Yesterday I placed an order at ajio where my money was deducted but the order wasn't confirmed.
Transaction was made through Paytm and Transaction id is [protected]

    On December 3 2020 I’ve placed an order through ajio app for rs.1018 . In the payment option I’ve entered upi I’d pf phonepe after that I’ve confirmed the pay from phone pay app.. the money also got debited from my
    Bank account. But when I opened ajio app my order is not placed and money got debited.. later I gave cash on delivery.. I need clarification for this issue and I need my money back which is credited to paytm[protected]@paytm.. I’ve attached the screenshots also. Please solve this issue asap

          Hlo sir i ordered a stuff of rs 6832 on 2 december bt some how amount was deducted from my paytm wallet bt i did not received an order id or anything there was just a message of amount deduction, as mentioned in your mail after i complained that for waiting 48 hours bt i didnt get my money back in my paytm wallet pls resolve my problem as soon as possible .the message I received is shown below

              I have ordered 8 items from Ajio on 29.11.2020 for Rs. 1456.98. Order no: FLO[protected]. Initially, I paid through my debit card and the transaction was not successful but the amount got debited from my account, and the second time I gave the Cash on Delivery option. the amount which got debited from my account for which I didn't receive any message the app said (if debited from your account the amount will be initiated in 48 hours but it been 4 days still no reply or response) from Ajio regarding status or refund policy. Kindly revert back regarding the status of my refund. I have raised a complaint through mail on the same day.

                    I ordered a set of 3jeans in that 2 of them were not proper so I thought of returning it back . Then came a mail stating that within 7days I'll get my money ...but it's been over 15days I haven't received my refund if I call them no one receives ... one of the worst experiences happened to me . Ajio is worst

                    We got your mail . Please forward me the evidence by WhatsApp what you have. Request for your amount by UPI on complain board. Never share any personal information like card no cvv and never install any app like anydesk quick support. Kindly contact asap for further information.

                      Sir,

                      I have ordered a product on 9th Nov and recieved that product on 15 Nov. Recieved product is small in size.
                      When i raised return request for the same delivery guy refused to pickup cause of wrong barcode. I have also tried self care option but it was showing "there is no message for this product".
                      I called customer care atleast 100 times to accept return request. I got an email from there side that you have raised a complaint with there logistics department regarding this issue and the complaint number is COM[protected].

                      I request you to kindly solve this problem and refund back asap.

                        I was ordered Nike Air Zoom Pegasus Sports Shoes on 11th Oct 2020 Order ID# FL[protected]. I got a product on 16th Oct 2020.
                        When I try to return in it's showing delivery was unsuccessful.
                        Since a day try to customer care executives are saying two more days till now not yet resolved my issue.
                        I'll call every 3 or 4 days the customer care executives are saying we are working on your case give me two more days. somebody says system not working call other time. I really don't know what's going on. So I am raising the complaint here to resolve my issue.

                          I tried to make a purchase of Rs 2018.53 by Ajio App. I made a payment from google pay app. I got an error message saying retry the payment. But money is deducted from bank account. Looks like a fraud.

                            Description of the Incident: My sister (AJIO registered client name: Rita; Ph: [protected]) tried to place order on 17th July, 2020 for merchandise worth Rs. 5023.83 but money got debited from ATM and order was not placed. When we called up customer care of AJIO, they said that we need to contact the respective bank. When we registered the complaint with SBI, they said it will take maximum of 48 days to resolve the issue. So, we waited for 48 days and after that bank told us that the money is with the merchant. Since then we have calling AJIO customer care. Every time, they say that we will get the money within next 48 days but it never happens. We have called AJIO many times. Every time they say that we will get our money within 2 business days but we have not received our money. Now, it seems that they don't want to give our money back. We are really worried and we want our money back.

                            Desirable Resolution: We need refund of our hard earned money against which order was not placed.

                                    I was placing order for rs399 and amount deducted from my paytm wallet but ajio showed order not placed. I mailed to ajio customer care also but no response yet,
                                    Its been one week I've not received my deducted amount, please resolve this issue and refund my amount
