I have ordered some items in ajio and payment has done through upi but it is not reflected in the orders and my order is not done

    I had placed and order id : FL[protected] with 3 items on 9th May and after its delivery on 21st May i had placed an exchange request order id : EX[protected] worth Rs.1657.

    The courier agent who came on 24th May picked up the 3 items and delivered to me one item among the three that day.. when i asked him, he had told me that the rest two will be delivered on the next day. This exchange pick up is not reflected or updated in the ajio app till date. Also the same about the one that got delivered that day is neither reflected.

    The next delivery agent who came on 27th May did not deliver my remaining products saying that my items to be picked up are pending. AJIO'S delivery agents' miscommunication has resulted with me not receiving my product or my refund.

    I contacted ajio through email and provided them with the details of my exchange pick up, the delivery agent's number etc. They asked me to wait. It has been one week and till now there is no contact from ajio regarding the same.. and till now nothing is updated in the site..

      On 13th I place order in ajio website. My money debited from my account but order not confirmed. It's been 21 days, but I didn't get my refund money till now. Whenever I am asking about update on my complaint, customer care people are just postpone the update date.
      AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I've ordered 2 items, for which I was redirected twice to the payment gateway, assuming it didn't deduct at first.

                  Post successful transaction via gpay, the amount got debited twice and I havent yet received any confirmation message nor order ID nor reflecting any order transaction / history.

                  This is such an inconvenience and a terror for loosing an amount which is not reflected for a long long time.

                    I recently tried doing transaction through ajio mobile app and did payment through upi. Payment got successfull and debited amount from my bank but I didn’t recieved order confirmation and order details.
                    Requesting to please look into this and let me know.

                      Refund of amount 1025 Rs against an unsuccessful order that is not being reflected in the app, has not been initiated from AJIO. Though refund was promised in case of any deduction.

                      This shakes our belief in your system.
                      Please do the needful to restore the same.

                            Hello

                            It’s been a month since I returned their product
                            They delivered the wrong product first and after I returned they initiated the refund late (20 May) and still did not refund the money

                            The customer care gives false promises
                            Keep me on hold for 15-20 mins

                            They are not refunding for the order id FL[protected]

                            Please raise a complain and help me

                                I am here to inform you that the money got debited from my bank account but the orders not placed yet. I have been waiting for those products to arrive since forever and now finally when its arrived that i had to face a problem with the transaction .theirs been no response to my emails and calls on customercare helplines.kindly look into it.
