Money got debited from my account but the account showed an error "oops your payment has failed" and there was no order confirmation and neither any traces where my money went.

Complaint marked as Resolved We have placed an order from the Ajio app on 5th of August 2021 at 1:11am. While checkeout my payment was successful but order wasn't placed, neither there were any traces of the order in the app. And we didn't get any refund till date. Kindly look into the issue and help us solve this issue
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Worst service and no response from customer care..
I want my money back..
