I placed an order on ajio app and it’s not showing in my orders section of the ajio app. I have done payment through my paytm account to [protected]@icici. I would like to cancel my order and want full refund as I have made the payment today only i.e. Sunday 4 April 2021

My AJIO wallet already had the amount of Rs.1128
So I chose the option of AJIO wallet and the balance amount of Rs.168 I paid through UPI

Dear Sir,

I have order in Ajio for four items on 10.3.21 night around 11.45 PM, the required amount Rs. 1585.26 (after coupon SNAP extra 35% off ) has been debited form my UPI account, but no order is showing on my Ajio account. I am sending proof of debited amount & order which placed. I continually contact with your customers care section but they are not giving any positive response, Even I have sent all supporting documents to your customers care mail as well as my Ajio account. I have been informed by my bank that the amount Rs. 1585.26, which was deducted from my account on 10.3.21 has been credited to your account on same day 10.3.21, Whose transaction ID is[protected]. It is a matter of shame that the matter is being deferred by you and my money is not being refunded.

I request you to return my money as soon as possible.

I have ordered product worth 2500/-with pre paid option and it is supposed to be delivered by 25th March. As per current status it is already delivered but I haven't received the order and unable to trace where this order has been delivered.
I have re- verified the address and contact details. No mismatch noticed. Tried to reach Jio customer care but no success to connect over phone. Please do the needful to deliver thep product.

I've placed an order amount of Rs.2213. The amount was debited from my bank account but the order got canceled. And the customer care is not at all responding.
The transaction was successful from the bank but Ajio canceled it. I need a refund ASAP.

Hi,

I have tried to order good worth 1174 rs from AJIO on 16-March-2021. Money is debited from my account and order was not placed. I have done payment from Net banking HDFC bank.

I have given complain mail and they said it will be refunded after 47 hours. After 48 hours i again contacted and they gave new date as 22-March-2021. And post that they are not replying only.

I have tried 100 times on their customer care no also write an email to call me but they have not called or tried to contact me by any means.

Please treat it as full right to complain against them . For me 1174 is hard earned money which i want them to refund.
