    i didn't get my refund
    Customer care team is saying that l you returned (return id -- RT[protected]
    a non ajio product
    return pickup is done on 14 june since now i did not got my refund .
    This reason is updated from delivery guy side and i didn't get any updates
    Till last date of refund processing
    Every customer care person is saying different different reasons that no sir you will get your refund nothing happened like that. But still didn't get my refund

    Yesterday (27 june 2021) again i connected a call to ajio customer care team they are saying that sorry sir we are not saying that you have returned a non ajio product (not from ajio) as i can see you have already shared the pictures, i also said that the product is available on ajio and i can share you the pictures of the product
    Then they said no sir you don't have to worry sir wait for 48 hours you will definitely get your refund and we will also notify you at every stage. But still refund is not initiated.

    Today (28 june 2021) again i connected a call to talk to customer care team at 11am and again I asked about my refund and they are saying i am really sorry sir still you didn't get your refund
    For the return id -RT37623745 i asked them about the reason they said sorry sir you will soon get your refund i asked them to connect my call to your super visor and then they said let me try sir if anyone of our super visor are available after some seconds they said sorry sir our super visors are not available at this time let me arrange you a call back
    I said ok and i asked them when your super visor will call me they said in 4 hours you will get a call back back from our super visor it's been 8 hours
    No one contacted again !

    Please initiate my refund

    Today 4 july in the morning i called the ajio customer care team they are saying that you will get your refund by today our team has to manually initiate it, the i said ok and drop the call.

    Again today in everything i called the customer care team to ask about the refund now they are saying this product is non ajio product it will reshipped to you
    And they are also saying that the product you had returned us dont match to the screen shot which is available on our site here am attaching both the images
    Now i want my refund vas soon as possible and a appolige later too from ajio for blaming me for the problem i faced

    From yesterday am asking for call from supervisor of ajio customer care team they are just saying we have booked a call from our supervisor you will get a call in 4 hours again today i Booked a call from supervisor but not getting any call from their supervisor and without a call they are closing my complains
    Please help me for getting my refund.
    Check the image below they are not calling and closing my complains.

      I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 15th June 2021 ( RT[protected] .Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account. This is complete harassment and I will have to take legal action now.

        Delivery issue

        I have ordered 2 products from your website and haven't received the product yet. It was ought to be delivered by 18th june but I haven't received it yet. It was already paid and I need that order with immediate effect. I was not expecting this kind of service from AJIO. I called customer call he told me to wait for 23rd of June. I wait but the problem was not resolved after that customer care doesn't pick my call I tried several times but...

        Not picking up the product

        I have ordered a kurti in ajio on 20 jun 2021. I received the order on 23 jun 2021 due to quality issue of the product I have sent a return request but they are not picking the product and I got a message like this

        I ordered 7 shirts on 19.06.21 and there was a delivery for 3 of them on 25.06.21. I recieved only 2 products but i paid the delivery man for three tshirts. The invoice bill is also printed with the name and amount of 3 tshirts which contained only 2 of them.

              1) SKY HEIGHTS Embellished Lehenga Choli with Dupatta
              2)KARIGARI Lehenga Choli Set with Potli Pouch & Mask
              Amount of total 798rs, 1st product was cancelled due to delay in delivery and I got 359rs refund

                It has been 2 months and I still have not got my refund against my order containing superdry jeans...I have called and mailed them a multiple times but everytime they raise a new complaint instead of coming up with a resolution...the supervisor too was really rude and didn't help

                  I had ordered 4 t-shirts for my friend. One was delivered on 11th June and remaining 3 were supposed to be delivered on 13th June. But he recieved only 2 t-shirt on that day.
                  We waited for 3-4 days as initially it was showing 18th June as last date for delivery.
                  Later only I found out that it is showing all 3 T-shirt as delivered.
                  I have been trying to reach out to customer care no but they are not picking up the call.
                  Pls take over my issue.

                    I had bought crocs from ajio and i returned it bcoz of size issue..
                    And before 3 days delivery boy picked up from me but still i didn't get my money back..in app days refund is initiated... But i didnt receive in my wallet or bank account... Hope i get it back soon...

                        Sir My self sandeep singh rajpoot mob no [protected].i order 07 item from my ajio bag whose total amount rs 1818. In payment option i choose mobikwik upi, after payment Of rs 1818 from mobikwik upi i did not recieved My order id. Amount rs 1818 deducted from my account. Please reslove the issuse as soon as possible.

                          Purchased 1. Kurta in month of December 2020 had some size issues so returned it. Money reflected in wallet so Purchased some.2 kurta again... automatically cancelled the order and showed no money in wallet.a also my ajio account shows no previous orders frm 2017 which shows how d ajio system sucks.Upon mailing dey said it has been transferred to account via iimps on 27th Jan 2021. But my account shows no iimps of 1080 amount in any month till date... today is 23rd June 2021. Ajio is asking me to submit my bank statements till date frm 1 Jan 2021. But I find it very unsafe to share my bank statements .

                                I made a order from this phone number [protected] of 2 jeans on Ajio . After payment from paytm wallet it was written done but when i came back to Ajio, he loged me out of the application . And when i again signed in there was no order in order book and my amount was deducted and as well as my ajio Wallet amount was also deducted.
                                And their was no update regarding order and nor confirmed and also not listed in my order book and history. Basically the payment is done but order done .
