So my account was hacked and my wallet was emptied .. I called them immediately and they took one month to respond .. finally they accepted the glitch in their system and was ready to refund my amount . Then immediately I tried logging it dint happen .. and no response post that . Recently I received a response saying any transfers done from the account is treated as done by customer .. what a get away !!!...

I placed an order in Ajio for a jacket and i got delivered a t shirt today...The address on the package was mine but inside the package the product was different and the bill was also named on someone else's address..
I need a refund or an exchange for the same...

I've ordered a shirt from AJIO just now and payment is also done through phonePe but it didn't show any order details...

I have returned the product to ajio with all the tags and the product was in good condition. It's been almost a month but I didn't receive the refund I got a email that my refund was initiated on April 2nd but till now I didn't get any refund.
I have sent them multiple emails but it was of no use.will never again order anything from ajio...

I placed an order at ajio and my money was deducted but no order was placed...

Plz solve my problem as soon as possible...

My ajio account was hacked. and i had money in my ajio wallet. Ajio customer care support is not responding at all. i’ve emailed them a lot of time....

I ordered for a shirt then due to some adress issues i canceled it and they give me the refund .then i reordered the same shirt the order is not placed yet and my money was deducted from my account .i send around 30 mails and call to the customercare service there is no reply from them .very shameful thief app...

Did not get refund of two of my Kurtis...almost a month now...

I have ordered on 10 April 2021 two leggings in ajio which should be delivered by 20 April 2021 but they haven't shown any details about delivery time or date till now. Really faustrating and not appreciated. Please resolve as soon as possible. Order Id #FL[protected]....

I placed an order on Ajio using there app and my order was not placed but the amount was deducted from my paytm. Now it has been around 20 days and 35 emails later they just keep on postponing the resolve date...

I've ordered 3 joggers of rupees 1299 its been debited from my account and also got message
but not ordered
please initiate an immediate action on it and give me
the further refund...

I placed an order today and the amount was deducted from my account through upi but the status of my order is not showing on my ajio account. Also I didn’t get any email or confirmation letter regarding my purchase.

Very sad to tell on the bad customer service from AJIO. I bought one item on 26-Feb-2021. Fault item delivered by 05-Mar-21. Requested for return. The item they are not picking up and simply updating the pickup date. Its almost 1.5 months . Very sad to say that item not picked up and amount not yet returned . When we raise any complaint in the AJIO app they simple mark to resolve state without taking any action.Very bad customer service....

I haven't received my order yet but i received message that ur order is successfully delivered. Even in ajio app it is showing it is delivered. I have paid before only....

I purchased the product of ROZVEH ON[protected].
The product was delivered to me. As this is not fit to me I opted for Return.
My Ajio package with AWB [protected] - Delhivery . The delivery boy is not taking the product by mentioning the reason that the the Tag number is not tallying. But I have placed the return what ever you have delivered to me.
This process is repeated thrice by me
But there was no response...
