I have received the delivery o[censored]sed products. There’s no merchandise tag. Lots of stains and also stitched manually one side. After sending multiple emails, calls with executive, hold on 2-3 hours no response from them to exchange/refund the product. False commitment to exchange the product they are not passing the instructions with the delivery agent and delivery guy denied twice. Still product not exchanged and no respond of any of my email, calls. I have complained through twitter as well. They are fraud and many customers complaint for the same issue.

    I ordered jacket but it was not packed properly and there was no tag and now I want to returned but they asked me for tag plz help me

        I have returned items to ajio but despite them claiming the refund has been initiated, i have still not rec'd the amounts into my account. Details of the refunds are as follows:

        ₹4, 938.10 on 21.09 with refund id rfnd_fff0o3qohhziyr

        ₹4, 620.02 on 28.08 with refund id rfnd_fwbtskukasjqvt

        Rs.5728.42 in 21.09 for order with id: fl[protected]

        I have emailed them numerous times and everytime they get back with a generic mail saying the refund has been initiated and that i should wait 48 hours. This has been going on since a month now.

          Continuous complaints have been made to initiate exchange. They keep sending us male products and sizes despite asking for women sizes. What will i do with a women’s size 9
          No amount of emails or customer calls are helping. No response on both ends. I have even waiting for 25 minutes on a customer call even then no response!!
          The order number is ex[protected]
          As i can see many people have made a similar complaint and they still haven’t resolved even few of them. Highly disappointing for a company with its name attached with reliance group. Awful!

            Hi team
            I initiated a exchange order for my product, but the delivery person refused as the awb number is not in the shirt tag.

            But when i received the product, awb number is on the outer cover of the product.
            I raised a complaint, but still there was no response and the complaint is resolved automatically without informing me.

            Please help

              Product received was torn and no tag in the items delivered

              Dear team,

              I am a regular customer for ajio website and a regular user of ajio app. I am totally disappointed after receiving the ordered kurthi which is damaged and received without any price tag and bar codes in the kurthi tag. It seemed to be weared by some one else and even the kurthi size tag is not attached to the kurthi. (I have attached the picture of the defective product which i received through courrier yesterday...

              Had ordered recently on ajio online. Multiple issues with the order.
              1. I cancelled the product yet they shipped the product. They did not return the amount as it was shipped.
              2. They told that when the order comes I can not accept and it will get cancelled. But the delivery person told he can not cancel so had to accept the order.
              3. After I received I tried raising a request but the website has some glitch and in the order there is cancelled and delivered item, so not letting me to raise a return request.
              4. I contacted customer team after almost 20 calls and 30 mins minimum wait. They told they would resolve the issue in some days.
              Now on website the customer complaint says it’s resolved and they will get back which they have not and I can’t get through to customer care.

                  I received an order from ajio. But the product was so dirty that i had to return it. On 19 September 2020 a Delivery boy picked up my order but I didn't get any confirmation message that the order was picked up. Its 25 September now and in the app it still shows "out for pick up" and "return will be picked up by 24 September ". They also said refund will be initiated by 24 September but nothing has happened. (Order Id- FL[protected] and Return ID- RT[protected]

                      I have been trying to resolve the problm for a week. I have ordered i have ordered ajio 5 items and paid for it. I have got only 4 items. And 3 were defective. I have returned it and my money is not yet refunded. I have tried several times to contact them through helpline number customer care and email. I only got system generated mailas a reply which is not a solution for the money i spent. Can you guide me to get my money back. Return is completed

                        Today on[protected] i ordered 2 dresses from ajio around 12pm. The amount of 1244.25 deducted from my account but i did not get any confirmation from ajio. Since then i am trying to contact customer care but no-one is taking up the call even i emailed my query and i got an automated response which was not at all helpful. My experience with ajio has ruined for life not gonna repeat this mistake and will also tell my friends not to do the same. Very disappointed

                            Product reached warehouse on 11th september 2020

                            I received a different shoes and then i contacted ajio customer care and they raised a complaint and i shared the image of the item i got after that it took more than a week to get approved.
                            But when the product reached the warehouse i want even not informed. I regularly contacted ajio team but no information was provided.

                            Everyday i am contacting ajio team they are just providing me time for two days but its again more than 10 days i did not got my refund. Every time customer executive provide me different information. Some says that refund will not be provided and other says that refund has been initiated but they tell just lie & give different excuses.

                            I want my refund as soon as possible

                              I returned one of products on 29-sep-20 and picked up also. But till date i didn't got the refund amount. I raised too many complaints but no proper answer from there.

                                Sir/madam,

                                I placed an order on 20/09/2020 and paid through debit card but the order was not confirmed on your side but my account got debited on 20/09/2020 at ajio.

                                Order value inr1569.71

                                But the money debited earlier has not been refunded yet.

                                    I was supposed to get 3 items as per my order and the msg i got from your company on the delivery day...but the parcel contained just 1 item and that too not my order..and i have oaid throgh paytm to the delivery boy...kindly refund...i am experiencing a bad customer service from your company...kindly look towards my issue...

                                      Placed a return order of a kurta a week ago, which was supposed to be picked up within 19th September 2020. But no one called me, neither from Ajio nor from the Delhivery side. The item is still with me, all price tags intact but as it is not being picked up, my refund is on hold. If they are not trying to resolve the issue within this week only or I shall find a website where I can slam the reputation of Ajio.They are taking it lightly.
