I ordered two packs, each containing 2 kurtas (product code:[protected] and[protected]. Each pack/item has to contain two kurtas. But when I received the shipment on 6th July 2021, there is only 1 pack of 2 kurtas[protected]. The missing item is a pack of 2 kurtas, product code:[protected]. The shipping id is S[protected] and the order id is FL[protected]. I have been trying to reach the customer care through phone and email ([protected]@ajio.com) and no one attended the call or responded to my emails. I hope Ajio takes action to ship the missing item or make a refund. The AJIO app should have the facility to report the item missing in the shipment. Please take action at the soonest.

AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It's been 6 days since I placed two orders from Ajio App. Money is Debited from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation email or I don't see any order details in the app.
I have been sending emails to customer support every single day...but nobody cares to respond.
And the customer care number is ridiculous... it never connects me to an actual agent to discuss the issue.
