Hi

I am Beauty Singh a customer Of ajio.com. I can't receive my parcel due to out of Kolkata.Delivery called me for parcel, I told them that am not available please cancel this product .I will reorder after am back but delivery boy continuously calling me again & again with various no, after that I am blocked the no's. Then somnath Barua(delivery man) sent me some messages that I attached below.

This is the worst experience ever. I always purchase from reliance store due to covid I am order from ajio but now I never order from ajio.

Hi

I am Chandana goud a customer Of ajio.com. I can't receive my parcel but in app its showing my order has been delivered . And also he is messaging wrongly to my personal number by taking it, I attached messages below. While my brothers calling him continuously he picked up the call and threatened my brother and harassing me in call with my brother. Please take necessary action.

    I ordered a saree through ajio the saree was supposed to be jamdani but delivered product was a fake one.. Tried to return... Called them several times and also mailed them.. But there is no response from their end. I want return this item

      I ordered a saree through ajio an online platform.. The saree ordered was supposed to be jamdani.. But it is a fake product.. Now I am trying to return the product.. I mailed them and also tried contacting their customer service center but there is no answer...

        I got message that delivery boy iscoming for pickup but he didnt come
        We are leaving that place. What shall I do.l lost my money because of that careless delivery boy.

              Being your regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed to say that your customer service have become extremely poor. I ordered a pair of clothes and returned them but the return pickup was not done. It's being 2 week now and i am calling your team almost every day but it's waste of time.

                It is to being to your kind notice that I ordered 9 products on 27 June 2021but those products were not delivered and its status in AJIO is Delivery Unsuccessful - Return Complete.

                There is no refund of my money or any update about refund instead when I wrote to ajio customer care they asked to place another order for the products and pay again.I just need my refund now.

                  I received benetton white shoes. I returned them on july 4th and from july 5th the status it was showing in my Ajio app was " Refund initiated". But, till now I didnot even receive a single penny and its been morethan 15 days. Even after waiting for 15minures also I am unable to connect to customer care. Once the call got connected and they registered a complaint but of no use. Around 1980₹, the Ajio company is holding which I am claiming under the ambit of refund.

                  This is very bad and take an action on this AJio for their carelessness...

                  Moreover I payed through COD and while returning I have submitted my bank account details also.

                  I dont even enter relience fresh from now...I am frustrated with this.

                            As per my invoice, my order and mail my courier contain 6 item but I got only 1 product in it and it is also wrong product.
                            I did return request but the courier boy did not pick it return as he told as per our record you have to give back 6 item, how I can give him 6 item as I received only 1 and it was also wrong.

                              I ordered a cargo pant from ajio and got wrong size. SO I returned the product on july 20. The courier person picked up the product but ajio app still showing 'out for pickup' and AJIO A I calling me for consecutive 3 days to ask whether I want to cancel return even when I have already handed the product to courier person.
                              Acknowledgement slip was not given by delivery agent.
                              I hope my return will be initiated as soon as possible.

                                  I have purchased the product from ajio on 3rd July 2021 and it got delivered to me on 13th July. I have not liked the product and places a return request for the same. Pickup boy came and took the return on 16th July and again next day he came and return us the product saying code is not matching so please reach out to customer care to place a different return request. I have made a complaint regarding this and customer care assured me that by 21st july you can make another return request and then their will be no issues.
                                  Till now no resolution provided, they dont respond over the email or customer care will get connected after 20-25 min.

                                  I seriously dont know what to do with them.

                                      @AJIOLife I had done a order on 14th June 21 and the same order wrong delivered to me and return the same .till date not get refund of the same after so many mails sent. Refund initiated on 30 June nkw 18 July till date no rec'd refund ..

                                        I have ordered an item from AJIO and have placed a return order due to product issue which wasn't even packed in an original package and decided to return it. I have placed a return request and hasn't been picked up till date i.e., even after 2 weeks. I have called an AJIO customer service and even mail them like 10 times and haven't resolved my issue. This is very frustrating and the customer service is so bad that even after a week the service hadn't replied my mail. My order number is FL[protected] and return id is RT39662042. The status says "Return pickup attempt" and nothing had been done till now even after 2 weeks.VERY FRUSTRATING AND BAD SERVICE BY AJIO

                                        Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                        The issue was taken care by Ajio after a week i think. But since it had taken so long the item return/exchange date had nearly passed but i cannot place return/ exchange order due to covid restrictions on our state. Kudos to Ajio for slowly resolving my issue
