        I have ordered an item from AJIO shopping app on 27th June 2021 and recieved on 7th July 2021 and since the item was not on the original package and the item was wrong so i decided to return that item on the same day i.e., 7th July 2021 but the delivery boy refused to pickup and rejected the item due to minor argument, and i think my return request will be rescheduled but till today i.e., 17th July 2021 nothing had been done to my return request i have written to Ajio customer service through email but i haven't recieved any reply and the customer service number cannot be called. My order number is FL[protected] and the return request id is RT39662042. I want my item to be exchanged or returned. I cannot understand why Ajio customer service is soo bad, very unprofessional to have un callable service and cannot resolve customers issue. I think Ajio shopping site should have more better policy to customers so that the customers have hassle free problems.

          I have received just 2 products out of the 7 products I ordered and the status is already updated to delivered on 10 July. I didn't receive any calls from delivery man or any confirmation of products being delivered. I am attaching the order number and tracking number.

            I placed my order on 3rd July ..it's been 15 days my product has not been shipped ...I want to cancel D's order cz of d deliver issue bt m unable to do so ..I tried to col them many times bt everytime they give me a new complaint I'd -COM[protected] bt didn't provide Me my refund...I want my refund..I don't need D's order anymore

              I ordered my first order from Ajio last month, which I never got but receive repeated calls from Ajio stating I am demanding an open delivery which I never did.

              On my second order I got a wrong product.
              I am very dissatisfied with its service.

                I placed an order from ajio on 3rd July it's been more than 15days my product has not been shipped yet..I want to cancel d order bt unable to do so due to some technical error in app..plz cancel the produt I want my refund..I don't need D's product anymore I want my money back.                   I ordered ives brand kurta from Ajio app and i returned it and it was picked up but the money is not refunded and on ajio online app its showing that refunded but i dont get any money

                    2.checked A-line kurta set with embroidery of RSTYLE
                    I want to return both products because i dont like the material and i requested for return the product but the pickup boy is saying that their is no bar code on tag of both brands, and i did mail also fir the v neck kurta set also but than also they are saying that product is wrong not matched the product
                    Soo please solve this problem asap and send me the barcode

                        I purchased an item on ajio about 10 days ago, the payment went through but the order was not placed. I emailed their team and they assured me that the refund had been initiated and it’ll reflect in my account in 9 days but now it has been more than 10 and the refund hasn’t been received neither am i getting any response from their customer care team

                          I returned a product for which I received the pickup order number but still any attempt is not been made for the pickup and it's been more than 7-8 days I have send them email but getting no response from them.

                            Two of my dresses has been picked up by delhivery courier on 8th July but j didn't received any refund till now and the ajio is saying that my phone was unreachable what the hell is that, don't know who is worst ajio or delhivery courier, cause they pick up orders and don't give to ajio or ajio don't give refunds, worst experience in my life,

                                I ordered 3 shirts from ajio. I confirmed the order. I gave the payment method as Gpay upi. Payment for 1167 was done but order wasn't done and still it is there in the bag. The amount is debited from the account. Order not placed.

                                  I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 29th June 2021. Still the status is refund initiated fom their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new useless mail.Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account. Today is 17 july and nothing has happened yet.

                                    I have ordered converse shoes but what I got was a product with tampered packaging and a completely different product inside to which I raised a return request by submitting pictures and it got approved. My return was picked up on 6 th July but no refund has been initiated as of yet . Its been 10 days already.
                                    Please help me with the refund

                                      I made an order of Rs 1100 From ajio
                                      But for any reason i cancelled it.
                                      All my money has been gone from my wallet.
                                      Its been 3 dayss. It didn't came back to my wallet.
                                      It am sending mails to custom service of ajio but no response is there.
                                      I want my money back in my account.

                                        I ordered crocs slippers on july 1 and it was showing on my app that they will be delivered till 12 th july but now after 12 th july there is no status available of the product i ordered, no tracking id no nothing. Even i am not getting the option to cancel the order. I want to cancel the order and they are not allowing me to do so even after calling them so many times. I m not getting the cancel option on my app also. Please help me get my order cancelled and get the refund initiated.
