i have ordered 5 items on 7th may of rs- 4036/-. On the same day i cancelled all the items but from them 1 item was dispatched and delivered to me. i returned the product immediately...i got all the refund of rs 3477/- but the remaining amount of 562/- i.e. price of the delivered product was not received...i am tired of calling them... every time they r saying that the refyy is issued but i didn't get that in my bank account.

    I order from ajio twice and both the times the amount just got deducted from my paytm account and the order wasn’t even confirmed and now I can’t see any orders in my account section, these people are simply scamming us and tricking us into paying our money and then they don’t even respond, this app deserves 0/10 and should be removed.

      They delivered our products timely but that product was very tight for me so I should return that product timing. They also pick up timely their product bt the payment I should not receive in my bank account please immediately delivery my payment. as soon as possible

          I ordered a pair of puma shoes on 30th may 2021, I got my package on 3rd Jun 2021. I decided to return it because I got the wrong shoe size. I requested for a return on the same day that is 3rd jun via ajio app. The very next day the delivery person took my product back, which means that the return pickup was successful. But it's still showing that the return pickup was unsuccessful. I didn't get any refund for the returned product and I also didn't get any kind of acknowledgement slip from delivery person too.

              I do not receive my products but got delivered the package update. I am not even able to contact the customer care or able to call the delivery executive. How can I get my parcel or the refund?! So unhappy with this!

                  It has been 7 days today from the day of cancellation of the product. Ajio cancelled my product. The product was prepaid so I haven't received my refund yet.

                    Today I did place an order on ajio, the payment was through phonepe and money got debited but the order wasn't placed
                    Hoping that ajio will look into it by either crediting it back or confirming the order

                          I ordered gold jewellery via online AJOI app on 26-Jan-2021 order id FL[protected] . Inspite of multiple complaints nothing is sorted, I did not receive the jewellery nor the refund of money. I had raised a complaint in consumer complaints forum then I got a reply that they will sort out by 19-Apr-2021, But even now nothing is closed. Please help.

                            Please be informed that we have purchased Men casual wear vide order no: keeping in view 100% cotton, same was mentioned in description on line display (few photos attached). But when we recieved items, except 2 T shirts, all the lower and shorts were not 100% cotton (few photos attached).

                            We tried to returned on line multiple times, but showing "URL authorization failed" (photo attached).
                            Kindly arrange to return 6 items, invoice attached. Your personal attention is solicited at your earliest.

                              I had placed order on15th May and when the product came wrong size and color I tried exchanging the products. Order Id : EX[protected]. Nor the are exchanging the product nor taking back return. As there Delhivery partner is not able to match tags since wrong products are sent. I had called up customer care many times no one is attending calls nor solving on emails my concern. I'm worried about my amount.
                              I want Return and Refund for this order as its been 15 days. I find no co-operation from them. Help me pls.

                                    I had placed and order id : FL[protected] with 3 items on 9th May and after its delivery on 21st May i had placed an exchange request order id : EX[protected] worth Rs.1657.

                                    The courier agent who came on 24th May picked up the 3 items and delivered to me one item among the three that day.. when i asked him, he had told me that the rest two will be delivered on the next day. This exchange pick up is not reflected or updated in the ajio app till date. Also the same about the one that got delivered that day is neither reflected.

                                    The next delivery agent who came on 27th May did not deliver my remaining products saying that my items to be picked up are pending. AJIO'S delivery agents' miscommunication has resulted with me not receiving my product or my refund.

                                    I contacted ajio through email and provided them with the details of my exchange pick up, the delivery agent's number etc. They asked me to wait. It has been one week and till now there is no contact from ajio regarding the same.. and till now nothing is updated in the site..

                                      On 13th I place order in ajio website. My money debited from my account but order not confirmed. It's been 21 days, but I didn't get my refund money till now. Whenever I am asking about update on my complaint, customer care people are just postpone the update date.
