Money has been deducted from my bank account but Ajio account is not showing order confirmation. Cancel the order and refund my money. Reference no is - [protected]...

My debit card got deducted of Rs.6598.80 for a Rayban sunglass on 2nd July, but order not confirmed (nor is it reflected in my ajio account).
The customer care number takes forever to reach any agent. Emailed them but still no one has gotten back.
Very disappointed!...

I returned a product on 25th of June and yet I haven't received my money . They showed me that it would be initiated by 8th of July after that I complained for the date then they made it 7th of July and now there is not a single response from their costumer care service ....

Yesterday night I ordered 4 items in ajio .in prepaid mode money was debited but order is shown in ajio...

I would like to complain regarding my debited amount of 1936.43 paid through Google pay on 3rd of july.
As the order wasn't confirmed by Ajio.
But payment remained to be successful
It's been more than 48hrs there are no signs of refund by AJIO...

I have cancel some order in ajio and refund of those products i have not recieve yet. Kindly look in this and refund my payment as soon as possible....

I got my order delivered on 30 june, as I did not like the product I requested for return. On 1st july my order got picked up by the delivery agent. Still the status on the app is showing its out for pickup and I haven't received my refund yet....
