I placed an order amounting to Rs 1, 554. The order consisted of 5 items and I paid the order via Googlepay. Once, the money was debited from my account I received a message from my bank. But when I checked on AJIO for my orders. There is no order placed in my account. “My orders” is completely blank. Whereas, my money has been deducted from my bank account.
Please look into the matter. Kindly refund my entire payment.
