Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
My money is deducted from my upi account but order not placed
I ordered from ajio app and I done payment from my phonepe upi id, Money is deducted from my upi account but my order is not placed. I already registered complaint 2 days ago but still they didn't responded to me.

I placed an order in Ajio on 05/07/2021 and paid an amount of 1374 through credit card. My money got deducted but order is not confirmed. I can still those items in BAG. Tried reaching customer care through call but it's not connecting. They are not responding to mails.

I placed an order worth 2.705.96 via google pay
But I haven’t received any order confirmation or order ID
Either go ahead with the order or please initiate the refund back to my account

I have been trying to purchase my first ever purchase on ajio app .. But product has gone out of Stock at the same time .my UPI app (google pay ) is showing successful transaction and saying the ajio merchant have received the money.

I see the complaints of customers who placed the order same date as mine, getting resolved. Pls let me know if any other info required from my side to resolve this asap...as its mentioned I'll wait for few more days, but I need refund!
