I have placed my order on 31/August/21 on a jio apps, the amount of order total is Rs 30611 & done my payment through UPI, money is debited, but not get any confirmation msg or email.and when check on the apps, my order didn’t show up on orders, and i wrote an email to customer care, 5 days has been past, but till now I didn’t get my money back
And again, 5 August 2021, i placed my orders amout of Rs 17917 & done payment through Credit card, same problem happens again as money is debited but didn’t show any order on apps..!!!
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want to return one order on ajio since days…due to some error i am unable to do so
I made multiple complaints but still no resolution from the team
