      While making payment for my order, the amount of Rs.917 got debited from my account however the order didn't get placed...

      Complaint marked as Resolved 
      After placing the concern, they confirmed my order. It's written in their policy that "We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. Give us a buzz and we'll sort it together." So it's better to wait for some time

                  I had refered my friends and didn't receive the points for it whereas both the other accounts received it. Also the other account when tried to use the points while paying for products, couldn't use it as it was not reflecting. After several attempts it showed up but when there was an issue in payment method, it disappeared during the following attempt. It happened twice with two accounts. After this the wallet also showed 0 Ajio points. Without using it how can this disappear? 275 and 265 are the respective points for the two accounts. So kindly resolve this to get the points back in account.
