Last Friday I ordered 3 items but I didn't receive any Order confirmation from your side and money is deducted from my bank account. And so many time i called to customer care but nobody responsed from your end.

for your reference and please resolve my issue as soon as possible....

I have placed Return request on[protected] and also confirmed by shadowfax but till they is no respond by shadowfax if i ask for pick up they are saying there is no response from your side that is ajio
Plz pick up as soon as possible

I ordered 4 products from ajio at 1475 rs, one of them I cancelled I got refund of it amount of 427.After on 22julay 2021 I got 3product from ajio, on same day i return them. But since last 13 days i did not get my 1097 rs refund in my bank account.. I type 5/6mail them but they did not respond.
Please do not mark as resolve without solving compliant...

Actually I ordered a bag on Ajio and i got it delivered on 31st August 2021 ...bt that bag was small in size so..i Requested Return for that Product ...bt my Bank Account that i filled for Refund was not working ..so i cancelled Scheduled Return...bt i am now trying to Call to AJIO but no one answering me on Customare care number...infact i tried to mail them but nothing helped..

I had returned one prepaid order on 25th July, 2021 and requested for refund, As ajio TAT for refund is 5-7 working days but till now I had not received any refund. Even the customer care number is not reachable continuously getting busy tone for around 1/2 hour and Same concern was raised over mail to customer team and Grievance team but not response received from their too.
