Hi Team,
I was placing order on 28 Feb 2021 but the order was not placed and the amount got deducted. Then I contacted AJIO customer several times but I am always informed to wait for couples of business days. 17 days have passed and no resolution till now. Even though I was informed by executive team that supervisor will call me as I told them what my bank said about the payment. This is really annoying and ridiculous to make your customer wait and not refund the amount which is ours.
I will complaint further if my amount is not received and money is stuck with AJIO.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
