The EAN number mentioned on the product code is not getting scanned by the return pick up guy and he is refusing to take back the products.

I have a total of five items to return and no one is bothered to take them back.Return guy is not even attempting the return of products that have no issue. The status I get is- Return was attempted but in fact, no one came back to pick the product.

Orders to be returned-

Order no-FL[protected] | INITIATED from my mother's account.

Return id- RT40978843, I have generated the return a second time with the reason the wrong item shipped as the delivery boy was not able to scan code or the EAN.

Two products in this order from the Apnisha brand.
Black color one has correct EAN no and was getting scanned.
The yellow color one is not getting scanned. The delivery guy refused to take the black one stating the reason that the return request is the same for both so if one is getting scanned and the other is not, I will not take any of them and asked me to Reach out to ajio support team.

NO return has attempted return for this. And the status updated on ajio app is return attempted!

The first return was attempted and EAN was not getting scanned. After that, the status is out for pickup on the ajio app for so many days.

No calls are picked up by ajio customer care teams, no response on emails. Even not response from their grievances office team.

    I had returned 2 tops of First Class brand. The delivery boy picked up the items but never updated the app after pick up nor initiated the refund. No acknowledgement receipt was handed over. I have sent several emails to Ajio as well as connected to customer care but no resolution. Now, they have updated status of products to return cancelled without any discussion with me. Ecom express picked up the products. I need full refund for already returned products.

      Its the second time that delivery boy refuse to take the return order because of quality issues they told they didnt get any mail from the ajio.customer care thats why they refusing...and it was not what i order its totally misbranded they give duplicate product please give solution as soon as possible i want my money

        I have done the payments for the product (MISS CHASE striped relaxed fit long top) on 24th July 2021. The money got debited from my account at 6 35pm and credited to Ajio 's account. But still they haven't placed my order.

          HI, I am a regular customer of Ajio. I was ordered many product from AJIO and received and satisfied. But on july 1st i ordered many items but i have re ceived few only even in this few item for combo dress one duppata is missing i dont know how to get this resolved. Because i raised complaint to customer care via multiple mails but still i am not receiving the proper reply from them. So kindly help me to resolve my issue and when will i receive my remaining item to the delivery address. And how to get my duppata.

          Usually once make a payment will receive the order with 7 to 10 working day but this time its more than 25 days but still i am not receive any tracking number on that to track my shipment. Would appreciate your timely reply

              I got puma shoes on monday 19/7/2021
              The shoes were small in size. So i initiated return. But ots 6 days now and no one came to pick up the shoes.
              Very bad customer service.

                I had ordered 2 things from Ajio and both did not fit me well. So I decided to exchange both of them. But could find my size for only one dress. So I decided to return the other one.
                I returned both the items in one package and now cannot get another exchanged item delivered because they are asking me to return the already returned item.

                  I placed order on July 10 by pay the 681 rupees through phonepe, but the order get autocancelled on July 21, due to unknown reasons. Till July 23 I didn't receive refund amount.

                      The worst service i have ever seen from this courier..No courier will behave like this..i have ordered product in Ajio on 3rd july but we were not satisfied hence requested for return..and the very next day shadowfax courier person called that he will come pickup for within a hour but still the person is comming for pickup..already 17days has passed...he not even called us but he updating that we r unreachable ..kindly solve the problem..

                          I tried to order a pair of Levis shoes for 1400 Rs from Ajio on 22nd July and made payment via Google pay. The amount got debited from my bank account but the order was not placed. My order is not shown under "My orders" tab in the ajio application. Please return the money so that I can reorder my shoes. Thank you.

                            I am Beauty Singh a customer Of ajio.com. I can't receive my parcel due to out of Kolkata.Delivery called me for parcel, I told them that am not available please cancel this product .I will reorder after am back but delivery boy continuously calling me again & again with various no, after that I am blocked the no's. Then somnath Barua(delivery man) sent me some messages that I attached below.

                            This is the worst experience ever. I always purchase from reliance store due to covid I am order from ajio but now I never order from ajio.

And also he is messaging wrongly to my personal number by taking it, I attached messages below. While my brothers calling him continuously he picked up the call and threatened my brother and harassing me in call with my brother. Please take necessary action.

                              I ordered a saree through ajio the saree was supposed to be jamdani but delivered product was a fake one.. Tried to return... Called them several times and also mailed them.. But there is no response from their end. I want return this item

                                I ordered a saree through ajio an online platform.. The saree ordered was supposed to be jamdani.. But it is a fake product.. Now I am trying to return the product.. I mailed them and also tried contacting their customer service center but there is no answer...

                                        Being your regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed to say that your customer service have become extremely poor. I ordered a pair of clothes and returned them but the return pickup was not done. It's being 2 week now and i am calling your team almost every day but it's waste of time.
