Wrong product sent

Continuous complaints have been made to initiate exchange. They keep sending us male products and sizes despite asking for women sizes. What will i do with a women’s size 9
No amount of emails or customer calls are helping. No response on both ends. I have even waiting for 25 minutes on a customer call even then no response!!

As i can see many people have made a similar complaint and...

Hi team
I initiated a exchange order for my product, but the delivery person refused as the awb number is not in the shirt tag.

But when i received the product, awb number is on the outer cover of the product.
I raised a complaint, but still there was no response and the complaint is resolved automatically without informing me.

Please help...

Product received was torn and no tag in the items delivered

Dear team,

I am a regular customer for ajio website and a regular user of ajio app. I am totally disappointed after receiving the ordered kurthi which is damaged and received without any price tag and bar codes in the kurthi tag. It seemed to be weared by some one else and even the kurthi size tag is not attached to the kurthi. (I have attached the picture of the defective product which i received through courrier yesterday...

Had ordered recently on ajio online. Multiple issues with the order.
1. I cancelled the product yet they shipped the product. They did not return the amount as it was shipped.
2. They told that when the order comes I can not accept and it will get cancelled. But the delivery person told he can not cancel so had to accept the order.

Complaint about payment

Today on[protected] i ordered 2 dresses from ajio around 12pm. The amount of 1244.25 deducted from my account but i did not get any confirmation from ajio. Since then i am trying to contact customer care but no-one is taking up the call even i emailed my query and i got an automated response which was not at all helpful. My experience with ajio has ruined for life not gonna repeat this mistake and will also tell my friends not to do the same....

I received a different shoes and then i contacted ajio customer care and they raised a complaint and i shared the image of the item i got after that it took more than a week to get approved.
But when the product reached the warehouse i want even not informed....

Refund not provided

I returned one of products on 29-sep-20 and picked up also. But till date i didn't got the refund amount. I raised too many complaints but no proper answer from there....

I placed an order on 20/09/2020 and paid through debit card but the order was not confirmed on your side but my account got debited on 20/09/2020 at ajio.

Order value inr1569.71

But the money debited earlier has not been refunded yet.

Missing item in package

The complaint is with reference to order no FL[protected] in which 2 midrise patiala pants size xl is ordered. Package delivered showed there is 2 nos inside, on opening there was only one. Had mailed ajio regarding the same, yet to received a response from them...

Wrong product shipped

I was supposed to get 3 items as per my order and the msg i got from your company on the delivery day...but the parcel contained just 1 item and that too not my order..and i have oaid throgh paytm to the delivery boy...kindly refund...i am experiencing a bad customer service from your company...kindly look towards my issue......

Return of order no. FL0173767286

Placed a return order of a kurta a week ago, which was supposed to be picked up within 19th September 2020. But no one called me, neither from Ajio nor from the Delhivery side. The item is still with me, all price tags intact but as it is not being picked up, my refund is on hold. If they are not trying to resolve the issue within this week only or I shall find a website where I can slam the reputation of Ajio.They are taking it lightly....

I had placed an order on 04/09/2020 for lightly washed slim fit denim shorts, but i have received an different item on 10/09/2020. So i returned the product on 12/09/2020 and my return id is rt21899151. But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I am not able to reach customer care through toll free no. Refund order not picked up

I ask for a refund and it was marked that it will be picked up latest be 21 September. Through out the time it was stated that pick up was attempted but they couldn't contact me which was utter bs. They never contacted me and I feel very cheated....

I have ordered some dresses but only one dress i have got and reaming all are cancelled i don't know what happened. It has been more than one month but i didn't get my money back whom should i call i don't know it's nearly 3.5k rs how should i keep clam and please do something...

return id: rt20624682, why is it taking this much time to resolve an issue where the mistake is done by ajio team

Dear team,

Kindly assist me with the below issue and i am unable to get a refund even after speaking with multiple supervisors.

The compliant tickets are being updated as we have received non-ajio products, then kindly provide me the proof by sending an email to justify or send me back the product.

I still don't understand why is it taking this much time to resolve an issue where the mistake...
