    I ordered sliders brand name tommy hifiger
    Order No. FL[protected] i received product on 02/06/21 and what i received was totally different from what i odered on 08/06/21 ajio picked up the product through Shadowfax return id RT37271381 and promised to initiate refund by 22/06/21 and on 21/06/21 at 9 pm they called me and told me product doesn't match with ajio's product so we will not be able to refund you

      I have returned product but there is no update on ajio portal and didn't receive refund.
      Customer care is also not receiving calls and they don't reply on email as well.

        I ordered a sweatshirt from Ajio on the 10 of June and delivered it by 18 June. Today I washed the sweatshirt in normal water and all the print came out. My order id is - FL[protected]. Please look after this matter.

          I have ordered 5 kuthas, in that 2 kurthas are with bottom, bt today When I received the items I received only kurthas not bottoms, I even paid for bottom, I want bottoms, please resolve this problem

            I made a order of 2 jeans from Ajio . After payment from paytm wallet it was written done but when i came back to Ajio he loged me out of the application . And when i again signed in there was no order in order book and my amount was deducted and as well as my ajio Wallet amount was also deducted.
            Please resolve my issue

                We have ordered some clothes from Ajio website during mid March 2021. The initial transaction payment did not go through and so we tried with one of our other bank cards and the payment was successful and order got placed. After 3 days, to our surprise, the initial card which got declined for purchase also got charged with the same amount. We started requesting them that this transaction got duplicated, sent all the proofs from our banks...

                  Problem no.1- I had generated an issue with a product that I returned with id FL[protected], I had returned the product but It was never reflected in the app . what am I supposed to do?I received many calls that my problem will be addressed and seems like you guys just forgot about it .I was asked the acknowledgement receipt but The delivery person never gave the acknowledgment receipt. And I had raised this complaint before also that this happened and never heard from them.
                  Problem no. 2-I had placed an order with ajio in november, the amount got transacted but the order wasnt placed, so I waited for some days for refund, which I havent received till now, I have written so many mails to them, they dont reply to it.

                      Hello,
                      I did not receive any order and how can it be said that order delivered. I want to know where is my order or else i want refund.Very bad experience with Ajio delivery.

                          I ordered 3 Packs of sleeveless vests (Each Pack Containing 3 sleeveless vests) i.e., 9 in total.
                          But to my surprise one of the packs has only 2 of them and one pack has only one i.e., 6 in total.
                          I paid Rs.1491 for 3 packs containing 3 each. This is clearly a case of fraud from the seller and Ajio.

                          I haven't experienced this kind of behaviour from Ajio prior to this, being such a reputed brand. This is ridiculous on the part of the seller that too Reliance Retail.
                          I will propose this issue on every forum possible. This is clearly an issue o[censored]nfair trade practices followed by Ajio.

                          I am also attaching pictures of the bill and the product received from Ajio for your reference.

                                    I have ordered on ajio app on 14.6.2021 and paid for it via google pay but I haven't received any confirmation mail regarding the status of the order nor I'm unable to track the delivery but the amount was debited from my bank account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
