It is still not showing any details about my oder but the money has been deducted tried to call customer care no response what should I do

Me first time complain kr rahi hu to koi mistake ho jaye to uske liye I'm really sry..

Mera complain yeh hai ke ajio ke taraf se delivery service se mere pas parcel Aata Hai hai Jiska Naam Hai 'delivery courier service' is service se ek boy aata h jiska naam nitin hai.. Jiske sath mein Hamesha acche se vyavhar Karti hun Kabhi bure tarike se baat nahin ki ..vo parcel pickup karne Aaya Kisi reason se Mein Nahin De Payi, to 'delivery courier service' ke manager 'Milan Mandal'(iska office kalyani me hai) Ne Mujhe phone karke Kai bar bure tarike se baat ki rudely..maine iski complain 'ajio customer care' pr v ki thi 3 baar or kuchh ni kiya unhone or uske baad v 'delivery courier service' ke manager Milan Mandal Ne Mere Sath phone karke mentally harassment Kiya.. bolata hai tum Kyon parcel Nahin Dega. Tera baap ka naukar Nahin baitha hai .. aise hi Kahin bekar Ki baten vah Kar Raha Hai..

had to tab Ho Gayi 08/04/2021 ki Jab mrng me mein Bahar Thi Aur Main return pickup Nahin De Paye to vas Milan Mandal mujhe phone karke Sidha Galiyan dene Laga man Baap per aur Mujhe Pagal bhi bola ki main Pagal Hun.. mentally harassment Kiya mujhe.. main Bar Bar yah complaint ajio' per kilr chuki hu par abhi tak Koi Kuchh Nahin Kiya aur uske baad bhi vo phone kiya ja rha h.
Apne bachao me usne mere uppar galat blames lagaen.or kaha k me uske delivery boy ko Gali deti hun Bura etc.
Maine Nitin Jo delivery boy use baat ki call record Kiya aur usne saaf kahan h k mera behaviour uske sath bahot achha h..
Or baad me yeh delivery boy Nitin ne jhuth bolte huye kahan ke me use gali di jhgra ki marne dori..

Sir mere pas recording hai jismein delivery boy Ne accept kiya hai ki mera behaviour uske sath bahut Achcha hai ..
Par baad me Apne manager ke sath Milkar jhute ka Mujhmein blame dale taki vo Bach jaye.
Maine ajio ke manager se bhi baat ki aur sabhi recording bheje per abhi tak unhone Kuchh Nahin bola nahin kiya na koi feedback mila.
Plz help me. Mujhe in logo ne mentally harassment kar rakha hai..
Me chahti hu aap inke khilaf streak action lijiye Aur inko punish Kijiye Kyunki yah log Ek girls ke girl ke respect ke sath khilwad kar rahe hai..
Me kuchh recordings ka video send kar rahi hun Kyunki recording send Nahin Ho Pa rahe hain. Jo Gali de raha hai man baba kar raha hai vah Milan Mandal hai..

My money was deducted while I was paying for an order in ajio..but the order got cancelled and was said I will get refund if money was cut..but I couldn't find a single tab in the app which shows the status of the refund..I called the customer care number for 4-5 times and waited for 6-7 times but there is no response...I want to know my refund status

I just ordered a thing from ajio. My money got deducted but they're not showing up in the order section, which I bought. Customer care number is useless. Not reverting in a mail. What am I supposed to do ??? Kindly do needful.

I had purchased cloth items from ajio.com on 26/02/2021with ₹2226.94 throgh Mobikwik wallet.(order ID.FL[protected]).
Due to delivery unsuccessful, all the products returned and refund initiated.
But part of the order id:FL[protected] Ruggers slim-fit 32 size cotton pants ( return id RT[protected] amount ₹627.64 Ajio initiated the refund on 19/03/2021.
Twenty days already over still money not yet credited to my account. Their Razer pay bank refund status showing"refund has been delayed". I try to contact many times Ajio customer care with same matter, but no response.Where I will go for get this money?
When I contacted Mobikwik, they said Ajio and their bank

2 days before I ordered a products from Ajio. But money was deducted order was not placed. After 48 they didn't sent email of confirmation.

I had purchased product order id: FLO[protected] of Rs1170 paid via paytm and returned the same product on next day of delivery. My refund was initiated on 28 Mar 2021 but unfortunately I haven't received my refund even after 15 days, neither getting any assurance.

Maine 30 march ko 1:14am Par order kiya thaa...

Or kisi wajah se Quick Cancel Kar diya Thaa...

Mujhe Kuch oR bhi order krna hai 😑😑

We paid 2043.82rs from phonepe, but the order was not booked. my ajio account number is [protected]. please solve this solution as soon as possible.
This is a terrible problem from ajio, I am a student and 2043 rs is very important for me. I never faced such problems with Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. Please try to resolve this as soon as possible. The toll-free number was also not responding.

I have done payment through google pay and I received mail from ajio stating that payment was successful but my order was not placed in ajio app

My name is Krishna Kumar Pandey and my registers mobile no is [protected], my complain no is COM[protected] I ordered A product on your ajio site on the 20th of march the amount of payment is rs 2065.55. in which my account was debited money and I have not been credited back, and the order was also not placed and in my ajio account there is nothing showing .I have also complained many times about this and many times I have spoken with customer support but they are not refund my money yet. Whenever I talk to customer support, all the time they ask for a 2-day more, please return my money as soon as possible

Had returned a product and asked for refund on the website(Order ID : FL[protected]) for Rs 833. They said it was initiated in February 3, 2021 and would be credited within 7 to 10 working days. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. My bank says they cannot see any requests for this amount to my account.

I have been chasing for refund amount of Rs 1764 for more than 4 months now.Made multiple complain, called customer care and dropped an email but there is no resolution yet. They auto resolve the complaint ID without even confirming it with the customer whether it was resolved or not.
Please refund my money back and also the harassment I have faced from last 4 months for a single product refund.

Hi Team,
When I am trying to add a product to my bag it's showing Oops something went wrong please try again after sometime error. Same issue in mobile app, browser and desktop as well, tried clearing cache, cookies, deleted app installed again but still I am getting the same issue.

Please help me on this.

Return initiated but product picked up plz pick up and refund my amount.. Am regular to Ajio but this is very disappointing... I need my money back... If you can't provide genuine product then refund the amount..
