I ordered shoes from ajio of 2193 and I paid from. Gpay but the order didn't placed but amount was debited from my account I ordered on 3march and now it's been 19march still amount didn't reflected in my account
Ajio care is only giving me date just for the sake
Not giving my money back
What should I do...

I am not able to contact them and they have sent no details about my refund...

I made prepaid order on 14th feb and from 19th feb I am chasing ajio to resolve my complaint and till now nothing happened. Always they people give dates and dates we will resolve the issue by this date but that date passed and I got no resolution. This is a long case and at last after multiple calls they cancelled the product and informed me refund is issued on 5th March but today again 18th March but I don't get refund in my account.br...

I made a purchase on Ajio on 12 th Feb for Rs 2168.01/- . The transaction did not go through, but the amount got deducted. The Amount was paid using SBI Netbanking.

I raised complaint through Ajio thrice and with SBI as well. The SBI customer care responded saying the amount was confirmed received by merchant already.

I've ordered clothes on ajio and paid by paytm wallet. An amount for the products have debited from my paytm wallet but I have not gotten my order confirmation....
