I have ordered on 23/03/2021 and the money is deducted which i paid from paytm but order does not placed .When will i get my money back as no order is placed.

    I paid through paytm and the money is debited but order does not place when will i get my money back ?please do the needful .

      Address: Bangalore, 27th main ,1st Cross Rd, 74/2, Outer Ring Rd, Old Madiwala, Jay Bheema Nagar, 1st Stage, BTM Layout 1, Karnataka, India

      My phone number associated with the AJIO account was changed without my consent. This lead me to lose Rs.2000 that was in my AJIO WALLET. After repeated failure to login to my account I emailed the customer care services, as they did not receive my calls. Even after requesting them to give me access to my account or refund me the money they haven't responded to my e-mails or connected my calls. I tried to create another account with the same number and request them to transfer the money to the new account, but still they are not even responding to my requests. I sincerely request you to lodge this complaint and take necessary action required to solve my problem and help me claim my money back.

          NEED YOUR HELP !

          Please refund back the amount of ₹ 419.82
          Immediately sir.

          There were two amount of ₹ 419.82 which were to be credited but only one amount of ₹ 419.82 is credited & other amount of ₹ 419.82 is not credited sir. I already raised a complaint several times, your executives only ask us to wait for days n days but no solution to my complaint found.

          Your team informed that my refund will get credited last to last by 18 March 2021, but I haven’t received yet? What is this happening sir? What type of service am I getting from such a well known online shopping website? This is how you stretch refund for more than 45 days ?
          Already this complaint took over more than 45 days sir & your team is just giving me days & days & asking me to wait . For how long customer needs to follow up for its own money??

          Will you please look into this on very serious basis sir, please ! I want my money refund by today itself sir, it’s very high time, took over more than 45 days to refund the amount.

          It’s very difficult to get in touch with your team, also you are not cooperating on my complaint.
          Literly your customer is pissed off, you are losing your customers by treating & providing such services where in customer has to take the follow up of its own refund again & again & still not received. Last customer executive told me to wait for 10/12 business working days & given me 18 March as last day to wait for my refund And again you are not on your promised dates .
          Absolutely fed up. Don’t ruin your customers trust.

                  I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have made the payment for my order FL[protected] through paytm . I haven't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM[protected]. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that no amount has been received. i have sent them the screenshot of the transaction plus the transaction details. Its been a week now and they are just giving me dates and no refund What the hell? I haven't got the money back in my bank account yet.

                      I have ordered two products from ajio and I wanted to return both as for some reason.

                      For returning the first product ' WALKFREE Chunkey heeled sandal with buck closure (Order ID: FL[protected])' with return ID: RT32200689, on 10th march I got a message from Shadowfax that it'll get picked that day. After that I did not get any messages or call or any attempt for return from anyone. But when I tracked it's showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing return pickup attempted and return button is not working from then, so that I'm not able return the product.

                      For the second order 'Metro kitten heel with ankle strap, (Order ID: FL[protected]) with return ID: RT32654207, on 17th March I got message from Shadowfax and one man came to pickup my product and I returned it. But when I track, it's still still showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing pickup attempted. I'm worried that it may not be refunded.

                      Also, in my order number FL[protected], I have refused two products and it has returned back to Ajio successfully. But in app it's showing refund initiated partially.

                      I want to return my products successfully and to get refunded completely.

                      Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                          Respected sir,
                          I have registered a complaint with Complaint No. is COM[protected] on Ajio for non refunds of my failed order. The complaint was to be solved on 18 March 2021. But it was not solved nor any response was received from your side.
                          Please let me know what is the matter going on with my refund payment. I am continuously following up with you with my refund but getting no response from you. I have all the proofs that I made payment to AJIO from my Paytm payment bank. If the problem is not resolved I have to register complaint on consumer forums.

                            Hi,

                            I have place an order for Kurt's set. I have paid an amount of 1337 from paytm wallet. The transaction is completed however I didn't get any confirmation for the order placed. The items are still reflecting in my bag. Please return back the money.

                            I believe this is not what reliance consider as best user experience.

                                I had returned two orders of ajio in which the pickup boy made a blunder and returned both the items in the same package and same return id and ajio has received both of them but they refunded me only the amount for one item and for the other they are keeping me wait since almost two months now and the issue is not resolved yet
                                Please look into the issue
                                My return id is RT30950857 whixh was returned back in the same pacakge as the previous return order id RT30988139

                                  Hello.
                                  I ordered Jewelry on AJIO app on 16-Jan-2021 for Rs 27, 475.00, Payment was online, order ID FL[protected]. The material was supposed to reach us by 30-Jan-2021. The app shows the status as delivery delayed. The app does not allow an order cancel or multiple complaint filing. Now our money is stuck and no item is delivered,

                                      Sub - Refund not received for the Failed order even 9 days has been passed

                                      Transaction Done on 11th March, yet to receive the refund

                                      Deducted Amount = 2991.75
                                      The payment has been made via Paytm wallet.

                                      Promised Resolution date 16th March, not resolved asked me to wait 2 more business days nothing has resolved didn't Received refund yet.
                                      Pathetic service.

                                      Raised a complaint for the same on 13th March
                                      [Complaint No. is COM[protected]] on which Ajio assured me that the issue will be resolved before 16th of March then I mailed again and your customer support again told me to wait for 2 more business days, nothing is happening, its not yet resolved and I didn't received the refund amount yet.

                                      The wallet transactions are the quickest of lot and the refund timelines of the wallet transactions are shortest of all so I am not able to understand why my refund isn't processed / Received yet?

                                        I had ordered 3 leggings, 2 of which were to be delivered on a specific date and the third one to be delivered on a later date. I did not receive the 2 leggings which were to be delivered together, although the ajio app shows as delivered. I have received the third leggings as notified, but still haven't received the first two leggings. I tried contacting ajio customer care but have received no response from them whatsoever. Please do look into the issue at the earliest. Thank you
