My name is vinay singh from Nahan, sirmaur (hp) -173001, I ordered shoes from ajio application item named Puma scuderia ferrari textured lace up sneakers, Bearing order no.- #FL[protected] shipped on 7th of may, and toady i.e. 19th May I received a wrong item and when I opened the parcel the invoice in it is named after someone else,
showing address: Name-Gorav, ellenabad, javik bharat mission, bagchi temple, SIRSA HR 125102
Mob no.- [protected] bearing AWB NO. - [protected].
Also I paid the COD amount of ₹2500 to delivery boy i.e. the same amount of item what I had ordered .
I called this person named, Gorav and confirmed that this is his order, I am providing the unboxing images of this parcel and also what I had order, kindly look into it and do the needful action as soon as possible, please be assure when will be I'm getting my order, as i ordered it on 6th May and it's already too late.

I order for 8 products, from that 5 of them delivered and other 3 didn't.2 of them show as delivery unsuccessful and one is delivery delayed.

I ordered for 8 items on ajio and from that only 5 of them delivered and other 3 of them didn't .From that 3 two are shown as delivery unsuccessful and one is delayed..I am still waiting for my product...I want them immediately. At last time when you say like this it's very difficult to me

I have ordered a product from Ajio and we have received it. Then we placed an exchange for that product. The courier guy came and collected the product and said exchange product will be delivered separately. Then we have not received the exchange product. The I have raised the issue with AJIO and they said the can process the refund as we have not received the exchange product. It been almost 8 months but refund is not processed yet. I have called multiple times but no help from them.

I hope I get satisfactory resolution here.

Issue: Payment was received by the Ajio, the amount was deducted from the HDFC credit card on[protected]. But the order was not placed so I asked for the refund after 2 weeks. Because I called the customer care of Ajio to check it. They said they were aware of the issues and refund process initiated. It will take 5-7 business days to complete. So I waited for 2-3 weeks.
Still the issue is not resolved. Its been more than 2 months the date of issue of happened and more than a month from the date of complaint raised in the Ajio.

Discussed with customer service personnel of Ajio.com one week before about the refund. Actually the amount needed to auto credit as the order was not received. It's been above month still not credited even after raising a complaint and called customer care executive and talked two times

I have placed an order on ajio and amount got debited and order was not placed because items got of stock. And there is no refund I received . Please resolve the issue and make my refund.

I have ordered a pant for which the amount was debited but showing unsuccessfull..how can i get my refund?

I had ordered few products from ajio on COD and the products were delivered but 2 of the products were completely different from what i ordered and one of the product was old and used so i returned the product with return ud of RT#36052817
But its been 8 days still i havent got refund of around 1200rs from ajio if i call customer care these people keep on delaying seriously ajio is worst of online shopping centre

My ajio account is suddenly blocked and my payment in ajio wallet is stuck please help me out .

Ajio has not refunded for two of my orders.
One was cancelled from my side and one was cancelled by them. I have written numerous mails to them but they always reply they will resolve in two days but they dont. Please help me to get my money back from these fraud people.

Actually I have returned a product (order I'd - FL[protected]) . Refund has been initiated from 19 April 2021 but amount (₹598.32)hasn't been credited to my account. Already I have complained 5-6 times but it is workless. So I have to complain here.

Please look up to the order before also I have not received any calls also from delivery person that order is delivered

I have ordered two shirts ( black and white)and I got only one.I got only the black colored t-shirt in the parcel today but the parcel labelled with both shirts. But they have mailed and also the parcel receipt showing that both the shirts are delivered. What should I do to get the blue colored t-shirt?

Amount was paid by me on 12 may 4:16 and got debited from my bank account at 4:17 but still the products were not visible in order section and we're in the cart infact my order was not confirmed till now please help 😖
