    I Am really frustated now as my issue is still not resolved i havn't received any refund yet my order was returned on 12th july and still i havn't received any amount from ajio, even my emailing them so many times and also the phone. no. is never get forwarded to customer care executive. It was my bad luck that i buy something from ajio. Ajio is highluy unprofessional website and will not recommend this website to anyone.

      My return id return ID RT41650562 for order id FL[protected], was supposed to arrange a pick up as last date is today. Even after complaining jay a mail was sent for formality and no steps taken. I will be loosing 1500 on this pdt which I can’t use. Plz help

          Hi,

          I returned two items from an order. A few days later I checked the status of refund to my surprise the item showed as not picked up. On contacting the customer care which is only available on emails. No one picks up the tele customer care despite 15-20 mins waiting time.
          As per ajio I never returned these items, I met the delivery person again a few days later he said the items are lying with them in their office. I asked ajio to check with them but all they have to say is pls provide acknowledgment slip and delivery person phone number. I have none and hence I’ve asked them to check . Despite chasing this issue for over a month they have stopped responding and not refunding the money

                I placed an order with ajio crocs for my son. N it’s small for him n asked for return. Also placed an order for alternate and received it. To this date the return has not been picked and no calls been picked from Ajio care n no response for mail as well. They are cheating the ppls money.

                    I have returned my product more than a month ago, however the refund has not yet been credited to my source. I have been continuously calling their customer care number and mailing them, however there is no response from them.

                      I've ordered two items from ajio using my ajio wallet but initially I had cancelled one item but still didn't get my refund on my ajio wallet.. they're showing that they did my refund but there's no money on my ajio wallet .. my order no. is #FLO[protected]

                        I did not receive one item under the order ID: FL[protected]. And the other item received was the wrong product.
                        I have been trying for one month to contact customer care support but no one picks up the call. I have sent numerous mails to demand either the delivery of the product or my refund. But no response. I just receive some auto-generated emails.
                        It's really sad that as a consumer we are paying for the product and we are not getting that product and then we are constantly begging for a refund.
                        I'm largely dissatisfied with the customer care services. I have been a regular user of AJIO but I doubt that I will use it anymore. It is such a mental trauma to e-mail every day. Call everyday and be on hold for 30 minutes and still nobody receives the call.

                          I have ordered four t-shirts from ajio . One of them was so long so I returned it as there is no exchange available at that time . Now instead of giving my amount back they refund me 9 rupees and 90 expired ajio points. Total refund money must be 275. I have contacted them 100 times but they didn't help

                            I have ordered a hair band and the ajio customer care service is pathetic and nobody is responding and this is not the first time its happening. I have written an email and nobody is responding.I have almost written them 7-8 times asking them to place the return request for the product but nobody is responding. I wrote to the grievance officer but still no response. If there is nobody answering why is there a customer care service for them? Whenever I am trying to return the product its showing 'There are no items to return'

                              I had ordered two pairs of denims. I received only one which was also the wrong item, after much hassle I got refunded for the missing item. It has been a over a month since the return item has been picked up but even after calling them so many times there has been no progress made for the refund of Rs. 4, 094 for Order ID #FL[protected]. Every time I call they just raise a complaint and say the issue will be resolved in a week but nothing happens. There are countless customers complaining daily about issues with this company. How can we take them to court collectively? Please help us.

                                How mANY TIMEs should I write a mail about my refund.

                                If I make a CALL TO CUSTOMER care even after waiting for 40min I cannot connect to CUSTOMER care executive to speak (almost 6 times happened to me and still no one will received)

                                It's been more than a month ans still my refund is not credited to my account. You ### only update in App to make us fool. In reality no refund is initiated

                                    This order of converse shoes was placed on 7th july, Ajio delivered wrong fake product on 15th july, The return request was raised immediately along with pictures of wrong product received. 24 hours after checking pictures and everything, ajio accepted the return request and order was picked up on 17th july.
                                    I was promised 100% refund before 31st july 2021 on call and on app and also on Instagram. I have proof of screenshot and calls with me. I called them twice and they promised me refund before 31st july. Today, without any information, they cancelled my refund, and sent me following message “ Hi Dr! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us. For details click bit.ly/37ook6p”
                                    Now they sent me wrong product, returned and kept the wrong product as well and also kept my money. I am going to take a legal action against them now if they do not refund
