I have ordered an item from AJIO shopping app and when i recieved the item, the item was not as expected so i decided to return the item and my returned item was reject by the delivery boy due to some minor argument and told me to do another return request. I have contacted Ajio customer care many times but i havent recieved any reply...i have called like 10 times and waited 30+mins to answer me but nothing shows up. The customer care is soo bad that it didn't mean anything. My item order number is FL[protected] and return request id is RT39662042. I want this item to be returned since it was not expected and the box was not the original package. Bad experience with AJIO

    I orderd a order on ajio on 5 july in 316 rupees but the order came with price 599 rupees by courier facility ecom express which is totally wrong, I raised a complaint on 15 july on costumer care, he says our team call you back but none call me back till now, I am waiting for four days but no result I found. Please check my complaint and read my issue and solve it. I want my parcel in its correct price which is 316 rupees not 599 rupees, I don't want any cash back in ajio wallet, I want my parcel, I don't want to cancel it please solve my issue if your service is like that then none will order any product from ajio.

      I have paid through UPI and money has been debited but order is not placed please confirm order and send me those tops to my address otherwise its useless to be a reputed company how can u people make this sin

                I have ordered an item from AJIO shopping app on 27th June 2021 and recieved on 7th July 2021 and since the item was not on the original package and the item was wrong so i decided to return that item on the same day i.e., 7th July 2021 but the delivery boy refused to pickup and rejected the item due to minor argument, and i think my return request will be rescheduled but till today i.e., 17th July 2021 nothing had been done to my return request i have written to Ajio customer service through email but i haven't recieved any reply and the customer service number cannot be called. My order number is FL[protected] and the return request id is RT39662042. I want my item to be exchanged or returned. I cannot understand why Ajio customer service is soo bad, very unprofessional to have un callable service and cannot resolve customers issue. I think Ajio shopping site should have more better policy to customers so that the customers have hassle free problems.

                      I ordered my first order from Ajio last month, which I never got but receive repeated calls from Ajio stating I am demanding an open delivery which I never did.

                      On my second order I got a wrong product.
                      I am very dissatisfied with its service.

                        I placed an order from ajio on 3rd July it's been more than 15days my product has not been shipped yet..I want to cancel d order bt unable to do so due to some technical error in app..plz cancel the produt I want my refund..I don't need D's product anymore I want my money back.                             2.checked A-line kurta set with embroidery of RSTYLE

                                I purchased an item on ajio about 10 days ago, the payment went through but the order was not placed. I emailed their team and they assured me that the refund had been initiated and it’ll reflect in my account in 9 days but now it has been more than 10 and the refund hasn’t been received neither am i getting any response from their customer care team

                                  I returned a product for which I received the pickup order number but still any attempt is not been made for the pickup and it's been more than 7-8 days I have send them email but getting no response from them.

                                    Two of my dresses has been picked up by delhivery courier on 8th July but j didn't received any refund till now and the ajio is saying that my phone was unreachable what the hell is that, don't know who is worst ajio or delhivery courier, cause they pick up orders and don't give to ajio or ajio don't give refunds, worst experience in my life,

                                        I ordered 3 shirts from ajio. I confirmed the order. I gave the payment method as Gpay upi. Payment for 1167 was done but order wasn't done and still it is there in the bag. The amount is debited from the account. Order not placed.
