On July 1st, I made a transaction of rs.1425 using my debit card. Payment got successful and amount is debited. But Order is not confirmed and didn't receive any order ID for it. Have written to customer care and no response so far.

    As I placed a order on ajio app and at the time of payment I paid from upi phonepe app, amount from my bank account got deducted but it is not showing any placed order in ajio app please help me out.
    As 1223 rs already deducted from my account as I already did contact at ajio customer care service but they are not responding for calls

        On july 21st i ordered dresses and paid 2096 rs and money got debuted from my account but its not showing in my orders and i haven't received any confirmation mail .Provide me my order status and hope so i get them asap

          Yesterday placed an order on Ajio app and paid instantly from Google Pay, money is debited from account. However nor the app neither the website is showing the order that I placed. It’s showing no orders in the past 6 months. What is the solution to this?
          AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Further, received no email or message regarding order placed. Will like to cancel the order and want full refund

            I placed an order amounting to Rs 1, 554. The order consisted of 5 items and I paid the order via Googlepay. Once, the money was debited from my account I received a message from my bank. But when I checked on AJIO for my orders. There is no order placed in my account. “My orders” is completely blank. Whereas, my money has been deducted from my bank account.
            Please look into the matter. Kindly refund my entire payment.

                I have placed the order of dresses but amount 3355 rupees debited from the bank account then it was not placed the order and also not showing in the order list... What is the reason?... When I will receive the amount back?...

                      Yesterday I ordered Puma shoes and socks to my udaipur address, I paid money from my ajio wallet (1169₹) and 495₹ from my bank account.
                      I have not received any order number and notification, even order is not showing in order list, and amount is deducted from my wallet and account.
                      Either send me the details of my order or refund my money ASAP.

                                I am Reema.Yesterday I have ordered 3 itsems from Ajio worth 396/- and I have payed the amount via debit card. My amount got deducted but the itsems are not displayed in my orders and confirmation ID is also not received. So I request you to please go through this matter and send a confirmation ID. If not possible kindly refund the amount. Please do the needful.
