We have received all items in this order on 27th May and we did not like 4 of them and placed a return request on 28th May. 4 Items were picked up by field agent in 2 days. After two weeks (17th June) agent got the 4 items back and asked us to contact customer care and create one more return request(Agent did not give us any reason on why we need to raise one more request).
On 18th I have raised one more request(Return ID #RT[protected] and items were supposed to be picked up by 25th of June but still items are not picked up. I contacted customer care on 26th of June, customer care agent said that AWB number is not generated and created the complaint with complaint ID COM[protected] and mentioned that issues will be resolved and items will be picked up 29th without a miss. I see issues is marked as resolved on 29th without any resolution. I called customer care again on 29th and again same thing happened customer care agent created one more complaint COM[protected]. I asked agent to escalate the issue and connect me to the manager and help me get my refund. Customer care agent tried contacting his manager and said that manager did not receive his call and he will send a request to manager for a callback. Till now I have not received any callback from anyone.

I have purchased RS. 1352 worth cloths. amount detect in my account but order not confirmed.

Today I have ordered 6 products from Ajio order amounting Rs 2080 using my credit card. Amount also deducted from my credit card but the items are not showing in my ajio account under orders also msg and mail not received.Please do the needful.

I ordered from AJIO app on 1st July and money got deducted but my order is not placed. Such a pathetic service. Resolve my problem asap.

Today I placed an order for shirts and the money of 1550 is debited but order not confirmed ..please kindly look into this

I ordered a bulk of items today and the amount was debited from my debit card but the order was not placed. Did not get notifications about the order either through mail or message. Please do look into it to either place the order or to initiate a refund.

AJIo order not confirmed even after amount being deducted

I had ordered few items through AJIO app today (02/07/2021). I used IOB debit card for purchase and amount was deducted. But there was no trace of order ID in mail or in the app. There was no refund in the following hours.

I ordered a product, payment is done but didn't receive any message or email. The order is also not updated in the order history. Please update it asap.

I had Ordered 3 items on July 1st, On july 2nd status of my orders are being showed as delivered, i have Recieved a mail too, this is totally unfair. I had been a loyal customer and I trusted Ajio and it's delivery partners

Hello, I've recently made an order of trends dresses ...the payment is successful, usually i get the confirmation email, after the payment...but till now i didn't get any confirmation email...and the order ID:FL[protected]
Please send the confirmation email of my orders as soon as possible...
