I have ordered two products from AJIO app on 25th november. One of the product received on 1st december and on the same day other product cancelled automatically.
Its now 17 days and I have not received the refund yet.
I have called customer care many times but issue not resolved yet.. I also mailed to the customer care on 11th december. They replied me that your issue will be resolved till 15th december but till now no response from their side and also I have not received the refund yet.

Its very frsutrating as the customer service is very poor. They receive call in half an hour and don't take any instant action to solve the issue.

    I returned a dress and it's been more than 10days since they initiated the refund. I still did not receive any. The amount is 1182.

      My self aswathy Jayan I tried to make a order on ajio on 9th dec 2020.. but unfortunately the order got cancelled as on of my product got out of stock.. but amount rs.2010.15 was taken from my account and it's been 8 days I am waiting for the refund

        I have returned a jacket on 7 december 2020 order number FL[protected]. According to ajio refund has been initiated on 12 December 2020 but i haven't recieved it . I have return recipient given to me by courier and also email .

          Recently I've purchased Crocs Clogs from www.Ajio.com. I've used this product first day and the crocs logo started to peel off. Next day the rubber strip around the clog completely peeled off. I initiated an exchange to same product and they gave me a new clog exchanging the old one. The next day again the crocs logo started peeling off again. They are not selling genuine products. I tried contacting the customer care and no one answered. I waited for almost 2 hours on phone without any response contacting them. I sent them mail raising my problem still there is no proper solution to this

                  Yesterday I have ordered a sweatshirt worth rs 1460 .I paid through paytm.my money has been debited but when I checked in my account it is showing no orders.what should I do now.I have called so many time to your customer care no. But no response.this is not so well.my trust upon you has been breaking now.pls solve my problem immideatlty.

                  On17 th Feb 2021 I order 3 items in ajio.Rs.1316.i paid through Google pay and my money in my account has been debited but ajio account was not show that order.what should I do now.I have called so many time to your customer care no.                   Dis you receive the money back ? The same happened to me today .

                      I made an order on 27th of November and as per ajio it has been delivered on 30th of November but none of the products has been delivered and ajio customer support told I will receive update by 10th of December but still no resolution its 16th of December

I had been placing a order on ajio on date 27 November 2020. but my money is deducted and order is not placed in ajio. after that I called to ajio customer care, they said that they will resolve my problem by 2 dec 2020 .but till now i did not get solution. my transaction id is S86405109. i attached statement of my bank account, plz see it. now I request to you for solve my problem and I want my refund.

                            Havent received my refund after 10 days of initiating the refund. Return Id #RT26905643. Customer care number is the real way to loose customers and Ajio is the master in that. Why start operations when you can't cater the customers during covid.

                            And now I understand why some of of your products are priced so low, because that money is compensated by not refunding the money for naive customers.

                                This is to inform you I Purchase Ladies Top from your online Return ID No - RT26882815 . Due To fitting Problem I would placed Return Request and it picked up on 4th Dec-20 . I also return a shoe along with that top . After Pic up I get Refund shoe only. I asked many time to customer care executive and also talk with that pic up boy for refund. customer care executive asked me to upload the pic up Receipt copy and I do that. to day I will Check status and it showing cancel. Still now I didn't get my refund . I have attach the 2 pic up Receipt. one is shoe and 2nd is top.

                                  Held an account with Ajio 6 hours back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

                                  I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague right now but your staff needs a lot of grooming.. But interaction with your supervisor was a shocker His name is Suresh Chandra who never called me back after raising multiple call back requests. I didnt call to listen to a radio tape...I expected assurance and validation that something will be worked out. This is crazy honestly.
                                  I do not trust your brand/shopping portal and would like to return all the products ordered till date

                                  It was my first order and i didnt know that within a week my account will be blocked. I have 70k+ worth of items stuck. I request you to kindly reinstate my account as iw ould like to return everything i ever ordered in past one week from AJIO.

                                  I do not trust anything with AJIO. Spare me and return my money
                                  I am horrified by such incident and would like you to resolve my issue. The amount is not a small amount and it is really frustrating to go through this. Kindly look into the matter and resolve on priority else i will have to take this to social media. I want return to be created for all the items. I do not want to deal with AJIO. It is a pain

                                    One of the tags were detached since the time of delivery
                                    It was delivered in a tag detached condition from the beginning
                                    So the pickup guy came today and didn't take the return. Also behaved rudely to me. Just because the tag wasn't attached, he didn't take return.
                                    It's condition is brand new. I haven't used. There is quality fitsize problem. Your delivery guy behaves unprofessionally.
                                    I waited 24 minutes straight to get a response from customer support, but nothing, no chat, no call.. you have nothing called customer care. For no problem of mine i am suffering because of your madarchod delievery boy and tag problem which isn't that much big of a problem. Myntra took tag detached return yesterday. You @ajiolife should be ashamed of what you've done. You lost I customer. I'll make you loose 1000s more. You'll see. You people prey on customers. For none of my fault I was misbehaved and there's no customer support. You are gonna regret this.
