Money deducted but order not placed

Hi,
I have ordered couple of items via upi but it is not reflected in my order status and my money got deducted from my account....

Amount debited but no order number Or order history

I've ordered 2 items, for which I was redirected twice to the payment gateway, assuming it didn't deduct at first.

Post successful transaction via gpay, the amount got debited twice and I havent yet received any confirmation message nor order ID nor reflecting any order transaction / history.

This is such an inconvenience and a terror for loosing an amount which is not reflected for a long long time....

Amount debit but never received order confirmation

I recently tried doing transaction through ajio mobile app and did payment through upi. Payment got successfull and debited amount from my bank but I didn’t recieved order confirmation and order details.
Requesting to please look into this and let me know....

Refund

Refund of amount 1025 Rs against an unsuccessful order that is not being reflected in the app, has not been initiated from AJIO. Though refund was promised in case of any deduction.

This shakes our belief in your system.
Please do the needful to restore the same....

Refund not being processed

Hello

It’s been a month since I returned their product
They delivered the wrong product first and after I returned they initiated the refund late (20 May) and still did not refund the money

The customer care gives false promises
Keep me on hold for 15-20 mins

They are not refunding for the order id FL[protected]

Please raise a complain and help me

Amount debited but order not confirmed

I am here to inform you that the money got debited from my bank account but the orders not placed yet. I have been waiting for those products to arrive since forever and now finally when its arrived that i had to face a problem with the transaction .theirs been no response to my emails and calls on customercare helplines.kindly look into it....

Payment done but order not placed

I have ordered through cashkaro on ajio on 30may of rs 986. payment has done but order not placed. Also nothing is visible on ajio. I want my money back. I am attaching some prof of payment...

Order confirmed not despatching or no correct response

Made a prepaid order on 29April, order confirmed and delivery assured by 10th May, not delivered or despatched, complaint raised with customer care, assured to clear by 18 may, till date after which no clear response or customer service guys disconnect call after waiting long, 13 orders are confirmed but till date not despatched or no clear response. #FL[protected]...

Refund not received

Hi I had placed an order with Ajio back on August 13th, 2020 but later I cancelled it. I took the issue up with the company and they said that they would initiate the refund however the amount hasn’t been reflected in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks

Amount not refund

On may 15, 2021 purchased saree on ajio online shopping app . amount 1057 is paid through mobiwik wallet and payment is succesful.

But Ajio team said payment is successful but order is not successful. till today amount 1057 is not refunded kindly do needful.

Transfer wallet money to bank account

Customer care, I wAs told ki wallet money will be transferred to bank account and return was created by customer care executive...
Please chk the call recorings, regiatered mobile number [protected]..
And its shameful and dissappointimg that products has been picked and money has still not transferred from wallet to my bank account......

Product not received

I've ordered 5 pairs of jeans from Ajio on April 29, 2021, having Order# FL[protected]. Out of 5, 4 were sent together and the 5th one was sent separately. The estimated delivery date was May 7 according to the Ajio website. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the order containing 4 pairs of jeans was delivered only on May 16.
