Hey, I ordered 1 dress and 1 jeans. It got deducted from google pay but in the app no order has been placed.

₹1200 has been deducted but order hasn’t been paid.

I am confused. Please look into the matter...

I returned the product few days back and than I got the refund message and when I go to the order section it says refund initiated on 26 July 2021 but still I have not got my money back in my account that is 712 rupees...plz help me to get my money back... Return ID-RT41257781...

No response has been received from your end within your said time period i.e. within 48 hours or before. The amount (Rs. 1835.19/-)from my bank accoun and reliance points of more than 160 have already been deducted but order is not Confirmed yet. No initiative has been taken till now from company. Just sent me a auto-generated email. That's it. Worst experience ever. And don't know when this problem will be resolved....

I've ordered three products on 8th July 2021 and Ajio saying that the delivery is unsuccessful and they returned one of the product themselves and the rest of them get cancelled, but refund of Rs. 1, 273.43 is not issued. Also, they did not mentioned why they cancelled two of my product.
I have mailed them twice, but there was no answer on their part.

I request a refund of Rs. 1, 273.43....

I have tried to place an order of 6 tops and paid using phone pe. The amount Rs. 3815.11 got deducted but the order wasnt placed. Please help asap. Tried reaching ajio customer care but no response....

And the delivery boy says "he can't give you the product because of wrong EAN number.
Ohh Man ... We're not sticking the EAN number at home.

I am getting EAN number mismatch error while exchange pickup i am whenever i apply for exchange for my order it gets ean number MISMATCH error while exchanging by courier boy.
Disappointed with Ajio's service...
