I returned 1 product and got the refund also in my Ajio wallet but when I am trying to transfer it to my bank account but is not happening as there is a difference in the amount Rs. 2. I tried reaching out to customer care several times, no response received, problem is still the same already been 2 months. Even tried mailing them but no response. I want my money to be transferred to my bank account ASAP. I cant bear the pathetic services of Ajio all the time as it is not happening once. Very disppointed!

      I have ordered track pants on ajio on 15th July and paid the amount but after two days it was intimated to me that delivery was unsuccessful but still I couldn't get my amount back my order number is FL[protected], how could I get back my amount. 15days went away, I have not cancelled, it's not my mistake then why this delay in refunding my amount

          I ordered something by choosing COD option.. then I returned those items.. i recieved refund in ajiocash…amount 1471.. but now i m unable to use that money… my money got blocked

            I had returned my purchase and opted for ajio wallet return option my money is debited from ajio wallet but money is not credited in my account i am constantly calling on customer care no. But no response from there

                  I placed an order on ajio app on 2nd of august, 2021 and money was debited from my account. There is not update of my order on the ajio app and it is not showing any order details in my account

                        I made an order of total four items on 29th July via Ajio App. Three of them were supposed to get delivered today. The packaging shows "Total Quantity: 3" and even the attached bill includes all the three items. However, I only received two of the listed items in the recieved package.

                                      I have ordered the sandals on 21 July but due to size issues I have returned them, they have been picked up For return, since 25 July it is showing that refund has been initiated but I didn't recieve any money in my bank account though I have entered my bank details, I would like to talk to the executive even the customer care service is also not working now, worest experience ever from AJIO
