I have ordered an item from AJIO and have placed a return order due to product issue which wasn't even packed in an original package and decided to return it. I have placed a return request and hasn't been picked up till date i.e., even after 2 weeks. I have called an AJIO customer service and even mail them like 10 times and haven't resolved my issue. This is very frustrating and the customer service is so bad that even after a week the service hadn't replied my mail. My order number is FL[protected] and return id is RT39662042. The status says "Return pickup attempt" and nothing had been done till now even after 2 weeks.VERY FRUSTRATING AND BAD SERVICE BY AJIO

Complaint marked as Resolved The issue was taken care by Ajio after a week i think. But since it had taken so long the item return/exchange date had nearly passed but i cannot place return/ exchange order due to covid restrictions on our state. Kudos to Ajio for slowly resolving my issue
