the needful

                      i wish to get refund of my money as soon as possible

                      i did the transition at yesterday nearly of 6.05 o clock in the evening

                        This morning I placed order from ajio worth 1244.50 through gpay and amount has been debited from my account but there's no order placed and gpay status says that "transaction has been settled".And also, I tried contacting ajio customer care but there's no reply for my mail or call. This is insane ajio. How can you be so careless, playing with people's money???? I want my money back at the earliest.

                            After our order, the payment was done rs 4098 through the google pay ...But the order is not confirmed through the app and havent even got any responses from mail or message ...we want the confirmation soon about our order, if placed or not or i want my money back ASAP..

                              I tried order a product from ajio account([protected]) using my credit card ..eventually amount of Rs 4432.36 and 4319.10 got debited from my back account but order didn't placed as it says it went out of stock. I am curious about the amount deducted. Please solve my issue at the earliest.
