    Sir mera naam Ansh h maine ek Ajio se shoes order kiya tha red tape ka black colour ka 15 Jun ko but mujhe pair missing mila maine iske regarding complaint bhi ki lekin koi bhi resolution nhi mila sirf ek new date dete h y log or jb date nikal jati h to fir mail per koi revert nahi krte h mai bhut pareshan hu 30 days complete hone ko h pls meri help kariye

      Hello
      I have placed an order with AJIO on 1st July and money got debited from my account but I didn’t get any order Id
      I am communicating with ajio through mail since 1st July but neither am getting any disposal nor refund
      I am just getting an automated reply that you will revert back in 48 hrs which is not happening
      Such pathetic customer care service

                Nearly Rs. 2902.45 was debited by gpay. But my oder wasn't confirmed. So payment done for nothing at all. No response in their customer service.

                  There were 2 items I was expecting a refund for worth 399 rupees for order number #FL[protected] and #FL[protected] on the 5th of July. I have still not received my refund.

                  I was told to file a charge dispute form regarding the same.

                    My gpay amount Rs 2902.45 has been debited to Ajio . But no order was confirmed, cause 1 item was out of stock. I need my money back . I've reordered cause my items were going out of stock through cod 2nd time. First amount needed to be settled. Many complaint about the app. But I believe I'll get proper response.

                      I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 4th June 2021. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time ur refund will be initiated in 72 hours. Their team didnt called me and I tried so many times to call them What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                              I have received a poor quality product from them and even size was an issue. Raised a return request. The field executive refused to take it up because he couldn’t scan the code. So he said please call customer service a place another request without A/E number. Pick up will happen. Its been more than two weeks now. No response to my mails. Customer service couldn’t connected. Waited on long hold for hours.

                                    I retuned a product to ajio on 30 th june and till date I didn't got my refund back . I have tried all the ways to reach out to team ajio either it is through email or call or complaint raised in app. But didn't got any response.
