Fl[protected] is my order and rt19101009 is the return id. Ajio is a scam. Taking advantage of quarantine to cheat on customers. I haven't received refund from 3 months. Customer care doesn't care.
Recently by mistake the product around 2000inr which was prepaid got cancelled and yet it is not refunded. It's id is fl[protected] which again they haven't refunded. Somebody ban this app. Scandal!!!

      I had made the payment of 1065.76 using upi on ajio shopping site. After the successful payment message from google pay, the order is not confirmed by ajio. My orders are not updated on the orders sections. There is an issue on the ajio site. Loss for me. Sent mail to them but they replied with their covid mail. There is no proper medium to contact the customer support. I cannot contact them.

      Received a mail from Ajio customer care saying sorry for the debited amount. They said I have to wait for 48hrs to get the matter resolved or call or chat with them. I have waited for 3 days still I did not get the amount. I tried to follow their mentioned steps to initiate a chat or call back using customer care option but There are only FAQ. Since I don't have any orders in my account My call back or chat option is disable. Loks like their customer care do not know how their website works.

      I have sent them the mail saying I can provide the details of transaction on the mail. Again i have received an automated mail o Covid. Waiting to give them the transaction details.

      I have also forwarded them the attached bill of google pay. Please look after the matter. The transaction was done on 7th of October.

      There is no response from Ajio customer care. Its been 3 days now. Waiting for their reply. Hope you will take action on them.

        Sir, i bought a product from ajio which is defective, what do i do now?
        I put a request to take back the product.
        But your delivery boy refused to take a return.
        Then i talked to the manager here. He clearly refused to take the product and said that do whatever you want to do, we will not take it.

        I request you to find my solution soon.

          I have placed an order with ajio on 31/08/2020 (Order id #fl[protected]) and i have cancelled part of my order on 13/09/2020. But i have not yet received the refund amount. They have confirmed that the refund amount will be credited to my account by 21/09/2020. But i could not able to track the amount also. I have raised complaints multiple times and contacted with their customer care service also. But my issue not yet rectified

            Hi i have returned my puma shoes.
            Still they haven’t refunded my money they are raising complaints one after other and no one is bothered to reply in mail or find a solution and close this issue

            This is norm in Ajio they are manupulating our complaints, they are diverting funds to Their own accounts and fraudly marking as complaints resolved .

              My return product has not been picked up yet. I request it the first time and no one picked it up and for the second time today is the latest date to pick it up yet no one even called me. My return id is rt22978540. Please pick up my product and refund me the money.

              Yesterday I requested a call from ajio and today my product was picked up around 10 and just now (1:33) my money was refunded. Over all I don't want to deal with ajio anymore and I don't think I will shop here unless it's extremely necessary.

                It’s been 13 days and i still haven’t received my refund. They keep dodging my complaints. Their social media is full of such kind of complaints where people have not received their money in months. They are scamming people. Please check.

                  Had placed an order on 27/09/2020 for Adidas sliders, i recieved product on 4/10/2020 but i have have colour issue . So i returned the product on 6/10/2020 and my return id is #RT23235014 But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I am not able to reach customer care through toll free no. And i have emailed to the customer care, but no response from their side. Kindly refund my amount immediately

                    I had ordered a avaasa mix n' match, printed a-line kurta with handkercheif hemline (Order id #fl[protected]) through the ajio app, which was delivered on monday, 14th of september. I had chosen a cash on delivery option. Since the size was not right, i returned the product on saturday 19th september. But i haven't received the refund yet.

                        I returned a product 10-12 days ago and in app it's showing that refund will be intiatated on 3 rd October still didnt received any refund and same happened for one more product.I tried calling customer care serveral time no-one response that also, also put mail but no response from anyone.

                              Hello,
                              I bought 3 products from ajio and there is a size issue with those products so for 1 product i kept for an exchange twice but they cancelled it continuesly and now they are saying me that i cannot return or exchange cause 30days have finished.
                              And for other 2products i tried keeping for return before expire of 30day duration. So i contacted them and they said me to return it to nearby reliance store regarding that i roamed twice there and to my home they dint accept the products. So when i contacted them again they said me they will extend expire duration. But then again they are saying that 30days duration is over. So i contacted them again and explained all this and they said me to send an email regarding this, but when i made they still saying me that duration is over and for further issue contact theur customer care and the cycle is getting repeated its been more than 2months.
                              so please help me out regarding this.

                                Dear all

                                The RT 20516170 return order no. Was supposed to be refunded by 14th August and now we are in the end of the month September, but stil my money is not credited to my account.

                                I have put up lot of mails and even called up their customer service helpline number, but I have not got any satisfactory answer.

                                Hope you will help me to get my refund.

                                        Hi

                                        Ajio is charging GST on MRP I ordered Reebok shoes from Ajio which is of 3499 they gave discount and coupon on top price came to 1980+ then they added GST of 351 as per my understanding MRP is inclusive of all taxes how can they charge GST on top.

                                        Same shoe I ordered from Reebok official website which was also on discount but they never charged GST.
