    Initially I ordered size 8 shoes and returned them as they didn't fit me and ordered size 9 and they too don't fit either and I had received shoes with in a damaged box and threw it assuming that these shoes would be perfect as they were the next size. And all I have now is the invoice that I downloaded from Ajio app and shoes unused and I want to refund my money back.

      I have paid for my order but my payment got deducted from my account. I have paid Rs.488 from my bank account on 7 Dec 2020, at 2.30 pm. I got an email that they received the payment but my order is not confirmed, but Now I want an immediate refund regarding this

        I shopped for ₹1538 and the money was deducted from my account. However, my order is not placed and the items are still in the bag and demanding completion of the payment.

                  I orderd a trouser of netplay from ajio app but product i recieved in damaged and used condition. Than i raised a complaint against this product.

                        I have 18 return pickup to be done and since last 10 days Ajio has failed to pick up my items.They purposely cancel the return requests and do not notify.I spoke to their Supervisor Mr.Suresh Chandra and he assured me to provide solution but he also vanished.I am feeling hopeless where my 80 thousand Rupees is stuck with Ajio.

                            Hi,
                            This is my second complaint.I have ordered 4 product.In all this 4 I cancelled 3 product. amount I paid is 1071 RS expect that one for rest 3 cancelled products I have to receive 630rs but I received only 169 rs I dunno why again and again it's happening.can you please refund the rest amount and do the needful.attached screenprints for reference

                                      I have paid 1551 amount but I have cancelled all the products but I have received partially amount only 906 rs..when I have receive my full amount?.. kindly look into this asap.                                         My self Lokesh and my phone number is [protected], My order with No reference FL[protected] is partially shipped with Ecom docket or AWB number [protected] is showing as delivered on 02nd Dec 2020 and not physically delivered to me until 04th Dec, 2020 and I wanted to complain to AJIO and tried reaching their customer care on [protected] and no one is answering their customer support.

                                        Kindly resolve this at the earliest.
