    Ajio website chor website. They are cheating people continously. Take action agsinst ajio if they are not responding

      My account with ajio has been blocked without any prior intimation .I have ajio Wallet cash which ingot through refund yet to be transferred to my account.

      Have been following up with ajio customer care via email, Twitter and calls but I don't see any value progress

        I had placed an order from AJIO bearing ORDER ID FL[protected] of a total amount of rupees 1798.94 consisting of footwear and a jeans. Due to improper fit and variation in size i had to return the jeans of the amount of rupees 1463.28 on around 01st September and the ajio website shows that the refund was initiated on 13th September however it has not been credited in my amount till date. I had called the customer care and had raised a complaint with respect to the same as the ajio website claims to settle the refunds within 5-7 days. However no action was taken to address my concern.
        Another order bearing order Id : RT20764784 was placed by me on 14th August which consisted of 2 kurtis and one jeans. Out of which I had to exchange one kurti of amount rupees 502.11 as there were size issues and henceforth I requested an exchange. The exchange order was accepted yet not processed for another 10-15 days by AJIO and then I got a message from AJIO stating that the exchange cannot be processed and the inconvenience caused is regretted. Therefore on aount of AJIO's default I had to return the Kurti and again a refund had to be generated from AJIO's side. The refund for the same article was also generated on 08th September but has not been credited in my amount till date.
        The conduct of AJIO towards me as a customer is highly negligent. The company has acted in a manner which is in contravention of its own stand available in the public domain claiming easy exchange and that refund will be given in a period of 5-7 days. This is a sheer FRAUD on the customers. I urge the company to take quick action on the instant matter as already an undue delay has been caused.
        connecting with the customer care of the company is also a task as there is a general wait time of 15 to 20 minutes.

          I ordered a shoes on July first week and the product was delivered after few days. The product was not fitting me not of the standard size and I raised a return request very next day. I have been calling the ajio care several times may be more than 20 times and still they are just playing around without providing a solution m really fed up with the issue and I need it resolved

            This website Ajio.com is chor...there is false info mentioned about garments... it says 100% cotton but it turns out to be 90% polyster after buying the garment..ther eis no customer care or customer support... chor website

              I have orderd a dnmx jacket, instead of jacket a shirt arrive, i have returned it, a pickup boy came and took my shirt, at that time i got a message from ajio that "the product that u returned is with our courier partner, and will be with us soon." Next day i dont know what happened but i got a message that " your pickup has failed, kindly create a new return request, but my problem is that product is already been picked up and i didn't have that product with me. Now i didn't have product neither money.

                I order some products on ajio i didn't got the same products as i ordered.
                After that i return my product and after one month i didn't got my refund yet... What the hell is going with customers there is no value of customer i want back my money as soon as possible.

                  Ajio has the worst customer care service ever. I had returned 2 products but no refund received yet. I tried contacting them via mail and phone but no response. I have been waiting more than a month now.

                    Hi,
                    Its been more than 24hrs that i received the product from ajio which is of not my size and i need to return them.in app it is not showing return options and am trying to contact them and even they not responding me though i have raised the ticket. Worst people product is not just 1k matters it is of 10k almost. Please help me.

                      Hi,
                      I have placed an order by paying the full amount shown on the final page.
                      But some of the items on the order are canceled and returned.
                      Received lesser amount than expected. When checked with customer care, they told due to a technical issue we received a lesser amount, and the balance adjusted from canceled and returned items.
                      If they receive a lesser amount they should have canceled my order.
                      They accepted my order and send some of the items on the order.
                      Now due to that, I am paying more than the amount shown on order page for the items they sent. which I don't want to pay. if they would have shown amount is high for a product I wouldn't be buying.

                        I wrote an email raising the issue of hacking immediately. No reply to the email and then my account was hacked again and this time the wallet money was used to order the garment. The address is wrong for the delivery and phone number is not responsive. I doubt the delivery guys. Few days back, one delivery guy started calling us and started asking us to come and collect some gift. We shooed him away.

                          Ajio team let u know yr product that was delivered to me very bad and damaged u asked yr warehouse from where the jacket came it was without tag and that is nt my problem when there was no tag then what can I do plz take it back and refund my money and I am very upset with ajio products I am nt going to ordering anything from ajio .pl returned it

                            I have received the delivery o[censored]sed products. There’s no merchandise tag. Lots of stains and also stitched manually one side. After sending multiple emails, calls with executive, hold on 2-3 hours no response from them to exchange/refund the product. False commitment to exchange the product they are not passing the instructions with the delivery agent and delivery guy denied twice. Still product not exchanged and no respond of any of my email, calls. I have complained through twitter as well. They are fraud and many customers complaint for the same issue.

                                  I have returned items to ajio but despite them claiming the refund has been initiated, i have still not rec'd the amounts into my account. Details of the refunds are as follows:

                                  ₹4, 938.10 on 21.09 with refund id rfnd_fff0o3qohhziyr

                                  ₹4, 620.02 on 28.08 with refund id rfnd_fwbtskukasjqvt

                                  Rs.5728.42 in 21.09 for order with id: fl[protected]

                                  I have emailed them numerous times and everytime they get back with a generic mail saying the refund has been initiated and that i should wait 48 hours. This has been going on since a month now.

                                    Continuous complaints have been made to initiate exchange. They keep sending us male products and sizes despite asking for women sizes. What will i do with a women’s size 9
                                    No amount of emails or customer calls are helping. No response on both ends. I have even waiting for 25 minutes on a customer call even then no response!!
                                    The order number is ex[protected]
                                    As i can see many people have made a similar complaint and they still haven’t resolved even few of them. Highly disappointing for a company with its name attached with reliance group. Awful!

                                      Hi team
                                      I initiated a exchange order for my product, but the delivery person refused as the awb number is not in the shirt tag.

                                      But when i received the product, awb number is on the outer cover of the product.
                                      I raised a complaint, but still there was no response and the complaint is resolved automatically without informing me.

                                      Please help

                                        Dear team,

                                        I am a regular customer for ajio website and a regular user of ajio app. I am totally disappointed after receiving the ordered kurthi which is damaged and received without any price tag and bar codes in the kurthi tag. It seemed to be weared by some one else and even the kurthi size tag is not attached to the kurthi. (I have attached the picture of the defective product which i received through courrier yesterday 22sep2020).

                                        There was a small whole in the kurthi chest part. Kindly exchange the product and send me the same kurthi msize (Same size which i ordered earlier).
                                        I am totally upset with the defective item which got delivered today.

                                        We apologize for the inconvenience caused!

                                        I understand your concern however, we can assure you that all products from AJIO are dispatched along with the Price tags and hence it is mandatory to have all the brand tags & price tags to be attached to create a return. Since they are not, we will not be able to create a return for this product. Because as per the policy all the price tags has be attached.

                                        You can always give us a buzz or drop an email for any other questions or concerns.

                                        I am Vasundhra Bhardwaj.
                                        I received my order without price tag or any bill and the pick up agent said no to take the order back.
                                        I am so disappointed.
                                        I am never using this app again.
                                        Not even recommend it to anyone.
                                        I have removed the price tag from the product I received but I have price tag and bill n the product is used . Can I return the product ?
                                        I recieved a kurti which has red stain and also without tag. When I complain about it
                                        they said "we can assure you that all products from AJIO are dispatched along with the Price tags"
                                        Really unstatisfied and disappointed with the response and service. Instead of resolving problem which has arise because of their fault they are troubling coustomer.
