I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 29th June 2021. Still the status is refund initiated fom their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new useless mail.Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account. Today is 17 july and nothing has happened yet.

    I have ordered converse shoes but what I got was a product with tampered packaging and a completely different product inside to which I raised a return request by submitting pictures and it got approved. My return was picked up on 6 th July but no refund has been initiated as of yet . Its been 10 days already.
    Please help me with the refund

      Sir,
      I made an order of Rs 1100 From ajio
      But for any reason i cancelled it.
      All my money has been gone from my wallet.
      Its been 3 dayss. It didn't came back to my wallet.
      It am sending mails to custom service of ajio but no response is there.
      I want my money back in my account.
      Please help me

        I ordered crocs slippers on july 1 and it was showing on my app that they will be delivered till 12 th july but now after 12 th july there is no status available of the product i ordered, no tracking id no nothing. Even i am not getting the option to cancel the order. I want to cancel the order and they are not allowing me to do so even after calling them so many times. I m not getting the cancel option on my app also. Please help me get my order cancelled and get the refund initiated.

                  My product is not been picked up by ajio even though every thing is fine the product the bag and every thing is untempered.

                  The dead line to return the product is 25th July..
                  Who will be responsible if my product doesn't get picked up by 25th July even though I want to pick up.
                  Kindly help as soon as possible

                      My package was about to be delivered today and I just got the code text but no phone calls or anything else, but it shows that the package is already delivered but I never received the parcel in the first place

                        I ordered from AJIO on 1st July 2021 and money got deducted but order not placed. So I requested refund from AJIO and I have been waiting since 15 days still didn’t get my money back. I am try to contact AJIO customer care but they are not picking calls and not replying to mails .

                                    I had placed an order with AJIO in sale 3rd to 8th july. Order Id FL[protected], only received partial order that too with Fraud. The packet mentioned two products one was suit set and other was one lower. On opening only received one lower nothing else that too without any packing. All the purchases in sale period had issues of wrong size or defect. No one is responding in from customer care on complaint. Fraud has happened with me what should I do. Ajio and DELHIVERY courier are Frauds. Entire product is missing from the bag and I have paid Rs.1108 and only received 1 product of Rs.279

                                      After waiting for number of dys AJIO delivered wrong products to me twice. i have been calling them for so long but they keep me on hold for 30-40 min and then hung up. i have already paid the amount for these products and they are not interested in even calling me back to hear me.
