Placed a return order of a kurta a week ago, which was supposed to be picked up within 19th September 2020. But no one called me, neither from Ajio nor from the Delhivery side. The item is still with me, all price tags intact but as it is not being picked up, my refund is on hold. If they are not trying to resolve the issue within this week only or I shall find a website where I can slam the reputation of Ajio.They are taking it lightly.
