I was ordering Nike offcourt slides for me after selecting UPI payment option I paid the amount successfully through Google pay to Ajio but my order is not placed by Ajio .I also got an confirmation email of payment to ajio but order was not placed by Ajio.
I purchased 3 garments and made the payment of rs.1607 but showing as failure after successful payment. This is not at all fair. And i had to place an order through COD.

I just ordered a shoe on ajio, I completed payment using UPI through Google pay but nothing is showing on the app.The shoe was worth Rs.4397.25.The customer service executives are also abandoned itseems....

I have placed an order for a product amounting rupees 2105.96 on ajio through phone pe and the amount got debited and was successfully transferred to merchants account but the order is not showing in ajio orders...

I did a successful payment using HDFC card but then it showed an unknown error and my account got debited but the order didn’t get placed. Tried calling the customer care but call isn’t going through, wrote a mail too but got a pathetic reply. Please help...
