Hello plz help me to sort out my refund back problem..two days before I selected some item on ajio app and do payment 6157 rs but one item out of stocked while processing of payment but the payment debited from my account but my order Did not confirmed But 30 min i got a message from ajio that You have recieved refund back sucessfully then I checked my account but payment not credited...next day i complained on costomercare by gmail but nobady...

The amount for my order has been deducted from my account but I haven't received confirmation yet..I want to know whether it is confirmed or not otherwise need a refund...

The have not delivered the complete product, just delivered one set pack instead of two.

I returned a product but my amount didn't credited in my ajio wallet pls credit my amount as soon as possible in my ajio wallet...

I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague...

We did the payment for 5 products through your application via debit card. The payment is done but the order isn't placed yet. The call and mail isn't replied from the side of the company. We hope you to solve it as soon as possible....

2 months before I had received refund for returning dress, refund was credited to ajio wallet even after providing bank details, I tried to transfer the money to my bank account couldn't do it, I called customer care and as they told send an email to ajio for IMPS transfer. Till now I'm not able to get my money, even after entering account details I'm not able to submit. Please look into the matter....

I Placed an order for Rupees 3, 298 on 09/06/2021. The money was deducted from my account, but when I login to AJio it doesn't show under order section nor dis I get any mail or message from AJio....

i have ordered 5 items on 7th may of rs- 4036/-. On the same day i cancelled all the items but from them 1 item was dispatched and delivered to me. i returned the product immediately...i got all the refund of rs 3477/- but the remaining amount of 562/- i.e. price of the delivered product was not received...i am tired of calling them... every time they r saying that the refyy is issued but i didn't get that...

I order from ajio twice and both the times the amount just got deducted from my paytm account and the order wasn’t even confirmed and now I can’t see any orders in my account section, these people are simply scamming us and tricking us into paying our money and then they don’t even respond, this app deserves 0/10 and should be removed....

They delivered our products timely but that product was very tight for me so I should return that product timing. They also pick up timely their product bt the payment I should not receive in my bank account please immediately delivery my payment. as soon as possible...
