I order 8 items simultaneously but I receive 1 item at a time and pay the bill for that only. now I receive 6 items out of 7 but pay full for items and in-app shows delivered but I didn't recieve...
I haven’t received the refund for my Order ID: FL[protected] till now. This is very disappointing. On website it is showing that the refund is initiated. This is not done. Refund hasn’t been transferred to my bank account till now. They provided me reference number to check with the bank branch. But now I came to know there is no procedure of checking the refund status through reference number. Bank is just denying the reference number....
I received my order without price tags and not when I returned the product, the pick up agent refused to take it back.

I have place an order on 19th June 2021. I've paid 1869 by UPI. I cancelled one of the product and its cost is 376. Till now I didn't get refund. Fix this problem ASAP....

I ordered a tshirt from Ajio.com and was not satisfied with the product so I requested for return and the product was picked up on 30th June, 2021 but after more than 1 week it's still showing "out for pick up" in the ajio app....

I have not received my order. There was no call from delivery agent. And it is showing as delivered. There was no otp for delivery. They did not provide the contact number of the delivery executive. I am clueless about my order now. And have written multiple emails but no response yet....
