    I had placed an order for a product on AJIO on July 5. I tried to pay using Google pay but the payment failed but the money got debited.I checked my bank account as well. I tried checking their website on what to do but they said send an email. I sent two emails and there has been no response. I tried calling as well but their waiting time os too long or they aren't just picking up. I would like my money back as soon as possible or I would like to receive the order I had placed.

        My money has been deducted but the order was not placed. I have been trying to call ajio and writing them mails since 6 days. I'm not getting reply from them.

              I, have ordered an sliders an than i return them but till i have not received my payment back and in ajio app it was showing refund initiated on july 30 but till today i have not receive my payment i also try by calling ajio customer care but no response and i also try by emailing them but no response from email also

                I ordered few items in Ajio app on 02 Aug 2021. Money of Rs.1, 191.31 is debited from account, but order is not placed in Ajio App. I mailed Ajio customer care, and sending follow up emails but no response since two days. Please refund my money back soon. I paid through UPI(Google Pay). Please find attached screenshot.

                    I have ordered 2 tees in 1 order and 1 pyjamas in another order.
                    Then i have returned the products.
                    I received return pickup message for whole the product in one day.
                    And i handed over my 2 tees and 1 pyjama to the delivery boy.
                    But next day i am getting pickup message again for pyjama.
                    And i tried to contact customer care but there is no hell response...either on email or call.
                    The delivery boy to which i handed over my pyjama have to take only tees for return but he also took pyjama..and now i have nothing nor pyjama nor my refund back...such Hell experience with ajio customer care.

                      EX[protected]: I asked for exchange.. And in exchange u delivered wrong product. My item was track pant and I was delivered kurta.

                      EX[protected]: I order track pant and I was delivered with a top.

                      FL[protected] : it is showing delivered on 5 th July. It was never delivered. And I am raising complaints since that time and my problem is still not resolved.

                      I tried mailing you and calling you many times.. But no answer.

                      You are leaving me with no option but to go to consumer court.

                                Money got debited from my account but the account showed an error "oops your payment has failed" and there was no order confirmation and neither any traces where my money went.

                                We have placed an order from the Ajio app on 5th of August 2021 at 1:11am. While checkeout my payment was successful but order wasn't placed, neither there were any traces of the order in the app. And we didn't get any refund till date. Kindly look into the issue and help us solve this issue

                                      I have placed my order on 31/August/21 on a jio apps, the amount of order total is Rs 30611 & done my payment through UPI, money is debited, but not get any confirmation msg or email.and when check on the apps, my order didn’t show up on orders, and i wrote an email to customer care, 5 days has been past, but till now I didn’t get my money back

                                      And again, 5 August 2021, i placed my orders amout of Rs 17917 & done payment through Credit card, same problem happens again as money is debited but didn’t show any order on apps..!!!

                                        Hello today(4th august) i got my delivery order id- FL[protected] this order has 5 products in it as shown on the pakage but i did not received the 5 products i recieved only 4 . the missed item (Heathered Slim Fit Joggers with Insert Pockets
