I ordered crocs slippers on july 1 and it was showing on my app that they will be delivered till 12 th july but now after 12 th july there is no status available of the product i ordered, no tracking id no nothing. Even i am not getting the option to cancel the order. I want to cancel the order and they are not allowing me to do so even after calling them so many times. I m not getting the cancel option on my app also. Please help me get my order cancelled and get the refund initiated.
