I have ordered toys cat brand for my kids. I have not received any parcel and it is showing as delivered. I tried to call so many times ajio customer care but no proper revert and also mailed 3 times but no revert. Request ajio to refund amt

      I have ordered "POPWINGS - Floral Print Relaxed Fit Palazzo" Size 34 on 9th Aug 2020. The item was delivered on 22nd Aug 2020. But the size was bigger. Unstretched hip size was 38". Hence raised an exchange for the same item of size 30 on 22nd Aug 2020. Exchange Order# EX[protected]. Delivery was attempted once on 5th Sep 2020, by "Delhivery" executive. But he refused to deliver, as he could not read the bar code in the item's tag. He asked me to reach Ajio Customer care and left the premises without delivering the product. I called Ajio Customer Care many times and everytime a new complaint ID was generated. Please find the complaint numbers. 1. COM[protected] dt 5th Sep 2020 2. COM[protected] dt 11th Sep 2020 3. COM[protected] dt 18th Sep 2020 4. COM[protected] dt 2nd Oct 2020 5. COM[protected] dt 2nd Oct 2020 6. COM[protected] dt 1st Oct 2020 7. COM[protected] dt 29th Sep 2020 8. COM[protected] dt 2nd Oct 2020 9. COM[protected] dt 11th Oct 2020 On 14th Sep, I was informed that I need to send images of the product, with the tag visible. I sent the images, and the floor supervisor informed to wait for a couple of days. I waited until 17th Sep 2020. As nothing happened, I called once again. I was informed by the customer care executive that the exchange product was returned by the delivery partner. When I asked for the reason, no reason specified. Disappointed with the service, I asked for return of the product. The floor supervisor said that he raised return and the product will be picked up. As nothing happened, I called again on 18th Sep 2020. This time another executive told me to raise the return from the AJIO App. I obliged and raised a return request in the App. The return ID is RT22328145. The App mentioned that the product will be picked up by 26th Sep 2020. I waited until 7 PM of 26th Sep 2020. The product was not picked up. I called again. They raised complaint numbers, and asked me to wait. I received a call from AJIO's backend team, and they informed that Return Request will be raised, and automatic approval will be provided for quality check. New return ID was provided via email, & SMS. It is RT23153310. I am informed that their delivery partner will pickup by 11th October 2020. Nothing happened till date. I have written to their Grievance Officer, 3 times. No response. Request you to kindly help me in getting back my money, please.

      AJIO quickly created another return order and picked up the item.
      As of today, the item was picked up by the delivery partner of AJIO.
      The issue can be treated as closed.
      Item is picked up but you will not receive refund,
      Dear Nagarjuna, Item is pickup but refund ? Wait and watch, We post comments to help people cheated by Ajio but selfish people ...

        Despite multiple mailers and call back attempts, I've not received any response from Ajio team regarding below orders -

        FL[protected] - 1 item from this order reference has been requested for return along with other items referenced below but no response despite trying to reach out to Ajio multiple times
        FL[protected] - Items picked up on 7th Oct but refund not yet received
        FL[protected] - Item picked up on 7th Oct but refund not yet received

        There is practically no or poor customer service management as one can't reach out to them in case of concerns, only call back options are there and that too doesn't work.

        Hi,

        There is no response from Ajio team yet and item from order FL[protected] (PALAKH - Floral embroidered Straight Kurta Set) is still not picked up and Ajio is stating false information on Ajio app that pickup was attempted and I'm unable to contact them in any way even though tried for call back request many times.

          I have placed 5 orders worth 5299 but only 3 orders got conformed. I was charged for remaining two orders as well but they were
          Not confirmed. I have sent several mails and tried contacting customer service but they are not responding. Plz look into my issue and sort it out as soon as possible, so that I can trust ajio and continue shopping.

            tired of calling your ajio customer care for refund of returned order which does respond with a music of no intention to answer, I think you're intentionally avoiding and giving answers on IVR about your policy, unfortunately I don't see any satisfying response or update from portal or app.

            I returned the product long back(5th Oct) and website shows status of return pickup by 10th Oct(attached return receipt).

            If you don't respond over calls and emails I don't know what is the current status.

            Ajio have taught me a lesson of not go for any online shopping, I will try my best.

            Please help me with a resolution, sent multiple emails to customer care but no response

            After lot of mails & follow up finally got refund, but a very typical customer care who responds over IVR & EMAIL hiding behind pandemic..I don't know if nobody responds who can customer express. Pls stay away from ajio

                      I ordered a yellow skirt of Indya from ajio which was a little big in size.I placed a return and it gave me a date of 7th october 2020.
                      One executive turned up but denied from picking up the product due to some technical issues from their side.
                      I am trying to contact the customer care service ever since, but there is no reply from their end.
                      Highly disappointed.
                      The return period is going to end soon and I will be stuck with the product.

                        At first they weren't accepting return of the product. After complaining they did. Now it has been 2 weeks since I have returned the product but haven't received the refund. Also I am unable to contact the customer care service.

                          I have bought a jeans from ajio.there was a size issue so I returned it it was scheduled to picked up by aug 14th those delivery guys messed up and cancelled my return request j mailed to ajio customer care they told me to send the picture with EAN NUMBER I sent that too now the return window is closed and there is no response from ajio team.i want my money back .

                                    I have placed a prepaid order on 25th september 2020. And paid the full amt of rs.1416 through phone pay.

                                        I suspect my refund is being transferred to ajio cs staff
                                        All complaint ids for the same product and manipulated by ajio staffs multiple times without refund. At times i was made to hold phone for half an hour etc on purpose immediate enquiry investigation must be done.

                                        Id-com[protected] — complaint heading changed from refund issue to wh by ajio staff
                                        Id — com[protected] — fraudly resolved without refund
                                        Id — com[protected] — manipulated with contents of complaint

                                        This kind of data manipulation and frauds repeatedly by ajio staff is deficiency in service. Shareholders pay the salary of ajio staffs /cs and this kind of harassment to reliance investors or even non investors /customers is not welcome.
                                        More than refund it is the data manipulation that is worrying.

                                        Ajio manupulation is highest, Complaints are marked as resolved fraudly by Ajio Cs on purpose .They cheat in complaint resolving trick .They are transferring the customers refund to their own wallets or accounts and then mark as resolved .

                                        Ajio can win Noble price for cheating in India —They raise multiple complaints with multiple complaints numbers for one item, marks all resolved without refunds, THEY DO NOT LET RERAISE complaints, 100 new complaints 100 falsely marked resolved, NEXT Multiple Fake successful refund initiated reference numbers for one item without refunding in Real .NEXT data manupulations that is they will keep changing your complaints headings from refund returns to some nonsense Website issue or internet issue etc random useless words .Mango man of India can do nothing so enjoy .
