    I had purchased cloth items from ajio.com on 26/02/2021with ₹2226.94 throgh Mobikwik wallet.(order ID.FL[protected]).
    Due to delivery unsuccessful, all the products returned and refund initiated.
    But part of the order id:FL[protected] Ruggers slim-fit 32 size cotton pants ( return id RT[protected] amount ₹627.64 Ajio initiated the refund on 19/03/2021.
    Twenty days already over still money not yet credited to my account. Their Razer pay bank refund status showing"refund has been delayed". I try to contact many times Ajio customer care with same matter, but no response.Where I will go for get this money?
    When I contacted Mobikwik, they said Ajio and their bank
    Help me to get the money from Ajio.

      2 days before I ordered a products from Ajio. But money was deducted order was not placed. After 48 they didn't sent email of confirmation.

        I had purchased product order id: FLO[protected] of Rs1170 paid via paytm and returned the same product on next day of delivery. My refund was initiated on 28 Mar 2021 but unfortunately I haven't received my refund even after 15 days, neither getting any assurance.

          uska refund abhi tak nahi milaa mujhe

          Paytm payment bank upi se transction kiya thaa maine

          Bhut bar emails kar chuka hu AJIO ko aisa nahi unke reply nahi aaye

          Unhone kaha ham 9 din me solv kr denge par abhi tak koi refund nahi aaya

          Mai is baat se bhut zaada pareshan hu

          Mujhe Kuch oR bhi order krna hai 😑😑

          Jabse Ghar par tak nahi Bataya maine...

          Aapse Mai Vinamrta ke sath Nivedan karta hu mera payment wapas dilwa do aap

          Aapka bhut aabhari Rahunga

            We paid 2043.82rs from phonepe, but the order was not booked. my ajio account number is [protected]. please solve this solution as soon as possible.
            This is a terrible problem from ajio, I am a student and 2043 rs is very important for me. I never faced such problems with Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. Please try to resolve this as soon as possible. The toll-free number was also not responding.

              I have done payment through google pay and I received mail from ajio stating that payment was successful but my order was not placed in ajio app

                My name is Krishna Kumar Pandey and my registers mobile no is [protected], my complain no is COM[protected] I ordered A product on your ajio site on the 20th of march the amount of payment is rs 2065.55. in which my account was debited money and I have not been credited back, and the order was also not placed and in my ajio account there is nothing showing .I have also complained many times about this and many times I have spoken with customer support but they are not refund my money yet. Whenever I talk to customer support, all the time they ask for a 2-day more, please return my money as soon as possible

                  Had returned a product and asked for refund on the website(Order ID : FL[protected]) for Rs 833. They said it was initiated in February 3, 2021 and would be credited within 7 to 10 working days. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. My bank says they cannot see any requests for this amount to my account.

                        I have been chasing for refund amount of Rs 1764 for more than 4 months now.Made multiple complain, called customer care and dropped an email but there is no resolution yet. They auto resolve the complaint ID without even confirming it with the customer whether it was resolved or not.
                        Please refund my money back and also the harassment I have faced from last 4 months for a single product refund.

                        I have called customer care like more than 50 times and there is new representative each time... so I have to explain the entire scenario again to them... it so harrasing and more over all of them raise a complain ID and give a date... but it gets auto resolved from back end on that day ..and I have not received my money back. I mean this is clearly not a delay but a theft. I want my money back.

                          Hi Team,
                          When I am trying to add a product to my bag it's showing Oops something went wrong please try again after sometime error. Same issue in mobile app, browser and desktop as well, tried clearing cache, cookies, deleted app installed again but still I am getting the same issue.

                          Please help me on this.

                            Return initiated but product picked up plz pick up and refund my amount.. Am regular to Ajio but this is very disappointing... I need my money back... If you can't provide genuine product then refund the amount..
