I started hating AJIO it’s not acceptable.
My return order picked up but not refunded yet, it’s been more than 10 days.
AJIO is not trust worthy to purchases more👎

        AJIO.COM is the online shopping company. 4th july i have ordered buy2get1 offer scheme 3 shirts. Payment debited from my A/C, but there NO product delivered yet. There is NO tracing or Order ID given. Also in the website, there is NO customer call number to be displayed! please kindly do the action for this website.

          I have order from Ajio app a few items. For the same amount got deducted but I haven't received any order ID. Inspite of mailing the customer care I have not received any reply from them.I have even tried to call their customer care number but it's not been received .I want a quick action & refund of my money at the earliest.

            I have order a kurti with pant being order no FL[protected], ITEM CODE[protected] On date[protected].I was shocked after getting delivery of my product that only the kurta was there and pant was missing.I immediately complaint about it to ajio customer care and they told me to return the item, after that return was initiated.But when the courier boy came to take the item he told that return can not be initiated since the pant is missing.I am in a hectic situation what to do now.

                My order id is FL[protected],
                I placed order for gucci sunglasses on 2july2021, it was supposed to be shipped in7july 2021.
                I had sent ajio an email on 12 july 2021 regarding delay in delivery of my order of gucci sunglasses.
                I was promised a resolution and reply by 14 th july that is today 48 hours. I waited patiently no one has replied with a solution yet. I tried cancelling the order in ajio app, it is not getting cancelled, i called up customer care and spoke to numerous executives and supervisors they all tried but the order is not getting cancelled, i again wrote an email regarding cancellation and again i got automated email saying we will get in touch with you in 48 hours, what the hell first of all where is the solution to the email i wrote on 12 july 2021 why do u only send automated emails and then dont follow up and solve the problems. Because i cannot cancel the order and it has already crosed the delivery date i want the order cancelled at any cost and i also want an email reply or call with solution amd status of my order . No more automated replies, otherwise I will file official police complaint of cheating forgery and put everything on twitter .

                    I ordered a shoe from ajio, the size didn’t fit me so I returned it back it was picked up by ajio. No refund was done. And they are now denying that they have received it!!! Very pathetic service… its ridiculous

                      With immense dissatisfaction and frustration I am writting to you again, that I had ordered 3 frocks for my daughter and received 3 Tshirt instead of that. So, I had initiated a return request because I had got a wrong product.
                      It seems I had received someone's else product with my name written on it.

                      Because of that the EAN number are not matching with the wrong products I received. And the exchange of the product was not done.

                      How many more days I had to bear this harassment. It seems I had made a big mistake by buying product from AJIO.

                      1. Received Maroon colored Tshirt - Instead of Printed A-line Dress with Cold-Shoulder Sleeves which I ordered.

                      2. Received Mustard colored Tshirt - Instead of Lemon Print Button-Down Tiered Dress which I ordered.

                      3. Received Blue colored Tshirt - Instead of Polka Dot Print A-line Dress with Cold-Shoulder Sleeves which I ordered.

                        On 2nd July I have ordered a puma shoe ( order no: #FL[protected] ), they confirmed the order . Expected shipment date was 6th July and expected delivery date was 12 July . Its14 Th today still are shoes are not shipped, no update is there. I tried contacting them, they said they will reach by 14th, still they didn’t contact . Very bad service from Ajio.

                          I'm seriously very disappointed towards Ajio. I've received a random shawl instead of my actual order and for that I initiated a return request but the delivery boy won't pickup the item unless I report it to the merchant! So please do something about it.

                            Ajio has not refunded my money, I have called numerous times, emailed spoke to Supervisors but Ajio is only promising 48 hours and it has been more than 3 weeks.
                            Please help me get my money back from Ajio.

                                      I have placed an order on Ajio on 1st July, 2021 and cancelled the same on 2nd July, 2021.
                                      The refund was initiated as 3rd July, 2021 but I still haven't received it in my bank account.

                                      I have called their customer care helpline numerous times and even raised a complaint. Still the issue remains open.

                                        I ordered a top from ajio, they gave somebody else order inside a package with my name on it. I have mailed ajio multiple times but they haven't responded yet
