I have placed an order of 14 items amounting to 8764.71 on July 1st and the money is debited at 12:35 AM but the order ID is not created and the items are not shown in the order page. Please help me out with the money or place the order.

          My order number FL[protected] placed on 22nd May 2021 was delivered after one month of placing order 22 June 2021. They sent a message saying the order is being returned due to logistic issue and asked me to place a new order. So I ordered the same products which I received. After a month I received the older order. But Iam unable return it because the delivery status has not been updated on website. Inspite of numerous calls to customer care and mails no response and issue is unresolved. Nothing has been done about it.

                  The item was missing and partial item was delivered, compliant was raised on 22nd june, resolution was promised by 25th june

                  Today is 29th and no one from ajio customer service reverted with resolution

                  When called back, the agent named Ashish disconnected the call abruptly and did not transfer the call to supervisor, as promised

                  The call gets connected after 20 mins of minimum wait time and now the supervisor named Sabiya promised resolution in 24 hours along with a manager call back in 1 hr

                  These people have tortured me, kept my money with them and behaved inappropriately when contacted them

                    I had payed for an order which costed 974 rs...the order did not get confirmed even after the payment...when I called the customer service they said it will be refunded in 48 hours...right now they have sent back 300 rs which I believe is the refund?...cannot reach them now. At least please do refund the money fully.

                    I paid Rs.1500 for superdry slippers but I did not get any confirmation. I tried calling the customer care but the line is busy. If the order is not confirmed, I want full refund.

                      I placed an order with the app (a backpack) and received a wrong product (a hand carry bag) on 3rd June. Since then i have been just asking for updates about the refund and pickup for the wrong product with no valid response. A huge amount of 12700 is stuck with them and they are cancelling my return without any valid reason. I have uploaded the pictures of the wrong product and the customer care executives can see that a different product has been delivered to me but there is no solution. I just receive an auto generated replies to be contacted within 2 days and it never happens. The most unprofessional team that i have ever come across.

                          I tried to place an order. But it not confirmed. I payed via gpay and my money is deducted from my bank account but order not confirmed. It is still left in the bag. What Can I do. Why are you showing such fraud activities.!!?

                              Ajio is holding my refund of Rs.1200 from past 15 days. I have contacted there customer service more than 20 times but they are not giving any solution and now they have blocked my number.
                              Please help me

                                Order #EX[protected], complain id- COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected]
                                This is absolutely ridiculous.Exchange product is successfully picked up but not received my product back and in app it is showing delivered. So I filed a complaint but still no response they are just increasing the resolution date. Now even customer service is not receiving calls. Seriously Ajio has the worst customer service ever.

                                    i didn't get my refund
                                    Customer care team is saying that l you returned (return id -- RT[protected]
                                    a non ajio product
                                    return pickup is done on 14 june since now i did not got my refund .
                                    This reason is updated from delivery guy side and i didn't get any updates
                                    Till last date of refund processing
                                    Every customer care person is saying different different reasons that no sir you will get your refund nothing happened like that. But still didn't get my refund

                                    Yesterday (27 june 2021) again i connected a call to ajio customer care team they are saying that sorry sir we are not saying that you have returned a non ajio product (not from ajio) as i can see you have already shared the pictures, i also said that the product is available on ajio and i can share you the pictures of the product
                                    Then they said no sir you don't have to worry sir wait for 48 hours you will definitely get your refund and we will also notify you at every stage. But still refund is not initiated.

                                    Today (28 june 2021) again i connected a call to talk to customer care team at 11am and again I asked about my refund and they are saying i am really sorry sir still you didn't get your refund
                                    For the return id -RT37623745 i asked them about the reason they said sorry sir you will soon get your refund i asked them to connect my call to your super visor and then they said let me try sir if anyone of our super visor are available after some seconds they said sorry sir our super visors are not available at this time let me arrange you a call back
                                    I said ok and i asked them when your super visor will call me they said in 4 hours you will get a call back back from our super visor it's been 8 hours
                                    No one contacted again !

                                    Today 4 july in the morning i called the ajio customer care team they are saying that you will get your refund by today our team has to manually initiate it, the i said ok and drop the call.

                                    Again today in everything i called the customer care team to ask about the refund now they are saying this product is non ajio product it will reshipped to you
                                    And they are also saying that the product you had returned us dont match to the screen shot which is available on our site here am attaching both the images
                                    Now i want my refund vas soon as possible and a appolige later too from ajio for blaming me for the problem i faced

                                    From yesterday am asking for call from supervisor of ajio customer care team they are just saying we have booked a call from our supervisor you will get a call in 4 hours again today i Booked a call from supervisor but not getting any call from their supervisor and without a call they are closing my complains
                                    Please help me for getting my refund.

                                      I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 15th June 2021 ( RT[protected] .Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account. This is complete harassment and I will have to take legal action now.

                                        I have ordered 2 products from your website and haven't received the product yet. It was ought to be delivered by 18th june but I haven't received it yet. It was already paid and I need that order with immediate effect. I was not expecting this kind of service from AJIO. I called customer call he told me to wait for 23rd of June. I wait but the problem was not resolved after that customer care doesn't pick my call I tried several times but...
