I haven't received my order, but it says order has been delivered and got the delivered message and email

I have no at all received it.and there is no contact details for delivery agent.

How rubbish is this.i have already paid through
UPI payment, are you playing with the customers

    Hello Sir, I have some problem from last 4 days but nobody gives response to me . I have placed the order and do payment also. But then I saw that order is not placed but payment is done.         Recently i ordered through ajio app for ₹1649.90 on 8/10/20. Amount got debited but order not placed. Received an email confirmation from ajio that transaction was successful.

          I had ordered few products on Ajio on 13th October 2020 and made the payment for the same through UPI. The amount was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed. I tried to contact Ajio and wrote an email but no response yet.

              My ajio account can not be accessed.i have to return some of my product within 18th october but the acciunt usnt openg..I called the customer care too but there isnt no one to pick up.
              Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.the return product amonut is high it is about rs 3000 around.

                  I placed an order from ajio on 11th October, 2020 at 19:25 . Initially I tried using debit card option for payment but it failed.. Still the amount was debited from my account... They said the refund will be done within 48hrs...thus finally I placed my order through COD...till now I have not received my money... I want my money( ₹1765.43) as soon as possible...                   On 16th February 2021i tried placing an order on Ajio. The payment failed but amount of 967 rupees has been deducted from my credit card. I did not receive any order id. I emailed Ajio customer care stating the issue and also attached the screenshot of my credit card transaction. They sent me an automated email asking me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours i sent them an email again attaching the credit card statement screenshot. Even then i receive an automated reply. i tried caling the customer care number but couldn't connect to an executive. i even emailed grievence.[protected]@ajio.com but no response. Ajio Customer service is pathetic.
                  On 19th april 2021i tried placing an order on Ajio. The payment failed but amount of 1229 rupees has been deducted from my debit card. I did not receive any order id. I emailed Ajio customer care stating the issue and also attached the screenshot of my debit card transaction.
                  Hello Ajio Team,

                  I have tried to place order of total 2723.94 via Debit card on 5th July 2021 from AJIO. The money was debited from my HDFC bank account but the order wasn't placed, so I again ordered through COD.

                  After transaction failure I received an information through Ajio that amount will be initiated within 48 hours and refunded within 5-7 days. I am attaching snapshot of the same.

                  Can you please help me on the status of the refund.
                  Today i was trying to order few dresses from Ajio after payment amount had been deducted total amount 6854.01 Rs. has been deducted from my account.

                  Please return my money ASAP.

                    My account also blocked without any reason, I don't know why, seems like more accounts has been blocked lately. I had to return more products, which is stuck. The customer care is pathetic. I'm tired of hearing recorded tape for hours to get back to person and still not resolved anything at one go. Pls help me, there are some complaints still not resolved like
                    (A)a return is not picked up yet since it is scheduled at sep 10
                    (B)I couldn't able to make a return of product because it is showing delivery is delayed but I received,
                    (C)a product came different of what I ordered.
                    nearly 2000rs is stuck, without any prior info, account blocked at nowhere is scary. I might not well known of e commerce platform, alert me if anything has happened maybe that way you find more about the customer before aggressively blocking. I think its more of a user friendly and serviceable, I spent around 5hour on customer service in past two months for 2-3 complaints alone, the complaint is not resolved after I hang up the customer care. I have to do it again, and a bonus frustration was delivery persons were angry while taking returns, like asking to come to a common place far from my house and coming into my house without asking(not a big deal but covid is scary), no masks, asking delivered outer covers which is lot how I could find the particular return product cover from a pile, they have numbers to check, which they find lazy to do it. I don't know. I'm a student little amount is big for me, never been in a such pain while doing online purchase. Pls help me
                    1, unblock my account
                    2, have to return some product which is stuck right now
                    3, above 3 complaints has to resolve(A, B, C)

                                Returned two items of my order. They were picked up on 5/10/20. The return ID is #RT23230191. But on the website it's showing that the return hasn't been picked up yet. I waited for 9 days but the refund hasn't been initiated, I emailed several times but they didn't reply, moreover I called their customer care and waited for 40-40 minutes but they never pick up. I want my refund back.

                                        I have ordered "POPWINGS - Floral Print Relaxed Fit Palazzo" Size 34 on 9th Aug 2020. The item was delivered on 22nd Aug 2020. But the size was bigger. Unstretched hip size was 38". Hence raised an exchange for the same item of size 30 on 22nd Aug 2020. Exchange Order# EX[protected]. Delivery was attempted once on 5th Sep 2020, by "Delhivery" executive. But he refused to deliver, as he could not read the bar code in the item's tag. He asked me to reach Ajio Customer care and left the premises without delivering the product. I called Ajio Customer Care many times and everytime a new complaint ID was generated. COM[protected] dt 2nd Oct 2020 6. COM[protected] dt 1st Oct 2020 7. COM[protected] dt 29th Sep 2020 8. COM[protected] dt 2nd Oct 2020 9. COM[protected] dt 11th Oct 2020 On 14th Sep, I was informed that I need to send images of the product, with the tag visible. I sent the images, and the floor supervisor informed to wait for a couple of days. I waited until 17th Sep 2020. As nothing happened, I called once again. I was informed by the customer care executive that the exchange product was returned by the delivery partner. When I asked for the reason, no reason specified. Disappointed with the service, I asked for return of the product. The floor supervisor said that he raised return and the product will be picked up. As nothing happened, I called again on 18th Sep 2020. This time another executive told me to raise the return from the AJIO App. I obliged and raised a return request in the App. The return ID is RT22328145. The App mentioned that the product will be picked up by 26th Sep 2020. I waited until 7 PM of 26th Sep 2020. The product was not picked up. I called again. They raised complaint numbers, and asked me to wait. I received a call from AJIO's backend team, and they informed that Return Request will be raised, and automatic approval will be provided for quality check. New return ID was provided via email, & SMS. It is RT23153310. I am informed that their delivery partner will pickup by 11th October 2020. Nothing happened till date. I have written to their Grievance Officer, 3 times. No response. Request you to kindly help me in getting back my money, please.
