I purchased the product of ROZVEH ON[protected].
The product was delivered to me. As this is not fit to me I opted for Return.
My Ajio package with AWB [protected] - Delhivery . The delivery boy is not taking the product by mentioning the reason that the the Tag number is not tallying. But I have placed the return what ever you have delivered to me.
This process is repeated thrice by me
But there was no response...

My ajio account is showing hacked and not able to sign in...

My order is cancelled on 6th April but I didn't get back my refund till now order I'd FL[protected]...

I placed an order and the amount was deducted from my account through upi but the status of my order is not showing on my ajio account. Also I didn’t get any email or confirmation letter regarding my purchase.
Please resolve this and confirm my order as soon as possible....

I had ordered to ajio through razorpay on 24 Feb 2021 my money had debited from my amount but my order failed and again I ordered, I received the items for second order, till now I had not received the refund for failed order, I had contacted many times both razorpay and ajio, but there is no proper response from both and I had enclosed the account statement of amount debited two times for single order, plz issue the refund as early as possible,...

I ordered a "AND" brand product, but they delivered me a wrong product of a cheap brand. I have returned the product. After a month, they responded with a mail and said that I had returned a non-Ajio product and I am a liar. I called and mailed multiple times to AJIO customer services. They are just giving me false promises and extending the date of resolution. I need my money back and an apology from AJIO.

They are telling that the refund has been completed but I haven’t received the amount yet it has been around 10 days now I am tired of calling them but I received no response...

12 April 2021 I ordered a jeans and a t shirt from the Ajio app to which i made a payment and the amount was deducted from my back account as well but the app showed failed transaction . May i know if my order is placed or not ..and if not please may i have my total amount back at the earliest.

I have placed order for few dresses and the amount was also deducted from my account through upi but nothing shows on ajio app regarding my order. this is highly unacceptable. please resolve this and confirm my order as soon as possible....

My money was deducted while I was paying for an order in ajio..but the order got cancelled and was said I will get refund if money was cut..but I couldn't find a single tab in the app which shows the status of the refund..I called the customer care number for 4-5 times and waited for 6-7 times but there is no response...I want to know my refund status...

I just ordered a thing from ajio. My money got deducted but they're not showing up in the order section, which I bought. Customer care number is useless. Not reverting in a mail. What am I supposed to do ??? Kindly do needful....

I had purchased cloth items from ajio.com on 26/02/2021with ₹2226.94 throgh Mobikwik wallet.(order ID.FL[protected]).
Due to delivery unsuccessful, all the products returned and refund initiated.

Twenty days already over still money not yet credited to my account....
