      I have been struggling to get a hold of Ajio for an unsuccessful transaction. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the transaction was unsuccessful. Spoke to the bank and they said it is with AJio to release back the fund. I have tried reaching out to AJIO guys via mail and call but there is no yield till now. The call center number is also dead and it is always go to wait for very longer duration and gets disconnect at the end.

          I have placed an order with reference number FL[protected]. Payment is deducted from my bank account and AJIO wallet. But I cannot see order anywhere in website and on app.
          I don't want refund for it instead I want order to be delivered. Please let me know if any other information is needed to solve this issue.

              I had ordered two pairs of jeans on 4 Dec, 2020 from AJIO for which the Order ID is #FL[protected]. the order was supposed be delivered on 10 Dec, 2020 but I recieved a mail saying 'your order is delivered' on 8th Dec itself. I did not receive any calls before delivery on 8th Dec nor have I recieved any product. The order status is delivered but I haven't recieved any product. So I would either like the product to be delivered to me or would like a refund.

                After adding products to the cart, i proceeded for payment. I opted to pay via net banking(sbi). My money from deducted from the account, but order was not placed. No id is also generated.

                  Hey,
                  Since last night I'm trying to place my order and it doing everything like stuff is going in bag and I applied coupon .
                  But at the time of placing order it is taking to much long .
                  And my stuff is also getting out of stock ply resolve this problem and my whole name address is mentioned in app.

                      I have ordered 1 shirt from Ajio with I'd FL[protected] on 28/11/20 I received it on 1 /12/20 for some reason I wanted to returned it.. I made return request on 3/12/20, return I'd is RT26878848, delivery boy came at my place on 4/12/20 and picked up the parcel but refund amount is not initiated in my acc.. I called ur cust.care no so many times but no one received also I sent the mail regarding to this but no reply... Also the different delivery boy came to my place after 2 days and asking for that shirt which I have already returned now what should I do and this is not the 1 st time .. I want my money back this fault is completely urs

                        I have am tired of chasing AJIO Customer Care for REFUND OF Order# FL[protected] WHICH I have placed on 27/10/2020 and partially delivered. ONE ITEM IS PENDING TO BE DEIVERED SNCE 17/10/2020 WHICH I WANT TO CANCEL AS I AM FED OF WAITING SINCE 1.5 MONTHS.

                        TO ADD, A part of Order# FL[protected] is showing pending with STATUS AS "DelayedShipment 2 / 2 - 1 item
                        Sunday, 8 November We attempted to deliver and were unsuccessful" ON AJIO WEBSITE. The status on AJIO Courier partner shows "PICKUP" with https://www.delhivery.com/track/package/[protected].

                        Ever since then, THERE IS NO STATUS UPDATE ON ORDER. I HAVE TRIED THIER CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE, NEITHER ANY COMPLAINED RAISED IS ANSWERED.

                        PLEASE HELP ME TO KINDLY ESCALATE TO APPROPRIATE AJIO AUTHORITY SO THAT ORDER CAN VE CANCELLED AND REFUND INITIATED.

                        LOOKING FORARD FOR PROMPT RESPONSE.

                          I ordered two short cargo pant (camo print slim fit and slim fit cargo pants) from Ajio.com on 28-july-2020. I received the product on 28-August-2020 and returned both the products on 30th August 2020. For camo print slim fit cargo pants, the refund was initiated on 31st august and refund was credited on 3rd September 2020. For second product i.e. Slim fit cargo pant, the refund was initiated on 6th October but I have not received the refund for this one. I have already shared my bank statements showing that the refund has not credited yet. Since then, I am following up with AJIO to refund my money. They told me that they have refunded the amount. I have already shared my account statement with them and shown them that there are no refund. Everytime I call, customer care just log a complaint with a resolution date for more than 7 days and then close the complaint without refunding the money. I asked to share the payment details but they are not providing the same. I followed up by sending email to their grievance email id but there is no resolution. They are not refunding the amount and just close my complaint. I am following up with them from more than 3 months. I am frustated as their customer care is not supporting, they don't call back, they don't reply on email and continuously saying that they have refunded but not sharing any payment proof so that I can check with bank.

                            I bought a trouser worth Rs. 441+22(g. s. t. ) light blue in colour on 16.11.2020 and i delivered my order on 27.11.2020 and returned the product on 28.11.2020

                                From Ajio app i was tried to buy one product.In my Ajio cash 476 balance was there.I applied that cash to buy order. at the payment stage, my internet was gone and the transaction did not happen and order was cancelled but my Ajio cash was deducted.please refund my ajio cash.

                                    Initially I ordered size 8 shoes and returned them as they didn't fit me and ordered size 9 and they too don't fit either and I had received shoes with in a damaged box and threw it assuming that these shoes would be perfect as they were the next size. And all I have now is the invoice that I downloaded from Ajio app and shoes unused and I want to refund my money back.

                                      I have paid for my order but my payment got deducted from my account. I have paid Rs.488 from my bank account on 7 Dec 2020, at 2.30 pm. I got an email that they received the payment but my order is not confirmed, but Now I want an immediate refund regarding this
