I placed an order for two tshirts from ajio . The product was delivered But the tshirt was too oversize for me so i returned the product and the product was picked up by the service boy but i have not got any refund from ajio .

Help me with the refund asap .
Its been long since the product was picked up but no response . I am tired of emailing the company but no response from the company’s end . So sorry but i have a very bad experience shopping with ajio .

    I have placed an order of amount 917 rs.
    The amount is deducted from my account but no email or message confirming the order is recieved by me
    Neither my account shows any order placed
    Kindly resolve my issue

    Even customer care service is also npt rrsponding
    Very poor service

        Still not received my refund for order id:#FL[protected] and retrun I'd:#RT38262946 which is initiated on 30th June but still not received in my account.i have written many mails to ajio customer care and tried calling them but no response. please solve the issue as soon as possible.

            I ordered one kurta set and payment also done. But the order status not showing its been two weeks.. And the customer care ppl are not receiving call and not replaying for mail also.

                  I have bought few items in Ajio on july 1st 2021 and placed a return request immediately. It got cancelled without my knowledge and when I contacted customer care they asked me to raise again so I did it and they again cancelled. This happed 4 times and finally the return window closed and now they are not even replying for my mails. I can understand if they cant pick now but atleast they should keep the return window open till They can pick

                      I have placed an order from ajio on 1st of july which was supposed to be delivered by 12th of july . My order was out for delivery for three consecutive days but i haven't received any call from delivery agent . Now ajio customer care says order cannot be delivered you have to place a new order though the products are now out of stock how can i place a new order....

                      I palced an order from ajio on 1st of july and and my order was out for delivery for three consecutive days and i haven't received any call from delivery agent and i received a message which says ''as you were not available to receive the order can not be delivered'' now customer service says you have to place a new order though the products are now out of stock.

                        I had ordered for a kurta which was delivered on 29th June 2021. As the size was not appropriate the item was requested to be returned. The item was picked up on 30th June 2021 at 10.54 am. The contact number of the pick up employee was [protected].

                        The refund has not been initiated despite several follow ups.

                            I did not receive the dress I ordered but the status is delivered ...solve the issue as fast as possible...this was the 2nd complaint I m raising.

                                I've been ordered on ajio 3products and paid the money also and the expected date of delivery is 10th, 12th, 14th July that you have provided...but it was showing that the order has delivered on 5th July there is no one came here and delivered my order my money also lost...how can you submit like my orders has been delivered...I should have to raise a complaint against this and solve my query
