I had placed an order for nike shoes on ajio and made the payment using phonepe upi application but the order was not placed i have already sent an email to customer care of ajio but no response yet.

    Ajio CUSTOMER service is pathetic . Its been 1 month and dy have not resolved my issue. I m literally dying with depression because of them..Their 500 rs product is with me and they have taken 2000 rs anazon bag . No one helps..

      I have ordered an item from AJIO shopping app on 15th July 2021 and received on 21st July 2021 and since the item was not like shown in the picture and so i decided to return that item on the same day i.e., 21st July 2021 and I got a message on 23rd July that return pick up will happen on 23rd itself. And then their automated calls were contacting me saying I hold up the refund and I can't understand this. If its government restricted area then they are still coming to deliver my another order. But when coming to the return and refund they have many restrictions. Till today i.e. 26 July 2021 nothing had been done to my return request i have written to Ajio customer service through email but i haven't recieved any reply and the customer service number cannot be called. My order number is FL[ protected] and the return request id is RT4120590. I want my item to be returned. I cannot understand why Ajio customer service is soo bad, very unprofessional to have un callable service and cannot resolve customers issue. I think Ajio shopping site should have more better policy to customers so that the customers have hassle free problems. They should also have a review system in their application so that th customer will be able to know more about product.

        I am writing this complaint because I haven't received my refund amount in my bank account .
        They show only that refund is initiated on 23rd July.. Product pick up on 23rd July but hasn't received my refund amount from ajio..
        Ajio please give my refund amount now on my bank account...

          I placed a COD Order of 2 item of girls cardigan the delivery boy deleverd one packet bearing the details of products I ordered and I paid the billed amount but when I opened the packet I find only one of the item .I called back the delivery boy he told me that you can call AJIO to lodge a missing complain and he can't do anything about it, I tried to call the customer care but it went unanswered even there is no reply of my mail

            I had ordered a couple of items from the app AJIO. Now the updates from the app and a sms shows that these items have been delivered. But I haven’t received any of these. I don’t know if the delivery guy has stolen these items. The company should keep a track on them.

            I look forward to a prompt response on this matter.

                    I received this order on 18th july2021 and tried returning it on 19th July but it was cancelled. I have written so many emails to [protected]@ajio.in and [protected]@ajio. But I didn't got any reply. I want to return this as soon as possible. Plz help.

                        Ordered some products on Ajio which were delivered on[protected] and most of the products were not of the size that i Ordered.
                        Tried to exchange but products were not available.
                        Requested for return and then the ajio customer care started it's own game of killing customer's time; they don't pick up the product and don't answer calls and don't respond to mails.

                        I know it might be a small issue for a company like Ajio.. but more than money they've wasted my time by just extending the issue unnecessarily.

                          I recently received a refund for my return order as Ajio wallet cash(22/07/2021), I was asked to send an email to the customer care to enable IMPS transfer to my Ajio account. After doing as said I was able to find the option to transfer wallet cash to my account. I entered my account details and initiated the transfer(24/07/2021). I waited 24 hours for the amount to reflect in my bank account, But could not find any. When enquired about this to customer care, they asked me to again send an email to enable IMPS as my account was not IMPS enabled. I have written over a dozen mails to them and all I got is no response every time. Kindly look into this issue.

                              I returned items from ajio but did not received refund back to my account. After mailing so many times they don't revert. Status on the ajio says refund initiated but it's been more than 10 days I did not received my refund.

                                  Hi have orderes Skechers grey shoes from ajio applied for a return as size is big I exchanged for a small size while returning ajio mentioned wrong color I. E white verifying delivery guy refused to take grey shoes because of color mismatch I.e. ajio's team mistake

                                    My order was prepared the delivery man haven't delivered the products to me but I received the msg of successful delivery . I'm trying to contact the delivery agent but I'm not able to . This not fair I need my product delivered at my address in any how or a refund of my order.

                                      You are playing fraud with your CUSTOMERs as i have listed this issue thousands of time in my e-mails and ajio app itself, You dont respond to calls or anything . am anisha a regular CUSTOMER and u as shown to u in ur CUSTOMER history list you had initiated refund on 8 july for return id || #rt39659670 ||. and said amount to be available for my return in 4 5 days a month is ending why do u give this fraud to us! i u take us as ###? i have reported so mANY TIME 932₹ is not a joke for a student

                                        The EAN number mentioned on the product code is not getting scanned by the return pick up guy and he is refusing to take back the products.

                                        I have a total of five items to return and no one is bothered to take them back.Return guy is not even attempting the return of products that have no issue. The status I get is- Return was attempted but in fact, no one came back to pick the product.
