    The amount for my order has been deducted from my account but I haven't received confirmation yet..I want to know whether it is confirmed or not otherwise need a refund... So I have now order for COD so I need refund

      My order no. Is FL[protected] placed on 26 May 2021. Had ordered 2 sets of nightsuits. One was a disney one which was large so got it exchanged for a medium, no issue with that
      The second set, the blue floral, when delivered had the pyjamas missing & only the top was delivered in a tiny packing. I therefore raised a complaint & the executive told me to raise a return request which I got to know that should have not been done till there was a resolution to the complaint. Called up customercare again & was told that resolution will be given by 7th but till date nothing. Either the missing pyjamas should be sent to me or the top picked up from me & the refund be issued.

          I ordered Altheory colorblock Low top lace up sneakers of Rs 1120, after applying ajio cash of 169, my account got debited with Rs 951. But in order section no order placed is shown and no details are provided. How can such things happen in such sites. However my account has got debited. I want a return of my money either or place my order as soon as possible.
          I have received the email for succesful payment. Solve this issue fast.

                Hello plz help me to sort out my refund back problem..two days before I selected some item on ajio app and do payment 6157 rs but one item out of stocked while processing of payment but the payment debited from my account but my order Did not confirmed But 30 min i got a message from ajio that You have recieved refund back sucessfully then I checked my account but payment not credited...next day i complained on costomercare by gmail but nobady solved my problem so plz i have called so many times on ajio care plz help me to sort out my problem as soon as possible plz..????

                    The have not delivered the complete product, just delivered one set pack instead of two.

                          My account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

                          I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague right now but your staff needs a lot of grooming. I myself head escalation desk and handle RBI complaints. But interaction with your supervisor was a shocker. I didnt call to listen to a radio tape...I expected assurance and validation that something will be worked out. This is crazy honestly.
                          I do not trust your brand/shopping portal and would like to return all the products ordered till date

                                  2 months before I had received refund for returning dress, refund was credited to ajio wallet even after providing bank details, I tried to transfer the money to my bank account couldn't do it, I called customer care and as they told send an email to ajio for IMPS transfer. Till now I'm not able to get my money, even after entering account details I'm not able to submit. Please look into the matter.

                                  i get refund for my shoes who i ordred from ajio, but, i am unable to send my money from ajio wallet to my bank it will shows you have insufficient balance, it will happens 2 times with me by ajio.poor customerservice no one can conversate with you.please banned this site.this is the fraud company. please solved my problem.
                                  Hey there! There is another way to transfer that amount called NEFT. In order to process the NEFT, please fill in following Bank A/c details and send it to [protected]@ajio.com. Customer Name, Account Number, Bank Name, Account Type, IFSC Code, Amount to be refunded.
