I have ordered two products from ajio and I wanted to return both as for some reason.
For returning the first product ' WALKFREE Chunkey heeled sandal with buck closure (Order ID: FL[protected])' with return ID: RT32200689, on 10th march I got a message from Shadowfax that it'll get picked that day. After that I did not get any messages or call or any attempt for return from anyone. But when I tracked it's showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing return pickup attempted and return button is not working from then, so that I'm not able return the product.
For the second order 'Metro kitten heel with ankle strap, (Order ID: FL[protected]) with return ID: RT32654207, on 17th March I got message from Shadowfax and one man came to pickup my product and I returned it. But when I track, it's still still showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing pickup attempted. I'm worried that it may not be refunded.
Also, in my order number FL[protected], I have refused two products and it has returned back to Ajio successfully. But in app it's showing refund initiated partially.
I want to return my products successfully and to get refunded completely.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
