I've been ordered on ajio 3products and paid the money also and the expected date of delivery is 10th, 12th, 14th July that you have provided...but it was showing that the order has delivered on 5th July there is no one came here and delivered my order my money also lost...how can you submit like my orders has been delivered...I should have to raise a complaint against this and solve my query

    Hello. It has been a month since my order from Ajio has been picked up with all original tags but there is no refund from their end. There is no response on the customer service number or email is provided. I try to call them everyday but there is no response.

      I have requested a return approx 6 days earlier but my product is not picked up, Parcel pickup man said 1 product is returnable but one product brand is changed so I don't received the product both bcoz ur return I'd is same but I don't understand how the t-shirt brand is changed it's not my fault, nd packaging was also bad nd he told me ur q-r code nd etc is right but I can't return ur product

          How dare you sent me only one product and took money for two products, I really feel cheated by your whimsical and malice act. I ordered two jeans and received just one whereas ajio you took money for two products. Refund my hard earned money to the earliest else I willl be bound to take strict and stringent legal action against you. Refund my hard earned money.
          I don't have this product to return as I haven't received it. There was only one pant which received as soon as I opened the package.
          Refund my money ajio...

              I have requested for exhange the product for another size but the product which i got after exchange is wrong means not the one which i have ordered.So i have requested for return but the delivery person is not accepting product as it is wrong product.He is saying it is not same as shown in his mobile.Thats is why know i m returning as i have got wrong product .What to do now?

                I have ordered on 9th July from ajio app.
                I have 5 iteams in cart and I have placed ordered. After amount deduction confirmation there was no order history.
                I didn't receive order confirmation. I contacted my bank and they said deduction happened through ajio and I have wrote multiple emails and called the customer care they are just putting me on hold for 1 hour and not responding to email or call.
                I need refund asap.

                  Ordered one dress on 4th of this month. I did not receive the dress but the status is delivered. Contact the delivery boy for whom my dress was assigned and send me the dress ..
                  I have mailed about this issue but there was no response.
                  Send Me the dress or else refund my money

                    I ordered 3 jeans but i got only 1 jeans which is also skinny fit... And 1 black shirt.. Which has no lables on it... I tried to contact you but your call centre service is closed.
                    dont you even have single person to assist us ... I want to return the parcel... And i want my correct product delivered to me...
                    This kind of service is unacceptable from your side... As a customer I m very unsatisfied. If you didn't work on the issue... Next time i will only order from myntra. As they dont give wrong parcels ...
                    i have been mailing to the customer service from straight 4 days but no one is giving any response ...

                            I have made an order on[protected] which includes 5 items. I have paid 2854.59 rupees for the order.
                            However now the order got unsuccessful saying unforeseen logical constraints.
                            The delivery team didn't even contacted me once and now the item is back to their warehouse. They are asking me to re order. Its not possible as the price value increased also the sale ended.

                            I would like the order to be delivered as I have not received the refund yet.

                            Please sort this issue.

                              I bought 2 products on 2nd July 2021 1. V- neck straight kurta set of meeranshi brand
                              2.checked A-line kurta set with embroidery of RSTYLE
                              I want to return both products because i dont like the material and i requested for return the product but the pickup boy is saying that their is no bar code on tag of both brands, and i did mail also fir the v neck kurta set also but than also they are saying that product is wrong not matched the product
                              Soo please solve this problem asap

                                  A product which I ordered from @AJIOLife was delivered to me on 26th June, 2021 and I requested for its return on the same day itself. My order wasn't picked because of barcode mismatch and since then I've been trying to get in touch with @AJIOLife to get my issue resolved but I can seek absolutely no help from Ajio's end. I've been dropping mails almost everyday regarding order no- #FL[protected], it has been 10 days and absolutely no response from @AJIOLife Completely disappointed with @AJIOLife 's customer care service and their response.

                                  My return has been picked but there's no update related to my return and refund.

                                        I received package with invoice for two. After opening i found only one product. It was my prepaid order. I shocked and don't know. What to do? My child disappointed she missed her birthday order green frock. The package looks very small..but billed as Quantity two..hereafter i ask Ajio to delivered each item seperately
