I'd paid via net banking worth 1420rs and couldn't find the order confirmation nor order summary in the application. Trying to contact customer support but in vain. They cannot play with our money this way! Ridiculous

I ordered a product from ajio named as superdry jogger which was about 3299 as i applied a coupon and after that item was 2299 then i ordered using 492 of my ajio wallet balance and 1806 from paytm wallet.after ordering payment was successful but i ordered receipt or any proof of order doesn't show anywhere.like in order list also .i want my money back

Am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 6th March 2021. Still the status is return attempted. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id .What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

Hi,

March 5th I tried ordering product from your site, amount got debited from my account and order didn't placed by saying payment failed.
I checked with my back after 3 days they confirmed transaction is successful from their end, it is merchant bank PPL have to check and revert money.
Amount debited is 1999.00
Later o ordered same product with cash on delivery.
Please check this issue with priority

I have been fraud by ajio .com
First I got a spinning win of worth 200, 000 then I got my points in my ajio points wallets after that when I placed orders my orders got cancelled and then I got a email regarding I've cancelled all my orders I did not make any such requests then when I got all those messages and orders cancelled I called ajio customer care they said it was a technical issue it will be fixed so ur not able to us the points then I got ally points deducted I request and called and also reverted through email that I didn't cancel please send me my products or refund my winning amount as per my polite requests I did not get any replies I have all the screen shots and emails and recordings if needed will share all those too

I ordered 2 items from ajio. For one of the products it is being displayed as 'delivery is being delayed' while 'delivery unsuccessful' for the other. None of the customer care numbers are reachable. I got a call from yesterday which was tele operated. My amount has been deducted for both the products at the time of purchase.
