My account also blocked without any reason, I don't know why, seems like more accounts has been blocked lately. I had to return more products, which is stuck. The customer care is pathetic. I'm tired of hearing recorded tape for hours to get back to person and still not resolved anything at one go. Pls help me, there are some complaints still not resolved like
(A)a return is not picked up yet since it is scheduled at sep 10
(B)I couldn't able to make a return of product because it is showing delivery is delayed but I received,
(C)a product came different of what I ordered.
nearly 2000rs is stuck, without any prior info, account blocked at nowhere is scary. I might not well known of e commerce platform, alert me if anything has happened maybe that way you find more about the customer before aggressively blocking. I think its more of a user friendly and serviceable, I spent around 5hour on customer service in past two months for 2-3 complaints alone, the complaint is not resolved after I hang up the customer care. I have to do it again, and a bonus frustration was delivery persons were angry while taking returns, like asking to come to a common place far from my house and coming into my house without asking(not a big deal but covid is scary), no masks, asking delivered outer covers which is lot how I could find the particular return product cover from a pile, they have numbers to check, which they find lazy to do it. I don't know. I'm a student little amount is big for me, never been in a such pain while doing online purchase. Pls help me

AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 16th February 2021i tried placing an order on Ajio. The payment failed but amount of 967 rupees has been deducted from my credit card. I did not receive any order id. I emailed Ajio customer care stating the issue and also attached the screenshot of my credit card transaction. They sent me an automated email asking me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours i sent them an email again attaching the credit card statement screenshot. Even then i receive an automated reply. i tried caling the customer care number but couldn't connect to an executive. i even emailed grievence.[protected]@ajio.com but no response. Ajio Customer service is pathetic.
