I ordered 2 it's from ajio on 2 April total amount I paid was 1919/_ through airtel wallet. One product which was not even dispatched I canceled and got refund withing 3 to5 days in my airtel wallet but the second item was delivered and because of colour issue I returned it on 9 April till now 27 April I didn't get any refund of amount 999.50 which pending . Plz resolve my issue.🙏

      On 27/04/2021 at 1:24 my bank account debited the amount of 2002 INR against the order I placed. However the app shows no order has been placed but the money has been deducted from my account. I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I also didn’t receive any confirmation mail regarding the order. Hope you look into this matter soon.

        Received empty cover instead of the product, when I connected with them, they are saying that the product was delivered safely and talking very rudely

        I have purchased this in Feb 2021 month and till now no resolution

          I have ordered a product and get and returned but even after 1 month refund has not been initiated.It was shown that the refund would be initiated soon and to my surprise now it showing that the product is delivered and you can return or exchange the product.please do necessary

              So my account was hacked and my wallet was emptied .. I called them immediately and they took one month to respond .. finally they accepted the glitch in their system and was ready to refund my amount . Then immediately I tried logging it dint happen .. and no response post that . Recently I received a response saying any transfers done from the account is treated as done by customer .. what a get away !!!

                I placed an order in Ajio for a jacket and i got delivered a t shirt today...The address on the package was mine but inside the package the product was different and the bill was also named on someone else's address..
                I need a refund or an exchange for the same

                    I have returned the product to ajio with all the tags and the product was in good condition. It's been almost a month but I didn't receive the refund I got a email that my refund was initiated on April 2nd but till now I didn't get any refund.
                    I have sent them multiple emails but it was of no use.will never again order anything from ajio

                            I ordered for a shirt then due to some adress issues i canceled it and they give me the refund .then i reordered the same shirt the order is not placed yet and my money was deducted from my account .i send around 30 mails and call to the customercare service there is no reply from them .very shameful thief app

                                I have ordered on 10 April 2021 two leggings in ajio which should be delivered by 20 April 2021 but they haven't shown any details about delivery time or date till now.                                     I placed an order on Ajio using there app and my order was not placed but the amount was deducted from my paytm. Now it has been around 20 days and 35 emails later they just keep on postponing the resolve date
