    After my account was blocked, I called up
    Customer care, I wAs told ki wallet money will be transferred to bank account and return was created by customer care executive...
    Please chk the call recorings, regiatered mobile number [protected]..
    And its shameful and dissappointimg that products has been picked and money has still not transferred from wallet to my bank account...

      I've ordered 5 pairs of jeans from Ajio on April 29, 2021, having Order# FL[protected]. Out of 5, 4 were sent together and the 5th one was sent separately. The estimated delivery date was May 7 according to the Ajio website. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the order containing 4 pairs of jeans was delivered only on May 16. However, the 5th one seems to be missing and it has not yet delivered. The shipment was sent through a courier named XpressBees. Ajio doesn't have proper customer support and they've not yet responded with a correct response. They're also not allowing me to cancel the order since it was already shipped. I no longer needed the 5th product, but seems like there is no way to cancel the order or get the refund. Please assist.

        I just ordered on Ajio, I completed Payment using UPI through Google pay but no order is placed and nothing is showing on the
        app. The order was of Rs 3528.62
        The payment was successful and received by Ajio.

                  I have placed the order on Jan 10, 2021 for the amount of Rs 1768/- on AJIO & my order number is FLO[protected]registered m. no. +91 [protected]). The payment has been made via Phone pe but after a month my the order got cancelled by AJIO without initiating the refund. I approached customer care about this issue so many times and also send a written complaint to AJIO and every time they said that we will resolved your issue within 2 working...

                    i have ordered some kurtas in ajio, they got delivered as per the scheduled date...due to some quality issue i have kept return request...the courier boy on the next day picked up those kurtas and said that the amount will be trasferred to ajio wallet...it has been almost 15days since he picked up those kurtas but the amount hasnot transferred to my wallet

                    i have uploaded the acknowledgement slip..you can go through this ...kindly resolve my issue as earlier as possible

                    I keep on mailing them about my refund..at last I received my refund this day

                    I ordered a pair of puma shoes on 30th may 2021, I got my package on 3rd Jun. But the product ran too big for my foot. So i decided to return it. I requested for a return on the app the same day that is 3rd jun. The very next day the delivery person took the product back. It means the return pickup was successful, but it's still showing that the return pickup was unsuccessful, which is not true. I did get my refund and I didn't get any acknowledgement slip too.

                      Hii I ordered Puma Ferreira cat 7s ultra shoe, and 2 performax panelled track pants, I used coupon and I made a payment of 3, 388rs by Google pay, I got deducted Money from my bank account of 3, 388rs but the payment had done but there is no order taken place .

                      So further i ordered performax track pant by making COD then the order has taken place so I cancelled the order .

                      Plz make a refund

                        My name is vinay singh from Nahan, sirmaur (hp) -173001, I ordered shoes from ajio application item named Puma scuderia ferrari textured lace up sneakers, Bearing order no.- #FL[protected] shipped on 7th of may, and toady i.e. 19th May I received a wrong item and when I opened the parcel the invoice in it is named after someone else,
                        showing address: Name-Gorav, ellenabad, javik bharat mission, bagchi temple, SIRSA HR 125102
                        Mob no.- [protected] bearing AWB NO. - [protected].
                        Also I paid the COD amount of ₹2500 to delivery boy i.e. the same amount of item what I had ordered .
                        I called this person named, Gorav and confirmed that this is his order, I am providing the unboxing images of this parcel and also what I had order, kindly look into it and do the needful action as soon as possible, please be assure when will be I'm getting my order, as i ordered it on 6th May and it's already too late.

                                  I have ordered a product from Ajio and we have received it. Then we placed an exchange for that product. The courier guy came and collected the product and said exchange product will be delivered separately. Then we have not received the exchange product. The I have raised the issue with AJIO and they said the can process the refund as we have not received the exchange product. It been almost 8 months but refund is not processed yet. I have called multiple times but no help from them.

                                  I hope I get satisfactory resolution here.

                                      Issue: Payment was received by the Ajio, the amount was deducted from the HDFC credit card on[protected]. But the order was not placed so I asked for the refund after 2 weeks. Because I called the customer care of Ajio to check it. They said they were aware of the issues and refund process initiated. It will take 5-7 business days to complete. So I waited for 2-3 weeks.
                                      Still the issue is not resolved. Its been more than 2 months the date of issue of happened and more than a month from the date of complaint raised in the Ajio.

                                      Discussed with customer service personnel of Ajio.com one week before about the refund. Actually the amount needed to auto credit as the order was not received. It's been above month still not credited even after raising a complaint and called customer care executive and talked two times
