I placed an order on Ajio using there app and my order was not placed but the amount was deducted from my paytm. Now it has been around 20 days and 35 emails later they just keep on postponing the resolve date

      I placed an order today and the amount was deducted from my account through upi but the status of my order is not showing on my ajio account. Also I didn’t get any email or confirmation letter regarding my purchase.
      Please resolve this and confirm my order as soon as possible.

        Very sad to tell on the bad customer service from AJIO. I bought one item on 26-Feb-2021. Fault item delivered by 05-Mar-21. Requested for return. The item they are not picking up and simply updating the pickup date. Its almost 1.5 months . Very sad to say that item not picked up and amount not yet returned . When we raise any complaint in the AJIO app they simple mark to resolve state without taking any action.Very bad customer service.

                I purchased the product of ROZVEH ON[protected].
                The product was delivered to me. As this is not fit to me I opted for Return.
                My Ajio package with AWB [protected] - Delhivery . The delivery boy is not taking the product by mentioning the reason that the the Tag number is not tallying. But I have placed the return what ever you have delivered to me.
                This process is repeated thrice by me
                But there was no response from AJIO team

                But no use for me.
                No one has picked up the product.
                AJIO team is simply making a recorded call me. It's also no use.
                Please tell me whether you are taking back the product or not.
                I am facing lot of disappointment with you.
                Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
                I am using Amazon, flipcart, Myntra e commerce websites. There I am not facing any troubles.
                If this happens to be repeated the same reflects in your business.
                Please arrange call back to me with your team so that I will explain indetail.

                Till today there was no response. Simply you are giveing recorded messages. no action at all

                        I had ordered to ajio through razorpay on 24 Feb 2021 my money had debited from my amount but my order failed and again I ordered, I received the items for second order, till now I had not received the refund for failed order, I had contacted many times both razorpay and ajio, but there is no proper response from both and I had enclosed the account statement of amount debited two times for single order, plz issue the refund as early as possible, thank with regards

                          I ordered a "AND" brand product, but they delivered me a wrong product of a cheap brand. I have returned the product. After a month, they responded with a mail and said that I had returned a non-Ajio product and I am a liar. I called and mailed multiple times to AJIO customer services. They are just giving me false promises and extending the date of resolution. I need my money back and an apology from AJIO.

                          I am a research scholar in a reputed institute, and the government paying me well for my work. I don't need to do such cheap tactics like returning a fake product and all.

                          No. they re-shipped me that product. But I refused to accept. Now that product is lying somewhere. I sent them thousand emails and But the same reply you sent us a non-ajio product and we re-shipped it back.

                              12 April 2021 I ordered a jeans and a t shirt from the Ajio app to which i made a payment and the amount was deducted from my back account as well but the app showed failed transaction .                                   I had purchased two product from ajio on 05/02/2021 order id FL[protected] and the payment is prepaid payment by indian bank debit card for amount ₹1322 order placed successfully transaction details (DEBIT RRN

                                  Trasactions) but the amount debited from my account was on 11/02/2021 and I cancelled one of my order on 05/02/2021 for that product refund amount ₹971 is to be credited to my account but it is not credited till now.
                                  When I asked ajio customer service they said we have initiated the refund from our side if the amount is not credited to your account you can raise a charge back from your bank by the given ARN no. (Attached below) when I went to bank and asked them about charge back they said the problem is not from bank side you should only contact the ajio care for the refund.

                                      I have ordered dresses of worth-1396 on 19-Mar-2021 and the amount got debited twice from my phonepe and i have checking with my bank and phonepe teams where they have confirmed that amount got successufully reached the merchant bank(ajio) and i have been mailing them with the details and requesting for the refund from more than 20 days, they are prolonging the issue by two days each time. So i am reaching here for help to get my refund as i have provided all the evidences with them for the complaint id COM[protected]

                                      I have followed up with ajio team through mails and provided all requested details. Got the refund amount of 1396/- debited on Mar 19, and got credited back to my account on May 11 2021.

                                      It's been two months that I am chasing the ajio team for my refund amount of ₹1396 debited on 19 Mar 2021, still I am not able to get the refund. Every time they are asking fir two-three business days time to check with no progress at the day. I have submitted all the requested details with them. Still no response from them on my refund amount. Please help me to get my refund amount
