      I have paid an amount of 3182 through debit card on July 2 but later cancelled the order.Still the refund amount is not credited to my account.please look into it and refund my amount ASAP.

        Amount has been debited from my account of about 823 but order has not been confirmed. Then again I have paid 891 then the order has got confirmed. So please credit the amount that I have paid first.

                I have placed my order on 24th if june, and had requestd for return. The very next day they collectd the product and said that regund will be initated by 3-5 working days. I have been waiting since long and even the date mentioned by AJIO is done but I haven’t got my refund! This is really very disappointing!
                Can’t even talk call the customer care as they just have a dew FAQs adn that doesn’t resolve any of our issues!
                Worst experience with AJIO
                NEVER EVER BUY FROM AJIO
                THE WORSTTTT.
                Just cheated me after returning the product worst 1, 600₹
                I need my refund for this AJIO.

                    I placed an order of rupees worth 2705.96 rupees via google pay
                    The amount has been deducted but I haven’t received the order ID or order confirmation.
                    I have contacted customer care via the app but no response

                      I have order a product on 27 June and the product got delivered on 6 July on the same day I initiated the return on 7 July today the pickup boy returned the product by saying that the PAB number doesn't match with our number ..now what should I do?                             I ordered two packs, each containing 2 kurtas (product code:[protected] and[protected]. Each pack/item has to contain two kurtas. But when I received the shipment on 6th July 2021, there is only 1 pack of 2 kurtas[protected]. The missing item is a pack of 2 kurtas, product code:[protected]. The shipping id is S[protected] and the order id is FL[protected]. I have been trying to reach the customer care through phone and email ([protected]@ajio.com) and no one attended the call or responded to my emails. I hope Ajio takes action to ship the missing item or make a refund. The AJIO app should have the facility to report the item missing in the shipment. Please take action at the soonest.
                            I am attaching the picture of the item received in the shipment (only 1 pack of 2 kurtas).

                              I had placed order on ajio app worth rupees 2875 and made payment via debit card but the order didn’t confirm and I placed the order again and this time payed via internet banking, order was placed this time but no refund of previous order made till date

                                Hello Team,

                                It's been 6 days since I placed two orders from Ajio App. Money is Debited from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation email or I don't see any order details in the app.
                                I have been sending emails to customer support every single day...but nobody cares to respond.
                                And the customer care number is ridiculous... it never connects me to an actual agent to discuss the issue.

                                      My debit card got deducted of Rs.6598.80 for a Rayban sunglass on 2nd July, but order not confirmed (nor is it reflected in my ajio account).
                                      The customer care number takes forever to reach any agent. Emailed them but still no one has gotten back.

                                        I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing/calling ajio customer care team about my refund. My complain no. COM[protected] and my return id Ex[protected]. I also emailed to Grievance Officer Mr. Hemant Bhatkar but no action taken by them. I talked to supervisor Mr. Shaheen, he gave me his word that in 24 hour you received money in your account, i emailed him my bank details and trust on their words but after 3 days of that i haven't received my money. They also closed my complain without giving me any resolution as i attached a picture. There is no value of customers time for AJIO. Please provide me a solution for this.
