    I placed an order, refrence no.[protected]. But It got cancelled due to some technical error. The amount has been paid by my bank but my ajio app shows the order has not been placed and the items are in the cart itself. While contacting the bank they responded that they have made the payment. I should talk to the merchent. Do let me know about the order or refund. Or what to do.

        Ajio — Refund not received on my bank account

        Ajio Return ID- RT27480490 .Refund initiated on by Ajio- 15-dec-2020, Amount- Rs. 604.63.

        But till today 24-dec-2020, I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- punjab national Bank.

        I tried to contact with Ajio customer care ..but they not responding...

        I request the authority to take necessary action against Ajio and refund my money to my bank account

                Worst services from ajio ...i already raised complaint but nothing happened they even don't care about the customer.. excecutives are very rude they will cut the phone in between..i didn't receive my product but the delivery person is saying that he delivered.. whom did he deliver and where did he deliver we don't know...i just want you people to resolve this immediately.

                I didn't lift the phone as i have some important work..but whom did he deliver..

                        I ordered jeans order no. EX[protected] and then requested for return on the same day due to size.Then I received different product and not the one I ordered .The product is old and seems to be used.After that I requested to return on the same day I got delivery.But the delivery agent refused to take the product stating tag broken which was already broken.Now I have sent email thrice but nobody is responding. It was my mistake that I ordered through AJIO.

                              I've ordered product on 12th November 2020 received it on 17 th November .I didn't Like the product and quality also not good . I've requested to return the product. Haven't picked up my product and delaying order multiple times . It's been since one month delaying the order .

                                  I have ordered two products from AJIO app on 25th november. One of the product received on 1st december and on the same day other product cancelled automatically.
                                  Its now 17 days and I have not received the refund yet.
                                  I have called customer care many times but issue not resolved yet.. I also mailed to the customer care on 11th december. They replied me that your issue will be resolved till 15th december but till now no response from their side and also I have not received the refund yet.

                                  Its very frsutrating as the customer service is very poor. They receive call in half an hour and don't take any instant action to solve the issue.

                                  Please help me to get my refund.

                                      My self aswathy Jayan I tried to make a order on ajio on 9th dec 2020.. but unfortunately the order got cancelled as on of my product got out of stock.. but amount rs.2010.15 was taken from my account and it's been 8 days I am waiting for the refund
